I m very pleased with the service I have received when ordering a new Maverick. The vehicle came in as ordered and at right price. I went to several other Ford dealers in the area during my search and I found the representatives at Sound Ford to be the most knowledgeable and helpful.

I was pretty happy with my car buying experience until I realized the salesmanpulled a fast one.I traded in my car and was promised $3,000 for it. (It was written on the initial deal paperwork!) Instead I got $2,500?! I know. I should have read the final paperwork more closely. It went so fast! Their explanation. I also have a $500 tax credit for the trade in!?!?! What? That was already my money!!!! A tax discount for trading a car in! That was already coming to me! Wow I messed up. Maybe call Jesse? KING5

We took a Mach-e test drive with Natasha and had a great experience. Kwok worked with us to get the numbers close to our budget. I especially liked that they did not force any add-ons. So, we ended up finalizing our car today 12/30, with the delivery date for 1/1. We took the ford 0% APR financing offer. Service was very slow but Natasha and Kwok were polite and cooperative. Nabu did our financing - keep an eye on the numbers, we found ours to be "mistakenly" 1k ish more on the papers we had to sign, and had to get it corrected. I'm expecting a smooth delivery on 1/1. In case it isn't, I'll update it here. Until then, I do recommend this dealership.Update: smooth delivery as well as number plate pickup. Still recommend this dealership, just keep an eye on the offer T&C even if there's no*

I was overcharged 5k over MSRP on my Ford Lightning. Be careful to look through your paperwork closely because they will bury overpricing even though they gave me the window sticker with MSRP price.I asked ford Ford financing and was told that Global Credit Union would give me a better rate. My guess is that if you ask Ford financing they won't be able to pull a fast one on you and add more money over MSRP. I bought the truck a couple of months ago and didn't catch padded 5k until I did my taxes. Should have been around 57k with delivery etc. before tax not 64k so actually they padded 7k over MSRP then added 5k in tax total rip off and complete dishonesty. If they make it right,I'll retract this review. And give them 5 stars.

The team at Sound Ford definitely provided me with excellent customer service when I came in to see one of their used vehicles. They wound up finding me a vehicle that met exactly what I wanted, and worked with my budget. They also gave me the value for my trade in that I wanted. The whole time I was there, they were very friendly, understanding of what I wanted, and never seemed too pushy as some dealers can. I d recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford or used vehicle in the Puget Sound area.

The sales team at Sound Ford were really helpful. Got me the truck I wanted in the color I wanted for the price I was looking for. Though it needed a recall, the service and sales team made sure everything was done upfront so I wont have to bring my truck back (hopefully).

The mechanic was very kind and thorough. Estimates for other work I needed were very high, though. Not his fault, but Ford is expensive. I appreciated the printed report of diagnostics, tests, evaluation/analysis and recommended service.

Initially I was happy with my purchase and the sales team, however in under 24 hours the check engine light went on and I returned the car.I am happy they took it back, but the whole experience was strange.They originally took us over to schedule it for service then came back and told us they would be taking the car back and getting me into a new car. They processed my refund then told us we were good to go, didn't give us any info on any other cars, and we had to walk home. Was also told someone would be following up with me but I never did get a follow up.

I have purchased many new vehicles over the last few years. Sound Ford made my recent purchase of an F-150 the quickest, easiest, and most enjoyable in my history of buying from dealerships. A quick Google search showed they had the best pricing and inventory. Upon my arrival I was on a test drive within minutes. Once I decided the truck was for me, a few back and forth negotiations and I was in finance. In and out in approximately 3 hours which also included a trade evaluation. I highly recommend Sound Ford.

My wife and I had an appointment this past weekend to go look at a newer used car. we had two trade-ins and one was worth a fair amount of money. upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by the manager and then we're told that one of their employees would be taking us for a test drive in the vehicle. after the test drive was done we went inside the dealership to discuss the money and we were then working again with the manager. shortly after sitting with him for about 2 minutes he left and about 10 minutes later another employee showed up and started trying to talk to us about what our trades would be worth. the gentleman lied to me about how much value my truck was worth and refused to even work with me on any middle ground. luckily for us we had arrangements to meet another dealership that had the same car for $1,000 cheaper than this one and it ended up being in better condition without the dents that the Ford dealerships had. our experience at Yonkers Nissan was second to none. we ended up getting $9,000 more for our trades than we were offered at Sound Ford and walked away extremely happy. I would never recommend this dealership as they are very unprofessional and truly don't care about the customer but about their bottom line.

My car-buying experience at the dealership had a leas than ideal start, but thanks to the efforts of Ocean and Joe, it turned into a positive outcome. Their dedication and customer service skills ultimately made the process enjoyable and satisfying. The team delivered on every promise they made to secure me a Bronco. Definitely appreciate their transparency throughout the process.

I brought my 2010 Ford escape hybrid in for a recall service. I was scheduled right away, and offered a valet service to pick up my car and drop it off at my house before and after the appointment. I was delighted by the efficiency of it all!The car was picked up on a Thursday morning and was scheduled to be delivered back to me Friday morning. However, they went ahead and scheduled the service when they didn t have the part to fix what it was being recalled for; so I was without my car until the following Tuesday. That, I was not delighted with.Everybody I spoke with was friendly throughout the entire experience but I m a little put off by the incompetence of scheduling a recall service when the part wasn t in stock. It s not like they didn t know what I was bringing the car in for, or what they needed to do to repair it.All in all though, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend if somebody is bringing their car in for something specific that they verify the part is on hand before dropping their car off or having it picked up.

Great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing but non-aggressive staff (Mike was fantastic to work with). I left the dealership feeling like I got a good deal. I ll recommend Sound Ford to any friends looking for a new vehicle. Proud to be a Ford guy now!

My monthly lease ended up being 70% of what Kirkland gave for a better car (long range vs. standard range Mach-e), same terms. There were a lot of buyers so the wait for paperwork was long, the sales rep was checking on me constantly to see if I need anything. Finance manager didn t try to sell me anything which was a refreshing experience.

Amanda in the service department was an absolute rockstar. When I called in, she was able to get my car scheduled for service the next day. Another dealership in the area quoted me as being scheduled almost 2 months out.Additionally, the staff at a Sound Ford did their best to work with my extended warranty company to provide as much coverage as possible. I had my car returned and ready to go in just a few days.Thank you for the amazing service, Amanda!

I can't believe these people have a 4.2 star rating. They are horrible and the typical Used Car Dealership experience. DO NOT GO THERE, unless you want to get mistreated and abused. They use tactics that really should be outlawed. I was there Saturday and should have walked away when I saw a couple arguing with a salesman about him lying to them. The vehicle I went to look at (was on a public site saying it was available), wasn't...big surprise. Then they brought out one "comparable", but was actually $7,000 more. In the end and after hours of back and forth, I was going to buy it, then there was something they had to "disclose" on the vehicle. Before I could even make up my mind, they drove it away and tried to bait and switch to different vehicles. The final straw was when they brought out a brand new vehicle and said Ford had a "new type of financing," which was in the end, just a lease, wanting me to pay $600/mo for 3 years, then I could buy it for $41,000...wow such a deal! Scammers, Rip-off Artists - best of luck there. An hour later I bought one I had looked at earlier at Good Chevrolet just down the street. They know how to treat people. Screw Sound Ford..will NEVER to back there and I'll NEVER recommend them. I'll tell anyone who will listen...run away!

I had a great experience at Sound Ford. Our salesman Brandon was fantastic making us feel right at home. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable despite still being fairly new. He took us on a test drive in the Mach E and I fell in love with it. He helped make the entire process as easy as possible.Then when it came time to the financing paperwork - Joe was very friendly and experienced. He walked us through all the paperwork and helped me understand all of it. The process was very quick and smooth compared to previous car purchases at other dealerships.I can't recommend them enough. Great inventory and friendly staff - especially Brandon and Joe.Also the Mach E GT is amazing - I still can't believe how quick and practical it is. It feels like two cars in one.

It has been great customer experience servicing my vehicle with them. Best part being the vehicle pick up and drop. And recently they sent a mobile mechanic to fix the car at my residence garage, which I like since I can have a in person detailed discussion with the car mechanic.

The staff whom I have worked with to check me in for appointments have always been professional and helpful, but I have had to return multiple times because details were missed - resetting the oil life status which is reflected in the ford app, actually not doing the oil change which is why I made an appointment, instead only checking the tires which I had added on, putting a different tire on instead of the tire my car came with which then makes 1 tire different than the other 3 and putting my car into the locked lot when I had called ahead to let the staff know I could not pick up my car until after service hours so when I arrived no one could get my car out which meant another trip the next day to get my car. I had previously picked up my car after the service department was closed without difficulty so having the lack of follow through to make this work was frustrating and meant myself and my wife had to take up time after another work day to retrieve my car.I have an extended warranty and service program with ford and so this is why I continue to come to sound ford, but the lack of attention to details in the overall experience I will go to another ford for service.

This is my second Ford Explorer Sport/ST I purchased through Sound Ford. Bill sold me both and I would highly recommend doing business with him. He is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I like the fact one is able to still do business in person when it comes to buying cars. I want to know what I m buying and how to operate some of the new technology. Bill did a great job and so did Ritz. Ritz made sure my new ride was clean, full of gas, and ready with the Ford Pass. Thank you both, I love my new ride

Pick up and drop off is a game changer for me. I live 15 miles from the dealer, and would have to either stay there or have my wife follow me there for a ride, then pick the car up. Great service. Nothing wrong with my Focus ST, just oil change and inspection.

I had just sold my car to Carvana and was super sad as the Ford Bronco I wanted from Snohomish Ford had just sold the day before. I was in a bind but just so happened to be in the area of Sound Ford. I called to see what they had and Eric was SUPER welcoming and accommodating for a walk in. He let me test drive a Bronco, informed me on a ton of things I didn t even know the vehicle offered, and worked with me for a few hours to close a deal. This was only my second time being in a car dealership alone and Eric + his manager made me feel cared for and was not pushy at all which is a great feeling as a first time car buyer. Thanks Eric + team for making the experience an easy one :)
