They are super messy, my car stayed there for one month and a half, they never gave me a clear situation about my car, the estimate changed every day, then one day they said the guy who painted died, and after that was one month to get a new guy, I had to pay from my pocket the rented car, because insurance just gives 30 days only. No discount or anything to help, they are too messy.

Never bringing my vehicle here again or will I ever recommend this place. I wish I had read the reviews. This place is really bad. I chose to bring my car here for bumper damage and they worked with my insurance. I thought ok. It took over a month to get my car back because of back order parts. Ok whatever I dealt with it. When I got my car back I noticed the trims weren t put back correctly and had gaps in them so I called and they told me to bring in my car so I brought it in and I met Jeff who told me the areas aren t going to be put back the same as before then walked around my car and started telling me how it s not perfect in other areas as well. I told him I m talking about these areas that you guys are responsible for not the other areas. Then he proceeded to argue with me about it some more. I then met up with Adrienne and told her what was going on. She was easy to talk to and good to work with. I saw Jeff later and told him that I didn t need the attitude outside and that he needed to keep his condescending remarks to himself . He tried to be all nice in front of his coworkers and I told him you re trying to change things up and I don t need your attitude. Bottom line is if things were done correctly in the first place I wouldn t have to come back a second time and also deal with Jeff s attitude. Anyways long story short. Don t bring your car here unless you want incomplete work and attitude from Jeff.Service: Body & Trim

Extremely disorganized company. Don t bring your car here. I brought my car in on 2/6/23 for a routine fender bender . So, being as this is not my first rodeo, I figured I d give it a month because it s not a difficult job and it shouldn t take so long. First off, the guy I brought my car into either quit or was fired within days of me dropping my car off. So, the supposed submission to the insurance company never happened. It took me 3 weeks of going back and forth with the insurance company and with this shop to finally get an approval so that they could start the work. Then I m told, that my car had a 2 week wait to getting worked on. Another month goes by and my car wasn t even touched. I ve called these people over and over again and I ve been a very patient and kind person to these people during this process, but I use this car for my livelihood and I cannot afford their mistakes! I m told it ll be ready by a certain date and then when I call in, it s perpetually always pushed out another week. I ve just gotta say, dealing with this company is extremely frustrating and it s been a very stressful process. If you re looking for someone to give you a reliable timeline for the repairs on your car, go somewhere else, because you re not gonna get that here. If you don t care about your car being lost in a circus of disorganization and can afford months for car rentals on your own dime, when your car was a simple fender bender style repair, then this is the place for you.

This is the worst shop ever been to. The receptionist had the worst attitude, and the worst customer service. Then when I scheduled the appointment for an insurance estimate and they told me the incorrect date and time, so I paid to have my car towed down there for nothing and then I was gonna leave my car down there since they were going to be looking at my car anyways, then after I left, they sent me an email threatening to tow my car unless I come and take it.

Beware about this shop. They are very dishonest with their estimates. For my car they estimated bent strut and bad ball joint in the inner steering tie rod. I went and got new strut and when I disassembled the car and took out the old strut, the old strut was in the perfect condition! Now I can't return the strut I bought because the place has no return policy. I ended up spending about 2hrs on commute getting strut and trying to return it. And 5hrs dissasembling the car and putting it back together. And I also ended up with the strut I dont need. Went to the shop and they dont want to do anything about the situation. I guess its not their problem, they are in the business of making money by charging customers for the repairs they don't need.

Stay away from this company! I should have read the comments on Google before I took the recommendation from insurance company. I came to this company to replace a rear bumper for my BMW X5. They did more damage to my vehicle than repairing it. The alarm system was totally down after they replaced the bumper. It took 4 months and caused me to come back to this place 6 times, 45 minutes drive one way each time, and finally they failed to fix the issue and sent me to BMW Bellevue to fix it. The did more damage on the vehicle besides the alarm system. Now some clips are broken and some rackets are loose. The vehicle now makes some noise when it goes through bumpy road. From the first time I came back to the company to repair the alarm system, I started to realize how unprofessional and how irresponsible these people are. They never feel it s their fault that caused the trouble to their customers, the did some checks and confirmed the issues and ask me to come back in two weeks. The next time I came, they did a quick check and said everything is ok now. I asked them how they came up the conclusion, they said they connected the vehicle to the computer and there is no error reported. Apparently the issue is still there. They sent me back home and said they will order a part and inform me when it is ready. Only at that time they admitted that actually the alarm component was missing and they knew it from the first check. They never called me back until I call them. I had to called them more than 10 times during the whole process. It is very frustrating to work with this company, and they don t take care your vehicle for sure. I don t know why the insurance recommended this company, but I know it is not because the service quality. They also tried to cheat. They claimed the alarm issue is part of the accident that damaged the rear bumper when they needed to pay BMW and tried to let the insurance company pay it. We all know it is because they didn t install the alarm component back and threw the component away when they replaced the bumper. This is the worst company and worst people I have ever worked with during my stay in U.S.

Scam! Scam! Stay away!Stay away from this scam shop at all cost. I was told to take my car in right-away, cause they have technicians ready to start work. Was promised 5 days for a complete repair. Three WEEKS (!!!) later, they have not even ordered the parts. Customer service is inexistent once they got you trapped. Every time I called I was told that the manager is "busy" and will call right back. He never does!After three weeks I had to take my car out, cause I actually need it and can't afford to abandon it. The car is in worse condition than it was when I took it in: it has an additional dent in the back (the accident was in the front right) AND was delivered in unsafe condition, with ABS and airbag not functioning ( all these were in good condition when they took possession of the car).Even tho they did NOT perform any work (car is even worse than it was), they wanted $530 for their "services".They are deceiving and dishonest, would not hesitate to straight up lie to your face. They are only nice till they make the sale (you take the car in), after that you are treated like garbage.Service: Body & Trim

If you ever need your car to get fixed this is the place to go. I was involved in a car accident and then my daughter shortly after was involved in another. I got to see how I was treated by two different insurances and one being at fault and one not being at fault. The service here is amazing they go above and beyond! The first time they took good care of me and help me get a car rental, left my car looking brand new. They kept me in the loop and told me step by step what to expect. When I picked up my vehicle it was cleaner than when I left it.The second time I went I gave them a call and let them know that I was moving in 2 weeks. I didn't want to have to take my car anywhere else and they moved some things around and we're able to get us in. They had my daughter's car ready in 5 days! They worked with our schedule of having to leave the car there overnight and were so friendly and also left the car looking and smelling great. This is by far the best customer service I have received in the six years that I lived in the Seattle area.

PLEASE READ THIS!! WARNING my 2021 Ford F-450 Platinum (approx. 120,000$) was hit in the front and Sound Collision performed the repairs, which took 22 days! My truck simply needed some fender work and new front headlight assembly as well as obvious minor paint. 22 days later Sound Collision says my repairs are finished and I return my rental truck and pick up my truck. My headlight DID NOT WORK! Jeff told me to come back and he'd fix it. HE DID NOT... I brought it back the following morning at 9:30 am and was told an hour... it has now been 8 MORE DAYS THAT WE ARE WITHOUT OUR EXPENSIVE VEHICLE. Jeff is extremely hostile with me when I ask for reasons why... Jeff hung up on me when I asked for warranty information concerning a rental vehicle. We have been repeatedly victimized as a result of doing business with Sound Collision and I am writing this to PREVENT YOU FROM MAKING THE MISTAKE OF TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO SOUND!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish I would've known better. This is something to take literally and spare yourself the stress and humility. Thank you and feel free to look at some my other reviews for authenticity and accuracy. I invite all scrutiny in order to keep myself accountable. ALSO... it is fair to assume that after 22 days and the fact that Sound is the repair shop for the Sound Ford dealership, one would think that they would at least "Check the headlights and other repairs BEFORE returning the vehicle to the customer ". After all, this is a "reputable business"?? When a mistake is made, by all means, make sure your customers have a vehicle because IT'S THE RESPONSIBILITY PER WARRANTY OF THE REPAIR COMPANY SOUND COLLISION they have a unfriendly-to-the-customer and completely irresponsible way of handling business and strongly urge anyone reading this to STAY AWAY!!

After my car was slammed into while parked in front of my house I was pretty devastated that my recently purchased (in December 2015) Escape was going to need A LOT of repairs. This shop was close to my work and was listed as a preferred vendor from my auto insurance.After an initial look at my vehicle Tracie informed me that my car would need to be taken apart and this could take a couple of days to get a true estimate of the extensive damage of my car. Once repairs were approved by insurance I received multiple updates on where they were at in the process of fixing my car. This was a long process but it was expected- parts have to be ordered, there are other vehicles in front of mine and paint apparently takes a few days as well. In total they had my car for 20 days- but I never felt like I didn't know why or that my car wasn't being diligently worked on. I really enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend them. They were friendly, concerned about my well being and in the end my car looked good as new and is very clean (cleaner than I left it). So happy to have my car back! AND if anything goes wrong- their work has a lifetime warranty. I felt very well taken care of.

After some details were worked out with insurance, the process was a lot smoother and Adrienne kept me updated via email which was great. It did take longer than hoped but due to things out of their control. The work done was good, complete with a vacuumed car!

Excellent service! Appraisal was done quickly and turned over to ins co. Work began promptly and repair was done ahead of schedule. We were in continual contact with their service rep. Car was vacuumed inside and washed on the outside when repairs completed!

Repair took a really long time, but I wasn't too surprised given the times. The work itself was OK, but they didn't clean up very well. There was a sticky white residue in places. The interior had a funny smell. The gas tank was down nearly a quarter tank.

I bought my 2018 explorer sportBrand new at Sound Ford. I noticed the paint peeling and surface rust on top. It Should be Fixed under warranty as it has less than 36,000 miles. I took it to Sound Ford where they told me To take it to Sound Collision. I did that day. They lookedAt it and took pictures of it in March! I heard nothing. I went back in the very beginning of May To check on it for them to tell me that dude no longer works there and they took more photos. They have been giving me the run around and my peeling paint, rust and corrosion Is just getting worse. They have given me many excuses like telling me the ford warranty guy goes there on Wednesdays, then after I call on Wednesday they say they need to talk to the Ford warranty guy and he comes on Fridays and then they said he comes on Saturdays and then they told me he is at the dealership across the street. I am tired of the run around and just need my explorer fixed.

I've known this place to be amazing so anytime myself or family thinks of repairs we think of this place. Now with my last visit, prior to the new change I was very un-pleased with a few staff member's communication of the updates on my vehicle. Found out there was a huge change in staff & protocol as they do not appreciate when staff also lacks anything but effort. But, the new management team, specifically Robert made time out of his day to call me to hear my concerns & he has completely made my day! I really appreciate when staff really make sure their customers are ok & heard and do not make light of even the smallest concerns. He has showed there is a new sheriff in town & they mean business! I am happy to say others should really check them out as they are worth it for sure. A great company is based on the foundation of the team, and this team has really earned my points. Thank you Sound Ford Collision & Robert!

Horrible service, never called once when unsure of the part to order. After driving there 6 times they installed the wrong part. Came in next day and they never ordered part I asked for and said they will charge me for the part needed. The front desk work was hiding in the back shop and admitted that he wished someone else helped us. The worst service ever, lack of any communication and running scared. Never called once, don't answer phone. Never going back.Follow up. Had a call from the shop saying the manager wants them to call and get the part in a few days. No other communication. I have no belief that the shop will follow through with any thing.

They are nice people but their service is opposite. My car was 3 days late for delivery and the car was in terrible condition when I pick it up. Dust is everywhere inside and outside of the car. Fingerprints and glue are all over the car. I spent hours to remove dust, fingerprints and glue.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this auto body shop. Please bring your car somewhere else.

Took the company vehicle in 3rd vehicle took in they got it done quickly didn't lose the company decals will be picking it up tonight door and window should work fine

I just picked up my car after having it repaired and couldn't be happier. The car looks like it did th day we bought it new. I had been rear ended and driven over a traffic island. I explained that to the estimator and he took all that into account. The primary reason I chose Sound Collision was that they are part of Sound Ford and I was concerned that some of the electronic sensors on the car neeeded to be installed and configured by a Ford dealer. Along the way, OI found that the staff were some pretty nice folks.

They not only took two months to figure x my car, they ordered the same part Wong two times, also still never fixed a couple of things that would be fixed and played the he said she said game with the insurance company. So unhappy about my experience with this company

Had an accident called them to fix my car. Told them I'll have to tow the car there and they said go ahead. After the car is in they call and say their next available appointment will be in 3 weeks. Paid tow for nothing. So rediciolus.

Horrible. I broke my passenger window, got it replaced by them, and it broke in a couple of weeks. When i got it replaced from another body shop it was damaged from the edge which caused it to crack. I showed it to Sound Collision and they told me they cant do anything about it. And I did not get a refund. Total BS.DO NOT COME HERE!
