Always felt well taken care of at Walker s Subaru service. Brought my old 2000 Outback here for maintenance and diagnostics multiple times. They always gave a detailed list of what needs immediate attention and what to watch for. This last time they sent me a video walkthrough of the entire inspection. Very professional and friendly. Communication is key and they do it right.It was time to put the old girl out to pasture. Staff was chill about us leaving the car for a few days while we figured things out with the tow company. Had I gotten another Subaru I d definitely be coming back here for service.

Local Subaru parts, I kinda have to order from them. They get the orders right eventually, friendly staff. Fees and such are out of control you can get around them if you are aware and want to stop through the building to place your order and pay in CASH but did rather just pay 20% more for parts than have 20$ in fees on each PO. Stop fees just put them in your overall pricing schedule.

Had an appointment, called the day before to see if they had any availability that day and told me best option without a few hour wait was to stick to my appointment. They called later that day and confirmed service appointment. I drive 45 minutes the next day to my service appointment and get told they have no availability and my car would be with them for 3 days for a 30k service. Horrible service and no consideration when people are driving long distances, should of called me to reschedule instead of having me show up to a scheduled and confirmed appointment and turned away. Lost my business.

Took in fathers new car for rock chip coating, interior coating and alarm upgrade. Courteous, professional service other than loaner car being less clean than possible and provided with a quarter tank of gas. Pick up was quick and painless and car was detailed like it should have been when I originally purchased it.

Cheapest Subaru parts in the areaEdit: this is no longer true. This place now charges a $16 fee for local pickup on parts. Doesn t matter what you re buying, it s a $16 fee to pickup your order at their dealership. A $6 oil filter? Add $16 to pick it up. Not sure why they re doing business this way. Kinda baffling in the days where most businesses have free shipping. I ve not seen this from any other Subaru dealership in the PNW but it guarantees that I absolutely won t return. If they get rid of the fee I d come back tho

Had an issue with my vehicle, only had it for a year. They made an appointment with me to bring it in at 7am and get it taken care of 5 days later. I show up the day they told me to come in and nothing is ready. Part that was supposed to be covered under warranty wasn't ordered. Very unprofessional, no call either to let me know nothing was ready. It felt like a waste of my time..

I was an hour late for my service appt, and they still took my car, cheerfully. I'd arranged for a loaner and it was ready and waiting. The service area was very busy, but all the staff were working quickly and were very pleasant.
