Aubrey go's above and beyond to assist his customers. He will take his time to help you research any parts and tools you'll need to successfully complete the job you are doing. If for any reason O'Reilly can't get the part you need. He will find it for you.

My car died nearby so I took it in here to see if Oreillys could help me out. Aiden was awesome as he helped me with the ODM and even checked my battery, alternator, and starter. My car started up again, so I m grateful for that but also grateful to know that it wasn t the battery, alternator, or starter thanks to Aiden s help! Thank You Aiden!

Shop anywhere but here. The employees are rude and lazy. The assistant manager clearly does a LOT of meth. From what I've seen, her and the guy in the back deal drugs out of the store. There are some sketchy people that work there. I've also seen personally, very inappropriate public displays of "affection" between the guy who looks hispanic and the girl with bright red hair. Of course this was while people, including myself were waiting to be helped. Do something about your employees, O'Reilly's!

It was a good experience. Helpful person though he made me spend $25 more than it was nessecery. I guess a good sales man. Overall, it was a good experience. I usually go to auto zone this time also went both places to compare and auto zone did not give me a good vibe at all. I suppose they did not have good salespeople there.

O'Reillys is all about the customers needs. No matter what your looking for the employees here aim to please and satisfy. Their extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. I have never had to look any further because this store really has the competition beat hands down. It's the only one I go to. Service is always outstanding. Store is well stocked. Easy to find what your looking for. This is the cleanest and most orderly store I've been to. Never have had to wait in line to make my purchases. Really go out of their way to help you with your needs.

Took my car battery it to get a charge. Was told to return in 1 hour. When I returned they told me the battery was not any good. The cheapest replacement was $180. Pluse tax.Took the "Bad Battery " home and checked it . It was fully charged. Put it in my vehicle and had no problems. Never will I return to this location.Renton Highlands 4th Ave NE... DISHONEST STAFF!!This last week the temperature has been 85* - 90+* . As most should know extreme weather ( hot or cold) is hard on car batteries. This battery that was " dead , won't take a charde" according to staff is still going strong weeks after told it was bad, even throughout 90* weather!!

The people there don't have any idea what they're doing. I have better luck blindly ordering parts online. You'd be lucky to get the correct part 20% of the timeThanks, but no thanks. With the horrible service a person gets from thd manager, and the absolute lack of knowledge, I have no desire spending any more time, energy or money at this location.The manager at this location is either outside smoking, or talking down to a customer as if it's their fault that their car broke down. Very rude and condescending.

Great, fast and easy. The store is laid out very well. You walk i and can know exactly where to find whatever you are looking for. This location sells parts you will need for fixing your vehicle, maintaining its appearance ans well as keeping your driveway clean. I would 100% recommend this place to all my friends in the Renton Highlands.

While driving back from the airport, I passed by this location because I had a check engine light. The person at the desk was super helpful and friendly, and gave me a Bosch OBDII reader to diagnose the issue. I told him the codes, and he immediately knew that it was related to oxygen sensors. He quickly looked up the parts needed for me, and shared some of his experiences and expertise. I felt as if I was consulting with a best friend who is an auto expert. If you need anything for your vehicle and are near this location, I'd highly recommend them.

Rome helped me diagnose why my back brake lights were not working. He even fixed the high center brake light which had old bulb parts left in the socket from the last time someone tried to change it. I left with everything working. What great customer service! I will definitely take my business there next time.

This is the best O'Riley's! Staff supper helpful. Supper knowledgeable and hunt down what you need. Recommend coming to this store 1st! One store that has been doing it right for years that's do to a good staff!

Mary helped me out over the course of a few months with the alternator in my Subaru. She was very knowledgeable and professional and empathized with me and my situation. We ended up trying 4 different alternators only to find out that this particular Subaru doesn't play nice with aftermarket voltage regulators. Her patience and perseverance was a great help, moreso than the actual autoshow I took it to to get looked at. Thank you Mary!

This is a way better store than the sunset location. Also, I'd rather go here than autozone. The people are pretty friendly. Most of them are quite knowledgeable. Fair prices.

I was not acknowledged upon walking in. Older gentleman working was not wearing a mask, walked right past me (less than 6 feet away) while I was waiting in line without acknowledging me and then walked back past me (still less than 6 feet away), still without a word, to go back to the counter. Eventually he nodded his head at me to indicate he was finally prepared to check me out but the only words he said to me were "do you have a number with us or not" and then away before the transaction was even completed.

Went in to see if they could use the code reader to see what was wrong with my car. Was told that the code reader wouldn't read a service engine soon light. Went across to auto zone and they happily got the code reader and tested my car no questions asked. Go next door to auto zone if you can.

Is this store manager even aware of what goes on here?? Employees are EATING McDonalds at the counter, swearing up and down WHILE customers are standing at the counter and while we were installing our parts in the parking lot employees were running over to the cigarette store next door and coming outside for breaks every 5 min. I'm not a stickler but a little professionalism goes a long way to get people returning to your store.

I will never go to another O'Reily. The girls who worked there have no idea what they are doing. They watched me pour a huge jug of oil in my car without checking it and I over filled it by 3 quarts and they didn't say anything about it. I asked for help finding the oil thing and putting oil in, because the dipstick showed it was low. Yes I know it's not their job, but they should at least know the basics. Shame on them for not teaching their employees the basics of car maintenance.

I spend several days a week and several hundred dollars a month at the store. I maintain a lot of vehicles for friends and family and these guys are always around to help me out. Very personable, friendly, and always point me in the right direction if I need assistance.

I needed a new car battery, so I took the old battery in and they were able to find me a comparable battery at a reasonable price. Also, they disposed my old battery, which is great for a novice like me .

Visited in February 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, felt very safe, staff were taking proper precautions. Scanned my engine codes for free and guided me to fixing them.
