These guys are great! Super nice, very knowledgeable, and willing to help out even at the end of the day. They even ran across town to get my weird tire size and still finished in an hour. Price is just as good as Costco, actually a little better for their premium tires. Not just a business, these folks care, and know their stuff.

I went in for a free winter road safety check. New tires were discussed. I went with the Dean Road Control2 set. With a limited number of miles on these tires I am pleasantly surprised with their comfort, control and handling. If you need a free safety check .. or a new set of tires I recommend this place.

This has usually been my go to place for tires. But I've had two problems come up in the last couple of visits to maybe re-think my business for tires. I brought my car in for service on a slow leak in one of my tires. The service person claimed no leaks were found and I needed a new battery. A new battery installed and a couple of days went by my tire was flat. I brought the car back, low and behold they finally found a nail in the tire.A day later I brought the car to the store, wouldn't start. The battery terminals had been installed loose and they were off. I had no tools so I was stuck. Whats going on at Les Schwab?

I was misled about the warranty on a TPS sensor system the Renton LS installed 2+ (less than 3) years ago, that has been malfunctioning for 2 years plus. I should have come in sooner, that s on me, but it was intermittent and Renton LS said they could only diagnose if the light is on, which happens very infrequently and randomly during my work week. At any rate, I was told directly by the tech that the warranty was only a 1 year warranty. (By a tech, manager didn t come out). Called a different location and actual warranty was 3 years. Renton also claimed to not have any of my customer info on file (when I called initially to inquire about the warranty), again Auburn was able to pull it right up. Weird, however when I come in for my appointment they can pull me right up. Kicker was after all this nonsense the tech has the nerve to try to sell me $60 in wiper blades. I have been a lifetime customer of various LS but will never be going back to this location. Auburn will be doing this work under warranty where Renton was essentially trying to charge $300+ from me, for something that has never really functioned correctly to begin with. Auburn will have all my future business. The issue is probably a faulty sensor if I had to guess. This whole experience felt highly unethical. Lady working front desk was very nice. Hence the one star.

Have run into the worse luck lately and tires have been the victim of a slasher and nails. I was stressed and Les Schwab who went the extra mile to help me get back on he road. The staff is extra nice and patient. I recommend them all day.

I installed new suspension on my vehicle and went to 2 different Les Schwab locations for alignment and both places were not able to do the job. When I m driving straight my steering wheel stays in left position which is unacceptable. I m not visiting their shops anymore

This place used to be a wonderful when Hanna, Dion and Josh worked here, she left some time ago and became from the best to the worst; I replace a battery for my daughter's car here like 3 weeks ago after that the car was flickering and sometimes dead I kinda new it was the battery because I didn't have a check engine light, one Tuesday afternoon I told my daughter to take the car there so they can the battery so a guy told my daughter and went to the car and started and according to him just listening to the engine was the alternator and didn't want to check anymore.Had to spend 150 in a shop to check the car guest what? The terminals of the battery were loose the previous installation was not properly installed.Another time I got to fix a leak to another of my car and this guy's call me to say I need to replace all the tires. I went back and they confused my car with another car no even se same model.One more I took my truck to change the struts then I got a call from the same shop telling me I need to replace the rack and pinion didn't even check the shocks and struts. This new crew is not professional and they lust look the way to change all the money they can for this job they wanna charge me 1600 and y other shop give a quote for 1200 dlls be careful with this shop. Never coming back.

These folks are awesome! I went there for their reputation of service and was not disappointed. I was helped by an absolute gem at the counter named Christene, and her service was incredible. The gentleman who fixed my tire was super friendly, and the price was definitely fair, to say the least. In this day and age, I never experience service of this level. I will be going here for all of my tire needs. You should too!

Last week, while visiting my daughter in Seattle, I had rented a car from the airport. The very next day I discovered the front drivers side tire was slowly losing air and it most likely had something in it.After contacting the rental car company and explaining that the tire was leaking, they gave me a choice of taking the car back and exchanging it for another or taking it to a tire store and having it repaired and they would reimburse me for the cost of the repair. I chose the latter and my son-in-law recommended Les Schwab. After contacting them, they said to bring it in, and they would get to it that day. A few hours later, they called me and said the tire had a nail in it and it was repaired. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, they said it was no charge for the repair. I also tried to leave them a hefty tip and they refused it. I was just in AWE and think I just experienced a WOW moment! Thank you, Les Schwab Tires. At least I am able to leave you a 5-star review for my experience and hopefully that pays the bill.Geoff Fishel

Very professional service. The person at the desk, Jacob, was quite knowledgeable and provided plenty of useful information. Replacement of four tires and alignment didn t take more than two hours which considerably shorte wait time than other counterparts.

Have a new vehicle with less than 1500 miles on it. I had a gash in my front driver tire and without even looking at my tire they let me know that I needed 4 new tires. I understand that they are in the business of selling tires, but at least look at my issue first before making that determination.

I really even would not give this place one star! They had my car for two months and was paid/cashed checks. NEVER rendered services on my vehicle. They kept saying they needed more $ I brought they more $ and they cashed the second check still did not work on my car yet made me believe that did. They called and said they needed more $ Ave when I said no this is crazy. They told me to come pick up my car and they did not do any work as they where waiting for the more $ . This started as a $900 job then ever up a $3500 job. I took my car elsewhere for $140.

Went there Saturday, Feb 11, 2023. What a great experience. Hanna welcomed every customer inn with a respect and smile and when they done she send them out again with respect and smile. I was amazed at her customer service skills. Plus they re fast and wherever repair they say is free, it s really free. Like tire repair. No fakes! This place is good!

Very professional staff, received a free inspection + repair quote in 15 minutes after simply walking-in with no appointments, and another 15 minutes after that to replace the new battery for a chrysler 200 sedan. Will visit again for any repairs and replacements.

Great customer service from all staff members but Trevor stood out and went above and beyond. From the first interaction on the phone to the time we made it into the store. Hands down one of the best customer service skills from and individual in a long time. The store staff was totally awesome but Trevor handled business took care of our tire got us in and out within 20min. Please give your staff a celebration and Trevor need a bonus or some payed days off

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years now and it's always pretty consistent. Had an issue with rattling under the car and the wheels felt loose making the car jiggle. Took it in and they had to replace the arms holding the tires on. OK, yes please do that. The rattling they cannot figure out, Chandler even went through taking off shields and stuff and cleared out gravel that had gotten trapped under parts of the underside of the car. Hasn't resolved the problem but I definitely appreciate the extra time and effort they took to try and diagnose the problem. If anyone has a clue what causes a metallic sounding rattling over bumps and uneven asphalt plz let me know. Thx!

Amazing customer service! Will, came from the installation bay to help with an issue I've been having on my recently purchased BBS wheels. He knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix for free! Ordered pizza for him and the team! Thanks again!

Got a new tire from here drove under 20 miles and parked it was flats the next day to top it off the tpsm was set up wrong so the car thought it was a different tire. Took it back in today to have them see what is wrong, William at the front desk was incredibly rude I ended just leaving after wait for an hour, got my keys back and my EV charger car was missing. I will never use this Les Schwab again !

Not very happy with recent service. I had 4 tires replaced at les-Schwab, I told the receptionist to check the tire pressure monitor sensors, and she said that was included in the service. By the time I got home, the low pressure light on dashboard illuminated. I brought my car back the next day, the mechanic said one of the sensors was bad and needed to be replaced.He told me to make another appointment for that or wait in line for the service that they did not complete the day before. I m not coming back to Les-Schwab any more.

We were on our way camping but we had an issue with our muffler hanging and despite not doing mufflers, a nice worker came out and took a look at it. He was willing to crawl under our hot car and take a look and was able to tighten it. Wish we got his name, we are so thankful for his help. Now we can head on up to Mount Rainer with no muffler worries!

Came here when my tire blew out on i405. Little did I know les Schwab was gonna make my day even worse. Upon opening they told me they can t replace only one tire unless it is the same type cause it might damage my transmission the tire that I needed they wouldn t have for 3 weeks so I would need to buy all 4 Of one they sold. Luckily the dealership for my car is basically attached to their lot so I walked over and bought the tire I need and came back. They then pulled my car in and 20 minutes later came out and told me the tread on my other front side tire was too low for them to put my new tire on. What??? Mind you this was a brand new car I only owned for 2 weeks. After refusing to replace my tire for liability reasons they then let me take my car with a blown out tire and drive it over to the dealership next door who then installed the tire without issue and had no idea what les Schwab was talking about. 1/10 stars for les Schwab. Unlike any of the Les Schwab experiences I ve ever had and makes me sad as it has made sure I will never return again after get serviced by them my entire years of owning a vehicle.

This place was great. Got me in and evaluated my flat... could not fix it but reviewed with me the problem and put my spare on for me. I already had tires on order, but I will be back in the future. They had such great customer service.

I luv this Les Schwab location in downtown Renton. They have, probably the best customer service for the services they offer, bar none. I don't know why I haven't come here more often. I've been in for a backend alignment when I got sideswiped and needed one. Done in a timely manner when you set your appointment. Came in couple of months later when a family member had the hand brake slightly engaged and drove to Seattle from Renton, dropped her off and as I went to get in the driver's side, the smell of burnt back brake pads was overwhelming. I was so distraught, few more hundred dollars down the toilet. So I went in and talked to Miss Hannah at the counter, she pulled up all the necessary parts and what labor it would take to get it fixed (around $580, over $100 less than the online mechanics that come to your home), if they had to replace everything. By the way, if you want to witness customer service executed to perfection, go see Miss Hannah at this location. I'm not kidding you, just go and you'll see what I mean. Made an appointment to come back when all the parts were in. Couple of days later Miss Hannah called and asked if we can reschedule for a few days later as some parts might not come on time, I said sure. I went in on the the set appointment and sat in the lobby while they took my car in. About 45 minutes later, the mechanic came in the lobby and called my name. I went up to the counter and he explained that my back brakes were fine, he inspected them, sprayed some brake kleen on them, and they were way within spec, so I don't need to replace them. Whoo hoo! I'm thinking, I don't have to pay the full quote! Yay! He gave Miss Hannah the paperwork and wished me a good day. I stepped up to the counter where Miss Hannah was, took out my card, smiling because I'm not going to pay the full price. Miss Hannah punched in some things on her computer, printed a page for me, handed it to me and said "Have a nice day". Confused, I asked her how much do I owe and she said "No, there's no charge because there was nothing wrong with you car". I stood there confused for a few seconds and asked "For real", as Miss Hannah smiled back and said "For real". I'm shocked! There are places like this that still exist in America. If you need brakes, shocks and tire service, please visit your local Les Schwab Tire Center. There are no charges for things you don't need. And if you are around the downtown Renton area, go see Miss Hannah. You will be overwhelmingly surprised. My new forever place for tires, brakes and shocks. Thank you Les Schwab and thank Miss Hannah!

Called Les Schwab around 2:00 p.m. They were able to get me in that day! I had been to several auto body shops trying to fix the vibration in my car, but none had been able to do so. And all of their estimates were either high or wrong fix for the problem. Had the tires balanced, new spark plugs, new engine air filter, and new battery. Was thinking about putting on a new pair of tires next, but Les Schwab put it on the rack first and told me exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it within an hour. Car is driving much better now and the check engine light is off. The mechanics there were quick and honest. Money well spent.
