I'm happy to say that we were definitely satisfied with Jacks Mobile Mechanic. Our biggest concern is the obvious honesty mechanics, and from our very first phone conversation, I was immediately comforted by the professionalism and straight forwardness of the company. The convenience factor is without doubt a huge benefit but it is reassuring to know that Jacks Mobile does not overdo this convenience factor and ripoff customers. Moreso than anything it is the professionalism and honesty that convinced us to continue using this company for our repairs/maintenance. I highly recommend this company and would refer them without hesitation to anyone looking for a mechanic. Being mobile is just a HUGE additional plus.

I don't even have words to express how happy I am to have found Jack's Mobile Mechanics. Not only do they arrive on time, provide the best prices, and the best service. But they also make sure you know exactly what is going on with your car. They do not believe in band-aiding but truly getting to the root of what is happening with you car. My alternator and accessory belt failed and the car died. Jack came out, diagnosed the problem, bought the parts, returned to the site, and fixed the whole assembly within two hours - except for the idler pulley. The new one had been mis-built at the factory. Jack fixed up the old one and used that. Then he came back a week later and installed the right part, no extra charge. Great job!

Had a flat tire at my home. Texted several mobile mechanics. Jack was quick to respond and gave a reasonable rate. All communication happened through text including pricing and new tire costs. My tire was patched the same day. Jack came over even though it was late and patched the tire.

Jack is a good, honest mechanic who is also personable and easy to work with. His partner Taylor is an excellent communicator. It's clear that this team enjoys helping people and they take their work seriously. It's so refreshing to find friendly, competent mechanics who don't try to rip you off. The fact that they come to you is super convenient and their booking and tracking system makes everything transparent and easy to document. Taylor helped schedule the appointment and was very communicative. Jack came out within a couple days of me reaching out. He diagnosed my vehicle and replaced the starter motor in the same day. Used my own parts - many folks won't do that.Thanks for the wonderful service!

I was able to schedule an appointment through text, very convenient. The planned charges were sent to me via text and I was able to review everything before they booked the appointment. Even though I got my car going and ended up cancelling, Taylor provided me with information and suggestions to keep my vehicle on the road. Called Jack s Mobile mechanics to help fix a brake issue I was having and they were very quick to respond. They showed up on time and got to work straightaway. I was very impressed on how fast and efficiently they were working on my vehicle, they got the job done in less than 2 hours! The price was also great compared to other mobile mechanics In my area. I was in the market for a used car and needed a pre purchase inspection. Most mechanic shops in the area were either booked out for weeks or were not open on the weekends. So, I did a quick google search and was able to find Jack s and luckily he was open 24 hrs and was able to fit me in for a last minute inspection. He was also able to meet me and the seller closer to where we both lived. Jack was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He was also very honest with both myself and the seller, answering any questions we had. He also told me how much I should ask for when negotiating with the sellers and was able to give me a quote for the repairs needed.

Found Jack through a Google search. I needed to have an alternator installed in my wife s car. Read the reviews, and they were all favorable.Sent a text requesting a quote and the response was quick, and the price was right! I was able to get an appointment for the same day.Jack showed up within the timeframe promised, and had the old alternator removed and the replacement installed within an hour! My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle on a Sunday. We were looking in the Kent area and we wanted someone to perform a vehicle inspection before we bought the car.Jack was quick to respond and very communicative about what his eta and what he was doing.He arrived on time to the car lot and answered all my questions. He did a very thorough job and gave us am honest unbiased opinion on whether or not we should buy the car. There some notable things wrong with it which he pointed out and even estimated how much those would be to fix.We felt confident buying this used vehicle because Jack was there to tell us his thoughts.We also loved that he was very kind and relatable. We immediately felt like we could trust him.I will say the one con was instead of an email detailing everything he found on some official looking letterhead. We just got a text message.

We were so lucky we found this business just yesterday! We were able to get a same day appointment to check out a car we were going to buy. He was punctual and great communication via text. He checked the whole car and went on a test drive and made us feel much more comfortable making this purchase!

When I tell you this company is truly the best and honest I can t even begin. I was in a desperate situation. My axel had completely broke off and kicked my tire out to where my car wasn t mobile in a parking lot. I had called other places and got no help. I stumbled across Jack and Taylor on their lunch break and happened to stop in the same parking lot just by coincidence. They literally were there to help and fast. They are not only reasonable with pricing but so kind. I was able to use my car this morning and it s running amazing! service was so fast and honestly easy I will be coming back and recommending to everyone!Service: Tires

These guys are fantastic. I would give them a thousand stars if I could! My daughter is on a road trip with my truck pulling a 23 ft camper. They dropped their camper and afterward the truck refused to start. That happened on Saturday late afternoon. I called Jack's on Sunnday morning and they dropped everything to run out and help her. They ended up replacing the starter and saving her trip!I can't explain in this short review how much of a big deal this was - my daughter is a million miles away from home (Boston) and these guys dropped everything and drove out to help her, like she was their daughter, quickly diagnose the problem and solved it allowing her to continue her journey.If you need help with your car or truck please be smart and call these guys. Quick, efficient, super smart and nice too!

My truck broke down 200 mi from home. I called Jack's mobile mechanics and within 2 hours the mechanic was out fixing my truck. He did an excellent job, and knew right away what the problem was.

10/10 would recommend this service. Jack came and took care of my failed water pump seal. Does great work couple weeks later and I do not have any issues with the work. I tried to do this job myself unsuccessfully as im not a pro . I had a ridiculous tote catching all the coolant that I had leaked out and he was generous enough to put it back in the empty coolant containers for me to dispose of. He came on short notice within 48hrs, he took less than 1 hr to replace my seal and clean up. He did the work in the snow guys. Im freaking suoer grateful. He did clean work and didn't make a mess of my steering wheel or inside of my vehicle. (In my past experience some techs have got grease on my floor boards or even on my steering wheel) He called when he arrived, and he called when he was done. He also texted me afterward to inform me to keep an eye on my thermostat. Easy payment options as well. Cash, or app payments accepted. Thank you Jack

The lady receptionist/dispatcher was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. They are listed under diesel mechanics yet will only work on passenger vehicles. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND!!

Drove my 25 year old car 800 miles broke my axel same night Jack came out to replace it took him no more than an hour, I can say from first hand the service was, fast, efficient, smooth, and he even showed me step by step what he was doing, YouTube worthy, legend.
