This company ceramic coated my car, applied tint, and applied paint protection film on my brand new SUV. They didn t properly do any of the work that I paid thousands of dollars for and I m very disappointed in their products, workmanship, and customer service.My tint was poorly installed and is still hazy over a month later, which limits visibility in sunny situations as well as when lights hit it at night. Plus, while installing it they cut my weather strip on my drivers window.The ceramic coating is improperly applied. I can see drips and streaks in it down my windshield in the rain causing visibility issues.The paint protection film is mostly applied right but one piece has a bubble I asked to be fixed.All of these things were brought up to the company and my dealership. I ve been told multiple times that a tech would contact me to fix my issues, and even that my concerns were escalated to a lead/supervisor. It has been weeks, and I ve heard nothing. Beware of this company.

Iden's Dealer Services was a pleasure to work with. They responded quickly to my inquiries, answered all my questions, and gave me quotes and scheduling options right away. They installed PPF and ceramic coating to my new rig, which turned out fantastic. They needed an extra day to ensure everything was going to set up properly and not risk having problems and communicated that quickly. Would not hesitate to come to them again.

Great customer service! Recently had the windows tinted and full chip protect added to the front. The customer service was excellent from scheduling and drop-off to picking it up after it was done. The car looks amazing. Highly recommend Iden's to anyone who wants their car to look it's best. Great company with great people!

Another one of many perfect services from Iden's! I think this is my 6th car or more that I have had detailed, chip protected and windows tinted here. This time I did a whole front end chip protect along with the window tinting but also had the entire car ceramic coated as well. The staff is responsive and the work was meticulous. The entire team made sure I was pleased with the work and it turned out better than I could have expected. This is the only place I would ever trust and go to for these services. Highly recommend. Recently had two of my cars front two windows tinted to match the factory tint in the back windows. Communication, scheduling, and drop off was super easy. The work was done quickly (both cars done the same day) and the quality is exceptional. Highly recommend their work.

Every time I get my truck back from being detailed it looks brand new! I've tried other providers in the past and will never go anywhere else because of the quality of service and professionalism. And now everyone in my office uses Iden's. I highly recommend them to dealerships and customers!

Can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work. I had my car tinted and detailed. Iden's went above and beyond to make sure my car looked better than new. I don't know why I waited so long to make an appointment, but I won't make that mistake again. I'll be back!

After doing a bunch of research I opted to get my new 4Runner tinted at Iden s. They were very helpful, answering my numerous questions via email (shout out to Chad) about the tint process, percentages and pricing. Once I was ready to schedule, I was able to get in quickly (another place I emailed was a month out and more expensive). Everyone was very professional and my 4Runner came out looking great! They even washed the whole car! I ll be back to get the chip protect in a few weeks. Thanks to everyone at Iden s for their awesome work! Highly recommend.

Kevin, Chris and team did a phenomenal job with my C8 Corvette.They installed Xpel paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coated the full car, windows, and wheels. Also minor clay bar paint correction.They were very professional and finished on time. I will absolutely use them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family. When I walked into Iden's Dealer Services to have my windows tinted I wasn't sure what to expect since I was just having my personal vehicle worked on. It was a very welcoming, clean and organized environment. Christina greeted me with a friendly smile, took my information and introduced me to Manuel. Manuel is the person that was going to do the window tinting. He explained the process to me, the ceramic film being installed, the different darkness/levels of tint, how it rejects heat as well as the UV protection it provides and he answered all my questions. My first impression as I walked into Iden s Renton facility was wow! Everywhere I looked I saw professionalism. The facility was immaculate. The customer oriented waiting area was very comfortable with clean restrooms. Kyle and his staff provided great service. We had complete front end chip protection and ceramic coating installed on our new Kia Sportage. Our car looks amazing and we recommend Iden s without reservation. Thank you. Gary Williams

Fantastic job from Iden's. I had some paint scratches that I knew wouldn't buff out,.... and they made them disappear! Interior (including the previously dirty cup holders:)) looks brand new. Every bit of dust, including in the trunk is gone. I had this done at a Lexus Dealership that exclusively uses Iden's Onsite Services. It's definitely worth asking your dealership if they utilize this company onsite also. They are in a lot of dealerships, and worth looking for. Just bought a new truck, It's a white Pearl Color, after about a week of use, I decided I needed chip protect, and window tinting. I found Iden's online and they were stellar. Set up an appointment dropped it off in the Morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Truck was super clean when I picked it up and the chip protect just feels like the right investment to protect the paint. The guys at Iden's were super responsive got me on the schedule immediately, and went above and beyond. Even chip protected all of the door handles. The Film has come a long way from the old easy to see bra style. This stuff even self heals it's wild. I'd suggest this treatment for anyone and everyone trying to get more life out of their cars paint. Iden's was the place to go. I took a family vehicle in that had been used for shuttling little kids, sports, road trips etc. to prep it for sale. Iden s did such a fantastic job, the car looked showroom condition and sold to the first buyer who looked at it. The team was kind, professional, and on time with scheduled drop off and pick up. I've had clear bras and tint installed on two of my cars by their professional staff. If I have any questions they are quick to respond. There quality of work is next level.I went back about a year later to have some specks/rust deposits on my paint addressed, and to have my Hood clear Bra redone (clear bra became damaged when a rock struck the hood, paint was saved.)Service was completed quickly and now my truck looks brand new. It's not often these days that you find a company that stands out due to their customer service and quality of work, but that is exactly what you will find at Iden's Dealer Services. I took my Bronco in for Paint Protective Film, window tinting, and ceramic coating.From the start both Kevin and Chris were very patient with me while I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted. They were always quick to respond to my questions and Chris even met with me at another one of their locations to review exactly what I was looking for, including a custom piece of PPF for a specific area of my Bronco that I wanted to make sure had extra protection.I was headed out of town and they had no problem taking in my vehicle for the week I was on vacation. I received word from them near the end of the week that all had gone well and my Bronco would be ready for pick up when I came back into town.I arrived at their Renton location shortly after they opened Monday morning and the gentleman I met when I got there quickly got me invoiced out and pulled my vehicle around. That's when I first saw the quality of the work they did. I was very impressed with the lines they took with the PPF, taking care to make sure it was placed in areas where it was less noticeable, but provided the most protection. Tint was done exactly how I had asked and with the ceramic coating the Bronco looked better than the day I pulled it off the lot. The inside of the vehicle had even been cleaned!I can't say enough about the entire group I dealt with at Iden's Dealer Services. I will recommend them to anyone looking for tint, PPF, or ceramic coatings. It's refreshing to want to recommend a company based on both their customer service and quality of workmanship.Great job Kevin, Chris, and team!

Iden s did a phenomenal on an interior detail for my car. I am so pleased with the work they ve done, and my car hasn t looked like this since I got it!
