My car got broken into and a window was smashed and after a few price quotes I ended up at Good Dog on 4/17. While the circumstances were awful, the service was incredible. I was stressed because I had a broken window, had to pay a lot to get it fixed, and also because I had to go during work hours while being busy at work. Once I got there they instantly took my keys and got started. The time window I got was up to 2 hours but they rushed it for me and got it done perfectly but also got me out in under 40 minutes. Stacy was awesome and provided great service and was a very calming presence for a stressful situation. Their price quote was the best I got. While I genuinely hope to never have a situation that brings me back to this location, I 100% would return and recommend them to anyone who has glass repair needs. Thanks for the great service!

Some hooligans broke both of my driver's side windows the night before a vacation. The team here got me in same-day and were totally cool with keeping my car a few extra days while I was out of town. They're friendly and funny, and they did exceptional work at a competitive price. And as a dog lover, the name just puts them over the top for me. I'm going to tell all my friends in the area to hit Good Dog Auto Glass up if they need glass work on their cars from now on!

Quick, convenient, professional. I called at 8am after finding a large crack in my windshield. They told me that part would be in two hours later and that I could come at 10am. They completed the work in under their original two hour estimate. Great experience all around. Their pricing was similar to Safelite, but quicker and a local business. Thanks Good Dog.

Good Dog auto glass is run by good people! They choose to do the right thing, brought truck in with water leak 8 below back glass. I thought glass seal failed, they water tested and found it was not leak of glass seal. Saved me from expensive glass replacement and a continuing water leak. Above & beyond they recommend place for body seam leak testing who located and fixed the leak source. Excellent service, they listened and acted with GOOD judgment. Will continue to do business with Good Dog Auto Glass.

This is the second time I've needed glass repair on my van. And this is the only place I will go from now on. They are fast, friendly and honest. They even vacuumed my floor mats! Thanks for the great service ! I'm very happy with my new windshield.

Really super convenient at a very affordable price! Definitely will come here than pay hundreds of dollars to safelite autoglass. Extremely nice people. They offer hot tea, water, free Pacman and a terrarium to look at as you wait. It's a convenient location as there are restaurants and a Fred Meyer in the same complex. Limited seating. If there is no long wait, a walk-in can be as little as 30-40 mins.

Ever since the tiktok hype has come out about Kias and Hyundai cars, my window has been broken twice. Each time I have gone to Good Dog Auto Glass and every time they have been extremely helpful and provides great customer service!

Had my sunroof glass replaced. Called for a quote. They called me back later with two quotes! One with new OEM glass and one from Ebay. I chose the $200 less Ebay glass. Dropped off the night before, they parked it safely in their garage bay. Professional service that went beyond my expectations. My car windshield got hit by a rock and unfortunately was too big to fill in so I had to get it replaced. Yesterday I called Good Dog and was immediately impressed by Louis. He was very informative and friendly! Today I went to get my new windshield installed as well as my car system recalibrated. It was done in the time he said and so friendly in person. They also washed all my windows and vacuumed my car as well. Above and beyond! It was nice getting to play some arcade games while waiting for them to finish the work on my car. Louis also helped by calling and setting up a claim with my insurance company. Amazing experience and will definitely recommend and be back for any auto glass related problem I have. Thanks for everything!

I had my window broken into and called Good dog to see if they could fix it. Luckily they were able to fix it same day! Even better they assured me they would clean up all the shattered glass in my car! This company truly made the experience of having a broken window pleasant. This review is long overdue but I needed to give credit to Good Dog Auto Glass! I used their services a few months ago and am so glad I did. My windshield had a large crack so I called a few different dealerships for a quote on a replacement and they all said that I should use factory windshields because my car had the ADAS cameras. I then called Good Dog Auto Glass and Luis assured me that I did not have to get original factory windshields and they also provide camera recalibration services. I paid less than I would have if I went to a dealership and the whole process was great, they were very professional from start to finish. Just yesterday a big rock hit my windshield as I was driving on the highway and didn't leave a crack so they definitely use a good product! Excellent service! Fair price as what's quoted over the phone. Work was done in about 30 minutes. I didn't have to wait that long to get it done. Thank you to Luis and your team!! I was referred to this company by a fellow Jeep owner and took a chance. I had an appointment with a different company for a much sooner time however they were trying to charge me over $600 for a windshield! Treats you like family.My car got broken into, this business went above and beyond, they recommended different options on where to look of they couldn't help. Also giving me tips on how to fix what had happened. I had been given a quote from the first person I talked to, I then called back to confirm. The other person gave me a quote that was a bit higher. No big deal.Ten min later, I get a call from the gentleman that provided the first quote (the cheaper offer) and he said they would honor it. This is the type of customer service thay deserves 5 stars. Thank you good dog!

I got my windshield replaced in June in which I was happy with their services. However, as of few weeks ago, I've noticed a crack is starting to form from the bottom. I tried to email and communicate with them but they are ghosting me. I waited 2 weeks before I submit this review. Before I was a customer, they replied within a business day to schedule my appointment.I might be the only unfortunate recipient from a cracking windshield replacement but I just want to let everyone know if there is a problem a few months later, don't expect a reply. I suggest everyone to pay the extra $50 from a competitor.Update: I got a hold of them and unfortunately for me, it was a new crack. As a result, I had to replace it again but they offered a discount.

Super polite and upfront staff. They returned my call immediately when setting up my appointment and were clear and concise about price and results and delivered on them perfectly and then some.I had a stone chip my windshield and they told me that I'd likely still be able to see it if repaired, but I didn't mind as long as the crack didn't spread.Not only can I no longer see where the damage was, but they were nice enough to vacuum my car out while the epoxy cured...which they didn't have to do! Family owned and operated. Take pride in their work. Experienced technicians. Honest, upfront and candid. They re easy to work with. It s better to make an appointment to be considerate of their volume but if you drop in, they ll work with you. Repaired two rock chips in my windshield on 8/19/2022 and very satisfied with the results. Highly recommend this place over national chain repair shops. They ll work with your insurance company to cover repairs.

I have had these two chips in my windshield for a while and I knew that I had to get them fixed fast so they didn't get bigger, so first I just googled it up and went to Safelite. $300 for them to fix two little chips in a windshield?!? Another place said $200, and another place told me $85 plus an additional $40 for the second chip. Finally, I found Good Dog Auto Glass online and gave them a call, and they quoted me for a whopping $55! The person that I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and you can barely see the chips in my windshield anymore, they are perfectly fixed! I will definitely be going back if any damage comes to my cars windows again, 10/10 service and price!BTW: total at the shop was $55.05, so my quote was only five cents off! :DService: Auto windshield repair

My truck was broken into through both passenger windows. Wallets, credit cards and cash were all taken. The folks at Good Dog were outstanding in every aspect including the realization that with no money a deposit was kinda tuff. They vacuumed most of the glass, taped the windows and made an appointment for a couple days later. Got there a few minutes before and my truck was in the shop being worked on AT the appointment time! Work was finished on time and done very professionally. Great company!

Got a quote over the phone in less than a couple minutes, and setting up an appointment was really easy. They were able to fit me in the next day no problem.Replaced my windshield, and even remembered to put my parking sticker back when I forgot to ask.Really clean work place, and great people that work there as well!

It is not fair to expect perfection, but it sure is nice that Good Dog delivered it.Lost a side window to vandalism.Good Dog was able to replace the same day. All other local shops quoted weeks. Good Dog also found a way to do the work for 60% less than the other quotes.Fast, friendly, detail oriented service. They started off great by emailing me right away with details and the price all right in the email. They gave me the best price from anywhere else I've talk to. So the next day I called and made an appointment and they were super friendly and had excellent customer service. Made the appointment and when they came still super friendly and professional. Unfortunately a piece of my car was stubborn and had to order that piece so we had to wait for that. After looking for me beyond standards like my car dealership discontinued the part, they didn't give up and still looked and found. So the part comes in and they put me in right away and came out. They got the job done, quick, and professionally. They did beyond good standards and I would easily recommended them to anyone and I will go back for any problems with car windows.

My experience here was awesome! I've been wanting to get my windshield repaired due to a chip for a couple months now. I stumbled upon Good Dog Auto Glass thru Google, gave them a call and Louis told me to come in the same day! He explained the repair for me and started right away!Very friendly, clean and convenient. He even cleaned my windows, windshield (inside and out) AND vacuumed the inside of my car. I was very impressed by the service and will definitely be back if I ever need a repair.If you're looking for a place to repair your windshield chips, consider coming here.
