Ive been going to this location for almost 3 years and they always do such a great job! I had an appointment today and got my tire issue fixed in less than an hour! Thank you to John for being so helpful and answering any questions/concerns that I had. Will definitely continue to come to this location!

Very easy to work with and a company post covid scam that still knows what customer service is where so many got used to people having limited choices and having to deal with horrible service. These guys are a breath of fresh air. I will buy all my tires from them.

Top-notch customer service! The staff at the S Grady Way location goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I bought tires and discovered manufacturing defects a few months later. They offered to replace the faulty tires without any questions asked. I have been going to this shop for all my vehicles for the past 3 years and see no reason to go anywhere else.

I recently had a new set of tires installed Renton store, and couldn't be happier. They were able to get me in and out in no time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Job well done! They have my recommendation.

I have always been happy with discount tire, and I ve been to many different ones. This location is no exception. They are very professional and courteous. I have worked with Manny a couple times, and he has always been professional and straightforward. During my new tire install, there was a little bit of damage to one of my wheels. They quickly took responsibility and made it right.Very stand up and professional group of folks.

I brought my tire down to be replaced and ended up waiting 4+ hours for a job that took them 5 minutes to do once they began. I had walked down after I got flat and had no spare. Pricing is on par with just about everyone else. It's not that discounted. It's just ok. Felt like I was forgotten about.

There was a time my car had to get new tires four times in a month. These guys at this shop have been accommodating and responsive. Glad to have a shop I trust with very expensive wheels and tires. I ll definitely continue coming here for all my tire needs.

Great folks - I got all four tires replaced quickly for a good price in the time it took to go have a nice cup of coffee nearby. Recently I had some tire damage and went to check how many to get replaced; Manny advised that the damage was minor and I was safe to not replace any, when it'd be easy for a less principled store to sell at least one tire.

I ordered a Tire here, and the person said it would be delivered either on the same day or the next day. They mentioned they would call me upon arrival. However, after waiting for three weeks without any response, and despite numerous phone calls, they couldn't locate my tire. Eventually, they found out that it had been delivered to the store early on, somehow they just couldn t find it . Totally waste of time. I got their tire certificate. I'm not sure if this is a special treatment for tire certificate.

Great friendly service. Took care of me fast and treated me well. I only had my tires removed from the wheels but it was great talking to the technicians. Definitely will be getting my tires here and other various services they offer

If I could give a zero, I absolutely would. Told me that they wouldn t patch my tire because it was unevenly worn down. And proceeded to attempt to charge me $300 for a single brand new tire. Would not ever go back here. Your best bet is finding a mom and pop used tire shop. Unless you are looking for brand new tires. Worst experience at a tire shop ever, and quite frankly disrespectful, being that I did inform them that I m familiar with tires, and that mine could have definitely been patched. I worked in a tire distribution center for over three years, so I m not just a girl who knows nothing lol like most auto body and tire shops try to assume. Definitely would recommend firestone over these guys.

I have had great experiences at every Discount Tire location I have visited, and this location was more of the same. Friendly employees and quick service. It is striking how many services they will simply provide to you for free, compared to the less gracious national chains like Big O, who try to nickel and dime their customers.

So far so good. I needed an odd tire size and tried Les Schwab and Big O first. Both stores could get me Michelin Sport Cups on special order if I had a week plus to wait. Discount Tire had about a dozen choices in the size I wanted and the Toyos I ordered arrived in 24 hours. I dropped the tires off in the afternoon with the arrangement to pick them up the following day, but they insisted that they would just mount them for me right then and there, which saved me a return trip and a lot of time. I will come back to discount for future tire needs.

Got a flat tire on a long distance trip. I called around to many different places and finally this discount tire said that they had a tire in the size and brand that I need. I drove 30 minutes on a spare tire to this location to hopefully solve my problem. When I got there they said that the tires had been on hold for a while by someone else. A good waste of my gas, time, and still left me with the issue of needing a tire.

They installed 4 new tires in about 35-40min, 20 minutes earlier than expected. And handled my car with care.There are 2 discount tire shops closer to where I live but they had too many recent poor reviews so I came to this one instead (despite my hate for driving on 405) and I'm glad I did.

The service is okay. I had an appointment the girl asked me for my ID. I was confused never had them ask for my ID. They usually take the keys and check my vehicle and come back. I asked her for what because I was getting anything from them she said it was required for online orders. I showed her my ID and gave her my keys. I sat inside while waiting for my tires to be changed. I watched her help several customers never asking for ID but giving information off account with out ID is oka.

This is a review where at the end i believe this store did the right thing in the right way. Highlighting ethics over corporate policy.I got my tires from this location about three months prior to this day. When I left the lot i had a TPMS sensor light come on that I didn't take notice to right away. Life got in the way, something we all can relate to, that prevented me from taking my vehicle back to the store.Time passed and now i needed to get my regular maintenance done at the dealership i bought my vehicle. Without hesitation i wanted everything fixed, one of which was my TPMS warning light. My dealer performed their service as you'd expect while informing me of any additional cost beforehand. At the end they saved me the broken sensor, which was clearly sevearly damaged in the process of a tire swap. We all know that when you get maintenence done at a dealership you get taken to the cleaners, which was gasoline on the fire at this point.With the store not far away i drove there and talked to the manager about the situation. With an obvious moment of conflict between me and him i can say afterwards that I believe he did a great job listening and understanding me with respect. These moments are always frustrating from either angle because of x, y, z reason. At the end he took responsibility of the damage it caused me, which showed his empathy and integrity on doing the right thing for his customer.I dont know if I'll return here because i think the situation shouldn't have happened in the first place, but I will always share with others that I believe they have good ethics, which can be seen from taking ownership of this situation and by observing how they talk/help other customers.

They said my tire wasn t fixable and it will cost me $120 for a tire replacement. Other tire shop plugged my tire for $11.

$1200 paid to them for tires and won t repair a leak because I plugged it myself to get off the shoulder onthe freeway.Called Les Schwab and they said no problem bring it on down. Dont buy tires hear unless you re ok with no repairs.

Would give zero stars if I could. This location is not up to Discount Tire standards, I give high ratings for other locations.Had Tire Rack tires installed at a different Discount Tire location, but one tire had a slow leak, with under 700 miles on the set. This location inspected, told me I had 3 tires with impact damage (!), told me I would need to deal with Tire Rack, and would not document the inspection (this is a 20+ year old car that has never had any impact damaged tires). Called Tire Rack, they called the 4th St Discount Tire, who inspected and documented the issue.btw - Tire Rack will only replace 3 of the 4 tires, although the same kind is no longer available.My takeaways:*Don't go to the Discount Tire at Grady Way in Renton*Don't buy from Tire Rack and have installed at Discount, unless you also buy Discount certificates, which cost ~$100 per set.*Don't buy Vredstein tires - something wrong when 3 of 4 XL tires get impact damage in under 700 miles (we did not drive over any curbs, etc)

Love this place they always get you set right. One of the few places that does free tire air and tire checks to keep you safe. They also fix flats free. Honestly could not recommend them highly enough. Everyone I delt with today was outstanding truely top notch customer service. I really appreciate everything you guys do. They are the best around the area, also the fastest and air checks as well as fixing a flat tire are both free. I definitely recommend going there if you have any type of tire need or want.

Great service. Great staff. I made an appointment, there were a lot of people in there. They still had me in/out under an hour, which only gave me enough time to walk to Starbucks, drink 2 Americanos and eat 1 coffee cake before getting the message that my tires were mounted. Great job! Thanks. And oh yeah, the tires were awesome too.

Came here to get my flat tire repaired. The customer service rep greeted me and enquired about my problem. He came out and did a quick inspection on the tyre and gave me feedback. He also gave me a timeframe when the tire will be ready. I was really happy that the whole process was without hassle and also cost was free as well. I would definitely recommend this place for any tire issues.

Had to edit my good review from 2 years ago because their service has gotten even better. I made an appointment for my daughter because she had a leak in her tire and we were already shopping for new tires to purchase for her car. She called me during her appointment, saying that they would get her a great deal on tires, I told her to tell them no immediately, thinking they would take advantage of her. I guess that's my dad attitude! I was shocked with the deal they gave her and how well they treated her. I was shocked and very grateful for how well they treated my little girl. She also told me that the entire staff was super friendly and made sure to explain everything to her.So, to the staff and manager at the Grady Way, discount tire location, thank you very much for your service and professionalism. You guys are amazing
