If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took my 2023 Sorento in for moisture in my headlight at the end of December. It was determined that a replacement was needed under warranty. It's now March and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get an update on the part, nobody calls me back, they don't even answer the phone. After only owning the car for 5 months I decided to trade it in. I'll never buy another Kia and neither should you if you ever plan to have it serviced. Horrific experience, truly.

This would be a 0 star review if it were an optionThey have had my 2015 Kia Sorento for four months now. The last time I heard anything from them was at about the 2 month mark after calling once a week to figure out what was going on. The only thing they could tell me was that they didn't know what was wrong with my car. No details on what has been done or what they are planning on doing next. The rear lights( blinkers/tail lights) are not working after some "Kia Boys " tried steeling it, and they seem to be incapable of diagnosing the problem. This is a problem because my insurance won't cover a rental until the issue is diagnosed. At this point I've had to spend thousands of dollars to get a different vehicle running/ insured. When I call and leave messages they don't call back, and when I finally get to talk to someone the only information they give me is that they don't know the problem and they need more time. They try to tell me that they have been working on it, but really? 4 months with no diagnosis? I've assured them that if it won't be covered by insurance that I have the means to pay for the repair, but at this point I don't think they have even looked at my car since about 2.5 months ago. At that time someone named John called me and was accusatory like I shouldn't have taken my car to the body shop that was recommended by USAA who is my insurance. You know because the vehicle was broken into. I even got a call from a "corporate employee" named Rickey who told me to call him with any further issues. That was just after the 2 month mark as well. He told me I could reach him at the # he called me at, but when I still hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks or so I tried calling him and I got a generic Car Pros Honda voice mail. I left a message and again never heard anything back.I am not unreasonable and understand that electrical issues are difficult to track down, but for them to have the vehicle for 4 months an the only answer I can ever get (if I can ever get them to call me back) is we don't know what is wrong is a bit on the ridiculous side.My advice if you are looking to get your car serviced is to take it somewhere else, because you will be ignored and or given the run around as apposed to them actually fixing your car.At one point whoever answered the phone told me I could just come pick the car up although the car was unsafe to drive.This is the dealership. They are supposed to be the go to for any problems with their brand of vehicle. These people are clueless and have been ignoring me and my vehicle for months.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! If I could give zero stars I would.After 3 months of my car being in the shop due to an attempted theft of my car (I have had 3 break ins in a year), this service department presented me with older keys for my car, did not replace the cover for my door handle, I was no longer able to use my key fob, and my car was completely dead, all of which was never communicated or explained to me. Even though my car died TWICE in their parking lot, they still advised me to drive home. My car dies again once at home, I call the shop and leave multiple voicemails to discuss how they can resolve this. Instead, I received no callbacks and had to pay a $100 jump out of pocket due to their incompetence. It s already hard enough to be a Kia/Hyundai owner right now so for the service department to think this treatment is acceptable is completely shameful. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE

I purchased a new Kia here. It was a reasonable experience other than the laughably bad trade in offer and the dozen times I had to repeat myself that I didn't want to buy extra warranties or prepaid maintenance. Standard dealership stuff, so I won't hold that against them.I brought my car in for a factory recall. The letter from Kia stated that the service will take approximately one hour. The lady at the service counter repeated that claim. So I waited in the service lounge. My car doesn't move from the service bay for 45 mins. It didn't appear busy there, but maybe it was. Still 45 mins to begin work for an appointment isn't great.Two hours later I'm starting to get concerned. So I ask for an update That's when I'm told that supposedly this recall takes 2-3 hours. No one communicated this to me. It sounded like a lie to create an excuse.Twenty minutes later the service rep comes up and says in the most confusing and convoluted way that they did not have the part to complete the factory recall. Three and a half hours of wasted time and terrible communication is more than enough for me to never come back here.The worst part was the service rep handling my car trying to throw the first person, who said it would take an hour, under the bus. They took no responsibility. Hopefully that first person doesn't get in trouble.

EDIT: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CONTACTING THE "SERVICE MANAGER" AT THE EMAIL PROVIDED IN THE REPLIES. HE DOESNT RESPOND EITHER.Should be able to give zero stars.Worst customer service ever! Took my car in for a diagnostic on a noise on a Tuesday around 1030. Was told I would get my car back the same day in about 5 hours. Well, that didn't happen. I never received a call that they would be keeping it overnight. I called and left messages to inquire and didn't receive a call back until Thursday. Luckily, I was able to find a ride to and from work during this time. They said it was my AC compressor and that if I didn't turn on my AC the noise would stop (which it doesn't, I would turn my AC off all the time to hear the noise before I even took the car in.) They were supposed to submit it to the company I have an extended warranty through but they never did. I called and talked to a few different people, left messages with the adviser, Jared C., who was handling my car and the service manager. The call center that forwards you to the correct department said they would email the adviser and manager but still nothing. I gave the benefit of the doubt that they may be short staffed but the fact that this has been going on since early May shows that this is how they do business. Will avoid Car Pros at all costs now and will never recommend to anyone.

I never got to have an experience at this place, which is too bad because I really needed their help with Kia I just bought for my daughter. We bought the Kia from a friend. It had been broken into and the thief tore apart the steering column to steal it. I was on the phone with a service technician and we were talking first about the vehicle and if any recalls for it. Gave him a lot of info so he could set me up for future service. It seemed I was on phone awhile before I finally got to the heart of the matter and that was to get the broken apart steering column fixed. As soon as I said it had been broken into he informed me that they were not taking broken into vehicles. I wish I had mentioned that to begin so I hadn t wasted time with him on phone. I also felt unfairly treated. How can you feel you re providing great service to your customers when you can pick and choose what you want to fix or not fix. I could have been a long time customer but as it turned out I m a not ever going to be a customer. I guess they only fix broken down cars and not broken into cars! Sheez!

Mixed Experience at Car Pros Kia Renton Service DepartmentOur overall experience with Car Pros Kia Renton has been positive, especially with the Lifetime Oil Change service we purchased. However, a recent incident left us with mixed feelings.During a routine visit, we asked the service advisor to replace the windshield washer blade for the back arm. To our surprise, upon picking up the car, we were informed that the arm had broken by itself. The advisor offered to sell us a replacement arm for $69.71 or have it replaced for an additional $51.50.This left us unsettled, as the arm was perfectly fine when we handed over the car. Feeling uneasy about the situation, we declined the offer and sought assistance from our neighborhood Kia dealership. There, we purchased the original arm and head for $37.76, and the staff graciously replaced it for us, providing valuable insights on maintenance.While we will continue using Car Pros Kia Renton for our pre-paid oil changes, this experience has made us wary about entrusting them with additional services. We believe in treating people with honor, and this incident left us feeling wronged. It's essential for service providers to take responsibility for any issues that arise during maintenance.

Bought a car new kia 2023 sportage drive around 20 thousand miles not even a year the wipers automatically not working the engine light keep pop on every single time make appointment to go fix it but they always said not found any problems only 2 weeks but need to come 4 time to fix same reason can t trust them please do your job!!!!!!!

Purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento in December 2022. Also purchased lifetime oil change service . Second oil change today. Drove home, oil pouring out of engine and complete loss of power :( :( ugh

Horrible service. Made an appointment weeks in advance and made sure I was transparent about all issues. And they not only told me they wouldn't help me but also that the company wouldn't waste their money on a loaner for me. This was a new car I leased from THEM that ended up having engine problems. Not to mention someone broke the back window and damaged the steering column; a problem which kia is aware of. And essentially they told me to take my car elsewhere.

This place is a place where I take to take my Kia however the service department is nice and clean. When leaving your car there for service you only get a shuttle up to 12 miles each way to and from your house. That means if you live quite a long ways away after 12 miles they will not shuttle you and the shuttle they use is uber. No loaner car while your car is in service. Not very good at answering your phones. When trying to find out about your car to see what the status is really hard to reach them. Not very good at calling you and letting you know how your car is doing or the status. Hi on the price of getting your car fixed with today's prices. When I see the car sales very limited amount of cars that are out there for sale new or used. This place could use a overhaul on customer relations and inventory as well as pricing for example a discount on service at the time of service not on a specific date when they offer discounts on their website.

My visit started off at as a 5 star experience. Nye was fantastic and recognized I knew what I was looking for, and I just needed to make sure the car met expectations and was the right price. Her customer service was top notch. We sat down to look at pricing and availability on the car that I was interested in purchasing, and unfortunately there just wasn't one available pre-owned in the spec I was after, and the new models had a $5k markup I would not even consider paying. Had that been the end of it, it would have stayed a 5 star experience. It went down hill when another man, I believe Noi was his name, started dragging the visit out. I was willing to hear him out but did immediately tell him my requirements to buy the one on the lot that was not really what I wanted were not realistic and he would not be able to meet them. He persisted, tried to downplay interior color as a problem, and continued to come back with numbers much higher than I told him I was willing to pay wasting both his time and my own. I finally just told him it was a possibility and took the paperwork out the door. If I know anyone looking for a Kia, I will send them to Nye; across six the dealerships I visited, she was one of only two people I spoke with I would recommend my friends to.

Absolutely best svc around. If you have bad credit, they can work with you. They didn't walk me around the lot and try to push me on certain vehicles. They actually sat me down, looked at my income n credit and said, this is what we can offer. My 2019 Kia Rio S is awesome. Thank you Car Pros Kia for an awesome experience!!

They performed a routine oil and filter change on Saturday the 8th of October, 2022. I didn't drive the car again until Sunday October the 9th. Then on Octobe13th, my oil light came on and I discovered that the oil cap was missing.

Yes dealership car service is expensive but the service is excellent and the waiting area is nice with TV, wifi and spotless restrooms.
