I called and told them I need the window behind the driver's side windshield replaced. He told me that makes no sense rudely. I told him that I am autistic and to not speak to me in that matter. He continued passively explaining the windshield incorrectly and correcting himself multiple times. I have a disability that is out of my control and upon letting the person on the phone know that he insulted me further. I would never recommend this place to anyone when taking advantage to insult a disability.

Reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent service. I've always felt great about the interactions I've had this the people at this shop. They charge a normal, not exorbitant but not cheap, amount for their work, but they give you a really thorough run-down, and they know their stuff. My husband does most of our car maintenance and repair with, but every once in a while something needs doing that is either not something we have the tools for, or just far more difficult than we anticipated (usually "because Volkswagen" ), and when we need to take it somewhere, we know these guys will steer us right.Worth your time and money. Good people who do good, quality work, with good communication and friendliness.

Fantastic Service for a phenomenal price. Went to get some routine maintenance done on my Acura MDX and they did a large amount of service on my vehicle (air filters, transmission fluid, oil change, and tire repair) for a incredibly competitive price . Coupons for multiple visits were also provided, so it's totally worth it to do routine maintenance here.

I just dropped off my 2005 Mercedes-Benz S Class due to rough idling and check engine light on. Pretty good so far. I am using them based off their good reviews. They're still working on my baby but I'll give an update next week. Charged me $500.00 stating they fixed my truck. After calling them back and letting them know the problem wasn't fixed, there was no further follow up or contact with me. Went to the dealer and paid again to actually get the problem fixed.

Had a check engine light so it wasn't an emergency but they got me in quickly. Diagnostic was free and they were thorough in the repair process. Would definitely do business here again.

Update- I just(May 2019) had my two cars serviced by the team at Beetlesmith s and had the same great experience and fair pricing I ve come to expect from them. Highly recommend them as always.Update-I recently(July 2018) went back to Beetlesmith's Valley Auto for some work on my car and had the same experience I've come to expect from them- good work, in a reasonable timeframe at a fair price. They've earned my business for years to come.2014- In an industry that feels difficult to find integrity as an outsider, I feel I've found it in Beetlesmith's Valley Auto Service.Fred, Brad and the team their have treated me honestly and fairly on several different service calls. They diagnosed my issues, offered solutions and delivered on what they said they would do, all at or under their quoted price.I highly recommend Beetlesmith's and will continue to go to them for all my auto service.

Bettlesmith's was the auto repair shop that FINALLY fixed a weird but simple oil leak in my car. The staff was honest with me about what they found. Repair was very reasonable. No smoke and mirrors. No surprises or BS add-ons. They stuck by their work afterwards by encouraging me to bring the car back for a free verification that the problem was solved. What a relief. I came here for an oil change and service was great. I bought my used car about a year ago and want to get her running in good condition. They were extremely friendly and informative about things my car will need in the future. We were able to prioritize some maintenance items so that I can schedule them. It is nice to find an independent mechanic that knows German cars. I appreciate getting to hang out for a little bit and learn more about my car.

I recently started to get my oil change at Beetlesmith. They had provided me great customer service and car services - this prompted me to go back. I am not a car guru by a long stretch however I did not feel intimidated by them - instead I felt welcomed. By the third visit, they recognize me by simply providing the make and model over the phone. They also value a good review. At the first and second visit, they politely ask if I would be willing to leave a review. Often, I would forget. At the third visit, I noticed they did not ask. I appreciated that they did not hassle me for a review. Beetlesmith is truly connected with their customer, value the customer rapport, and respectful.

I have always been nervous about taking my car to a shop and having some work done to it. In the past I have had my uncle always be the one to do the work on my vehicle as he is a certified mechanic. Unfortunately due to his health he had to stop working on vehicles. I have been to a few places to get a oil change on my car I have now but have been unsatisfied with there customer service. A friend of mine at work suggested Beetlesmith Valley Auto. I had my husband call to get price quote for oil change, he talked with a guy name Jerry who was amazing and friendly. Jerry gave me a awesome quote. We called next day and scheduled an appointment to have oil change. Keep in mind at this time I am still really nervous about going. Day of my appointment I arrive and am greeted by this guy behind counter name Richard. He was so amazing with customer service, really friendly. Richard seems like a great employee and made me really feel comfortable with my car being worked on here at the shop. While waiting for the car the owner Jerry came in was just as wonderful as Richard. They also gave us some coupons for next few times we come. Thank you Richard and Jerry I will definitely be back...

My car stalled out on me the other day on my way to work. Then I remembered a friend of mine had just told me she had her vehicle serviced a few weeks ago at Beetlesmith s Valley Auto and she said she was very happy with there services. So I figured I would try them out! I was pleasantly amazed the staff was awesome and they even gave me a ride home! I was also surprised to hear they even offer a tow service that is cheaper than if I was to just call a tow company! Come to find out my fuel pump went out on me! They had me in and out the same day! I really appreciate small businesses like these because they actually care about their customers! I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on! Thanks Beetlesmith s!

These guys are awesome. I needed my college son's A/C fixed before he headed off to Boise in the sweltering heat we were having at the time. They were super busy, but I begged them to try and help because he was leaving in a few days. They agreed to look at it and I'm sure they had to move appointments around to do this as every auto A/C repair place was swamped and booked way out. Long story short: they got into the car's A/C and cooling system, figured out what it needed and repaired it within a day! And he was off to school in 100 degree plus temps with no issues. That's pretty amazing for an auto repair place anywhere to do something like that. Awesome service, kindness and courtesy...that's not easy to find these days. This is a business that clearly knows what it's doing, for better and for worse. I had a mirror replaced and painted, plus some general maintenance done, and I was very happy with the overall result. That being said, their prices are a bit on the expensive side.I had to decline work being done on my brake pads because the asking price was far too much compared to what I could afford. Their suggestion was to apply for their credit card, but it's hardly a practical solution in the long term. I was left with little choice but to either find someplace else or wait until my next paycheck, hoping my car's brakes don't give out before then.All in all, though, these guys do a great job and you will be happy with their service. Just be prepared to spend more than you might expect.

Beetlesmith s Valley Auto is the only place I take my car! They are amazingly friendly and helpful in every way! I have gone multiple times and never had any issues. They always call if anything changes prior to doing so, and walk my through the process each time. I love that I can schedule an appointment online through their website when I don t have the time to make a call. They call and text regarding any appointments and also remind when it s time for an oil change. They re involved in every part of it to make sure you are in good hands!

My car had a meltdown three weeks before payday and I'm living paycheck to paycheck currently. This place was patient with me. No extra fee for the car having to stay until I could afford to get it out and very reasonably priced. I even received coupons for my next visit. The car is in great shape now and I will be returning for any other services needed.

Richard was great! I had a problem with my car and he not only helped me by diagnosing it correct, but I needed a few weeks to get back financially, and he guaranteed my price and stuck to his word! I literally had just moved from SoCal to WA, so I really appreciate a stand up person especially when you are at their mercy! Great work, great customer service & it s no wonder I was referred because it s hard to find it all in one, at a car shop! Thanks Guys!

First of all, I made a call to the shop on a Saturday when they were closed. I didn't leave a message but a very nice gentleman returned my call and offered to help me with my situation. I was totally blown away, how helpful he was and for returning my call. Once they received my 1988 560sel Mercedes, they stayed in constant contact with me during the diagnostic and repair process. They were very professional and honest about everything and Richard was a GREAT BIG help (Wow). Thanks man!I highly recommend this repair shop for your car repairs and by the way, the prices are very reasonable.GREAT JOB BEETLESMITH VALLEY AUTO!1 satisfied new customer!

The guys at Beetlesmith are great! They are honest and timely. I've dropped my truck off a few times in the past for some minor fixes and major fixes. The best part about their services (other than keeping my truck running smoothly) is the shuttle services to my next destination after dropping off my truck. It made it hassle free when I needed it.

100% Happy with the work and the service. Jerry fitted me in for a buyer's inspection at the last minute. They even gave me a ride to and back from Ikea, so I could shop while I waited. They checked over everything and gave me a very clear report how everything checked out and highlighted the things they thought I should get taken care of if I purchased the car. They even ran the car fax and downloaded they blue book information about the car, even though I didn't ask for them to do this. They took their time to talk to me about the report to make sure I understood it. They even went over the car fax and blue book. Really went above and beyond. They were done early and charged me exactly what they said they would. Read some of the bad reviews, sometimes car repairs are going to be expensive. It is not the mechanic's fault. These guys are great. I am completely confident in taking my car in for repair or service.

Poor customer service. Once they realized I wanted to install the glow plug myself they started giving me the run around...didn t want to point me in the right direction to obtain the correct glow plug. I understand that they are a parts and labor shop but it would have taken the same amount of time or less to tell me where to purchase them. Their only advice was to go to the dealer. That s great at the dealer they charge 2 to 3 times the actual cost of parts.So essentially because they wouldn t be the ones installing my single glow plug and charging me an hour plus of labor and markup on the glow plug they have now lost a customer for life. Pretty typical of American business practices.

I got a flat tire while in seattle and i had it towed to Beetlesmiths Valley Auto. They made it extremely easy to get my car dropped off and serviced. They were able to get my car in and out in a timely manner. I was charged a fair price and had great service from the service manager.

Needed a brake repair while traveling and found this on AAA approved repair site. Richard & Jerry were helpful and got me back on the road promptly and were responsive after the service to help with followup.Update: The brake booster installed in 8/2019 turned out to be defective and failed and they replaced it under warranty recently with great service all around. Honest and accommodating service.

I have too many good things to say about Beetlesmith. The repair quality is first-rate. I've never had to get anything they fixed repaired again. But beyond that, this is an incredible business. They go way above and beyond. The customer service is the best. Be prepared to have your expectations exceeded EVERY TIME. I highly recommend Beetlesmith's Valley Auto Service. They are kind, good people that run this shop. Brad and Vicky are ethical business people that run the front desk and did a wonderful job during a recent repair made to my car. There is no other Auto Repair in Washington GREATER! Their Customer service is phenomenal! If you want certainty that you will be treated as a valuable customer EVERY time you walk through their doors and or speak with someone over the phone AND ALWAYS receive the guaranteed GREATEST repairs performed on your vehicle; YOU MUST GO TO BEETLESMITH!!! And I wouldn't care where you live! I GUARANTEE that you will NEVER take any of your vehicles anywhere else for repairs! I have taken my vehicle since the very first time I was referred to BEETLESMITH and no where else! And after my Daughter purchased a SUV and took it elsewhere; just to waste thousands of dollars for a bang up repair! She finally listened to me and the first time we took her SUV to BEETLESMITH; within an hour; we were told exactly what the problem was...AND she DOESN'T have any problems ANYMORE!!! And she will NEVER EVER take her SUV anywhere else when and if any repairs transpire!

I have been dealing with Beetlesmith for 45 years and have always received the best top quality service possible. I highly recommend them without reservation. I would give them SIX stars, if possible. They are always extremely efficient and friendly to work with. If there was ever a problem, I am certain it would be quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

Great local shop I brought my car in for routine service a few weeks ago and found the staff very helpful and easy to communicate with. I liked that I was able to schedule online. Rich talked me through everything and I found the prices were competitive, especially compared to the dealership. I would definitely recommend!

I had good service from these guys in the past, so when my New Beetle was getting oil in the spark plug wells, I took it to Beetlesmith expecting the same quality work than had been previously done. This time was not the case... they missed putting a bolt back in, then a piece of the rubber sleeve on their spark plug wrench had broken off around a spark plug (making it impossible to properly seat the coil pack). I found a hose clamp loose on top of the engine, and the vacuum tube to the combi-valve was not even connected. I got a text, asking how my service was, I called them and explained the issues I had, they were really nice and told me the manager would get back to me and then never followed up. I hate to leave a poor review, but I won't be going back here and now I'm searching for a trustworthy mechanic that will actually put the car back together right when I pay them to fix an issue. I suspect they put an inexperienced mechanic on my car, but I have no clue.Update: The owner contacted me and really tried to straighten out the issues I was having. I brought the car back in, but they were unable to ultimately fix it. I appreciate the follow up, but had to take it somewhere else and spend a good chunk of change to get the check engine light to go away.
