I had my truck stolen in January 2023. USAA Auto Insurance allowed me to chose my repair shop. Thinking the dealer I had depended on for service for 10 years would be my best choice was wrong. After 5 months of dealer excuses I moved my truck to Autopro in Renton. The Pros at Autopro made everything right. Man I love my truck! Thanks to Jonathan and his team at Autopro I'm back in the drivers seat.Oh and don't tell him, but the dealer is no competition for my vehicle business going forward.

First, it is hard these days to find an honest and quality vehicle repair shop. Over the past 30 years we have had many vehicles and have tried many different repair shops. That is, until we used Auto Pro in Renton.We have been taking our cars to Auto Pro for years and are a very satisfied customer. They are very honest and have NEVER over charged for the work. We know, because we had other shops and dealerships give us quotes that included parts and services that were over priced or not needed to fix the issue. They also use new OEM parts upon request. Again, many times at less cost to us than the dealership quoted.The only exception to their great service was on one occasion, when a hose was not clamped down tight enough, causing us to tow the vehicle back to their shop. That said, they went Above & Beyond to make it right for us.If you are looking for a great shop and one you can trust, we highly recommend that you give Auto Pro a try.

Messed up a simple oil change by screwing the bolt in too tight. In doing so they cracked my oil pan and I now need a new one to the tune of almost $500. A much more expensive problem than the original oil change cost. Don't ask to have us come in to fix your mistake. If I can't trust you to do a simple oil change I'm not going to let you touch my car again.UPDATE: Because of the expense and their offer to replace our oil pan for free. We have swallowed our pride and allowed them to make the fix. Here's hoping things are right as rain. If so, I will further adjust the rating accordingly.

Our Truck always comes back fixed and stays fixed... This isn't an easy job as our vehicle is 22+ and well used . The prices are good, the staff and leadership are very good. We highly recommend Autopro of Renton. They have earned our trust!

I like going to AutoPro in Renton for a few reasons:1. The price for an oil change costs about half the price than two places I used to go; Walker Mazda and The Garage (in Renton).2. The past couple times I have gone, I'm never upsold on anything or surprised of some issue I didn't even know was a problem.3. Zero frills. I make the appointment for what I ask to be what is done and it is done. There's no "90 point" inspection or "free tire inspection and free battery test".4. The issues I already was aware of match up with what is pointed out to me. For example, I know my brake pads are near replacement and that was pointed out to me on my last oil change.5. I'm not camping out the entire day - For example, other car repair/maintenance facilities I've gone to, somehow an oil change is an all day event or half day event. Here, I show up and it's about the same amount of time as you'd expect from a Jiffy Lube except without the upselling and it's done right the first time.As long as the prices are very affordable, the job's done right and there's no fear-mongering upselling, I'll go here for much of my basic maintenance that I cannot do myself. It has the feel of a very good gas station garage which is refreshing.

extremely unreliable, casually cancelled on me twice last minute, I waited 7 days to get appointment. Day 8 I don't have a functioning car and now have to look for another repair shop. Avoid this store if you can.

Brought in my car for the 120,000 miles check up. They did an amazing job and had great service in addition to knowledge. The Mechanics had my car done at the time they stated, and I am extremely pleased with the service. I had an amazing experience at AutoPro. My car was broken into and stolen then recovered and I needed to get some things fixed. I went though my ins. and all the shops were booked for months. I call this shop and the owner was very sympathetic and quickly took my car in. He allowed my car to be towed to his shop to ensure I was not charged daily fees. That was so kind and made a huge difference after going the stress of the situation. My car was fixed in no time and is driving better now than when I first had it. I would recommend for anyone to come here not only for thorough service but also for great customer service.Services: Electrical repair, Auto side window replacement, Wiper blade installation, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto glass replacement, Oil change

My brother told me to go here go my 90k, gotta thank him later. This place rocks, no frills down to Earth kind of place. Fast, cost efficient, and good service. Not sure what else one can ask for.

This is literally the best place hands down! I went here for my brake pads to get repaired, they were very communicative and on top of everything, they had my car done in less than 2 hours, they are very affordable and my brakes are the best they ve ever been. Thanks!!

I brought my Chrysler 200 to AutoPro with the hopes of fixing an intermittent issue where the engine would just randomly turn off. While the issue was unable to be resolved (multiple mechanics tried with no luck), the owner Johnathan was always incredibly patient, accommodating, honest, and more than fair with me. Could not recommend this shop more for any of your auto needs

Car got messed up and I ended up calling Autopro since I went there many years ago and everything was great. Communication with Johnathan was good ran into a slight issue with the car when it was there but it was identified quickly and he called me and let me know exactly what it was before proceeding. I will definitely be back if anything happens to my car but I m hoping that won t be the case

They are well skilled and honest. I requested my tire rotation but they did not perform it because my tire treads are even. Of course they didn't charge it. The oil change was done quickly and correctly. The service price was also very competitive. Don't prejudge with the exterior of this shop which means they focus on only what they should(I believe). I love my experience here and definitely will visit again.

The owner of this place is AWESOME!!! Worked with me and really helped me out. I thought I needed my brakes changed and when I brought my car in they checked it to see which brakes and turns out my brakes were fine I had dust on the discs which made the squeak (the reason I thought my brakes needed to be changed) and the owner came back and explained my brakes at A okay . Most car repair places would have taken advantage of my naivety. This shop is honest, caring and easy to work with. If you need a reliable shop for your car, this is the spot!

AutoPro is a family business. The owner, Ken, is really nice. Their local business quality shines through in their work dedication and personable customer interactions. I've taken my car there a few times and I'm glad to have stumbled upon their shop. When my car recently surprised me with a problem requiring a tow truck it was a great relief that I already knew where I wanted to go. Thank you, AutoPro folks!

The family yeah at Auto Pro are great. They took their time of my vehicle and did fantastic work at a price better than many. With the focused time they spend, it is very much worth taking your vehicle here for any service.

I was told by les swab I needed a whole front end rebuild , Took it to Johnathan for a second opinion and he was honest and saved us thousands of dollars and my truck runs amazingly! Thank you Johnathan for the awesome work!

We have been using Ken and his crew since we moved to Renton. They have always been honest about the repairs we need and fair on the prices they charge. I spent 30 years in the car business, as a used car buyer, and have dealt with a lot of repair shops and Auto Pro is right up near the top.I have never had a complaint with them.

1st time customer. Brought my tundra in to have new front shocks installed. Just a pleasant and smooth experience. Good price. Done right. Theres no reason for me to shop around anymore for future auto needs.

This is a small garage, but what a great place I found! If I could give more stars I definitely would! Jonathan is a greatly skilled and honest mechanic - he fixed my Toyota sienna minivan: replaced the rotors, brakepads, changed some coils, wheel bearing, did the oil change. I also had to come back here to fix the work of the other mecanics that was done before I found this place and that was taken care of too. My car runs so smooth now! I would bring my other cars here without a second thought

Stay as far away from these guys as you can! Their integrity level is the lowest I have seen in the automotive industry, so much so that professional parts dealers won't work with them. They took 3 weeks to do a 2 day job, said it was great work, and then when their work caused more electrical problem for me, offers to fix it...and charge me for their mistakes! Plus they lie about parts, the costs and how long things will take. I will never use them again!

I had brought my car to multiple places and these were the only guys who could fix it. They were courteous and fair in pricing. After all the automotive hell I've been through, I highly recommend them. I, nor my family, will go anywhere else in the future.

This place has definitely turned things around recently, and have shown a lot of improvement. I always receive great service and they always have time to squeeze me in for an oil change. I gathered that they brought in some more people with valuable experience that have really made an impact on the business as a whole. Great place. Very straightforward and honest.
