The most friendly, informative, and in-the-know mechanic I have experienced. I cannot recommend this shop enough. From the front desk with Gabe to the mechanics working in the back, they have provided clear communication and amazing service. Prices are extremely reasonable and worth your time and money. If you need maintenance or full mechanical service, please bring your vehicle here first. You will not regret it.

Best mechanic in the area. Gabe and the team have outstanding customer service and fair pricing. Much cheaper getting an oil change here than at the Mercedes dealership and they won t try to sell you on unnecessary repairs. They even went as far to warn me about potential issues which could develop on my high mileage car, which I got rid of before any major headaches thank you to them. Highly recommend bringing your car here

Took my 03 TDI here after timing belt skipped due to a seized tensioner...super professional...super knowledgeable...won't take my car anywhere else now. Recommended by many forums as the best vw place in WA state. They didn't throw parts at the car...proper inspection and diagnosis. Gabe and Mathew are great to deal with and do great work

We really like this place. They've always been pretty upfront with us about what issues our cars are having and go the distance of showing us what's wrong and why. Additionally, it's a bit refreshing to see an auto-establishment that is seemingly owned and operated by younger folks who seem eager to engage. The real icing on the cake though are the two very sweet dogs they have in the office.

Gabe and his crew is awesome and I would recommend Zahntech auto to everyone. I had a vw that is leaking coolant, not only did Gabe went extra mile providing me a competitive quote, he and his crew also did a solid job getting it back on the road quickly. Pleasant shop with knowledgeable people. Came for oil change and check for minor leak. Found worn gasket and replaced. Thorough inspection and road test - much appreciated, recommended upcoming maintenance. However, a few disagreements with owners manual - used 5-40 synthetic oil, not necessary. Recommended change of transmission fluid, also not required. Not sure of reasons. Tires not inflated to recommended pressure.

I had an amazing experience here. Just like the other reviews mentioned, the owner is incredibly professional and friendly. Gabriel worked with his magic on my car to quickly fix it on the same day afternoon of walk in, and even offering valuable tire suggestions free of charge. I'm extremely grateful!Also, there are two adorable dogs in the store that you can t resist petting them.

Gabe and Dylan were awesome to work with. My car from Vroom got delivered and due to some circumstances, I had to take it for a long road trip. They got the car inspected in time and confirmed everything is good to go for my trip. They are super knowledgeable about what they do and do not shy from giving an honest advice. I'll definitely reach out to them for my next service.

Great repair shop. I had issues with my car stalling. Had expected 1K cost as suggested by other repair shop. Came here in 5 mins after describing the issue, they found the issue would be due to loose battery connection and nothing otherwise and they fixed it for me. They did not charge me a penny and even added some engine oil. Great people! Super honest

Cars turbo (2013 TDI Passat) went dead. Dealership misdiagnosed and cost $$$. Called different shop and they said they didnt work on TDI turbos and recommended Gabe to me as the best TDI turbo guy in Seattle area.Called Gabe, had a quote within an hour and approval to tow to his shop. Communication was awesome throughout the whole process and they were very accomodating on the backend with pickup time. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality service and customer support.

Incredibly friendly people who do great work and charge you fair prices. I always love seeing the office dogs when I come in. I'll be forever grateful to Zahntech for when I was a broke college student trying to keep a '97 Mitsubishi Mirage running past 200,000 miles so I could keep delivering pizzas and make rent. They helped me figure out what was a priority to get done, charged as good of prices as I could have hoped for, and always took care of the small stuff as they noticed it for no charge. A rare business that I'm always happy to support with every dollar.Service: Oil change

Found this auto repair service listing from a Google search and couldn't resist the 4.9 star allure... Just needed brakes and oil change done and could've brought to any franchise but rather support local and we're so glad we did. Gabe answered all 3-4 of my phone calls, somehow he was able to get us in/out in the same day and just a smooth experience all the way around. To top it off we got to meet the furry pups Leo & Kieliua (I'm sure I didn't spell that right) - did that ever make me and my wife's day!!! Plan to bring our vehicles back in for any future work (already planning on adding a hitch to my wife's Toyota Highlander). The whole place, everyone we met, and even the streamlined invoicing/notifications (text/email) were just top notch - TY so much guys!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Very impressed with Zahntech!! The whole process was great. You can definitely trust these guys. There is no up-selling on repairs that you don't need. Honest facts backed with expert opinions. The service comes at a cost but you get what you pay for. I loved the detailed report (estimate) I received via email with detailed pictures. This was very helpful. I have been coming to Zahntech for a few years now and always satisfied with their service. They answer all my questions. In a recent service visit, my brakes needed to be replaced; shortly after I started experiencing sticky driving, like the emergency break was always on I went back to have the brakes inspected and they realized that a part was faulty and fixed it right away. The reviews do not lie. Took my vehicle to a Honda service center and they ruined my car. Zahntech sent detailed pictures of what happened with a full explanation of what s good, what s not, and what they did to fix it. They are patient and responsive. I fully trust them with my vehicle.

This is by far the best auto shop I ve been too. All of the employees are kind, they never spoke down to me for not understanding car talk (thank goodness because we all have our own hobbies and professions to worry about). They were honest, sincere and it seems like they love what they do. Besides of how they made me feel: they have a great location, they have two shop doggies that were the best part tbh, they fixed my car in a very reasonable time, and the pricing was beyond fair. I m happy to have found them, I ll be going there for every car need now.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto battery maintenance

I finally found my go-to mechanics I can trust! Best automotive repair shop in Redmond! I went to get my oil change, full diagnostic was done, figured out issues, and recommended repair! Very knowledgeable, experts in their field. No unnecessary add on or repairs and won t try to sell you what you don t need. Great service and amazing staff!Service: Transmission

Gabe and the guys here are awesome. They shoot straight with you, do quality work (and quick too!), have good availability to get you in pretty quickly, and have taken great care of my Mercedes and the wife s Jeep for the last couple of years.No BS, no upselling maintenance or repairs you don t need, and when we had an issue with a faulty part that was installed, they bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied.I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone - Zahntech Auto s probably the best shop I ve ever worked with.

My bike rack got stuck in the tow hitch of my Tesla model Y. The bolt that secured the rack to the hitch didn t move. Looked for a auto repair shop nearby and found these guys. They were very professional and did a great job fixing the issue. Their charges were extremely reasonable. Overall I am very happy with the shop. Wish I knew about them sooner.

I've been taking my car here for regular maintenance for almost 4 years now. Techs are honest, fast, and skilled. Service is not the cheapest but the work is done well. I took my car in because the splash guard was damaged and was dragging under the car, thinking I would have to spend money to replace it. They looked at it and said the important part of the guard is still intact and the replacement wasn t necessary. Really appreciate the honesty here when a lot of other places would have overcharge you for something unnecessary. They just cut the part that was hanging, FOR FREE. I never leave reviews but they re so nice I have to!
