If we could give this company a 0, we would. They said we owe money which we didn't. They said they sent us to collections but we never received a letter nor did we receive a phone call saying our account is/was past due. Customer service doesn't know what the other reps are doing or saying. Customer service does not keep good notes. Trying to bulldog us into paying for services that were already paid for. Lawn never looked that great...very spotty. We have tried TruGreen over several years and have always quit their services. They like to sneak visits in when we don't know about it and then charge us for something we didn't know about and then tell us if we don't pay, they won't come out again. Very disappointed. Looked forward to a nice lawn, but not with TruGreen. Very disappointed in this company altogether.

I sincerely appreciate getting to work with Henry at TruGreen. He and his colleague are professional and understand what I m trying to achieve with the turf grass in my yard. Normally, True Green Performs their service without any interaction from me. But on the rare occasion that I m present, I love the interaction I get. I always learn something. And the results show. I ve taken an old uncared for yard and now it s a neighborhood showplace working with TruGreen. Thanks Henry!

Harriet came to my yard today to look at some leaf issues with my rhody, pieris, and azalea shrubs. She took some photos to send back to the office for ID, and fertilized, thinking that might help. She's a great asset to TruGreen - she's listens, is personable, and is honest. If she doesn't know the answer, she'll get it for you. Thank you, Harriet!

Updating my review. I posted a 1 out of 5 because the service was extremely poor and I wasn t getting what I paid for. TruGreen stepped up to the challenge and Mick (Kirkland franchise) has been stellar. In 2 visits he has transformed my lawn to what I was expecting from TruGreen. I am very impressed with the quality of service Mick provides he has earned my business.

I STRONGLY recommend against using TruGreen. TruGreen (Redmond) DESTROYED my lawn and were unhelpful in rectifying the issue without me paying a boatload of extra money to fix their mess. See attached pictures of my lawn, is this acceptable? Why do all my neighbors have beautiful, lush green lawns and I have this mess? I have been using TruGreen for over 5 years and at first, they were adequate. But over the last 2 years TruGreen has been getting worse and worse. I don t know if it s their disregard for customer satisfaction, untrained and unskilled technicians, cost cutting or what, but they should not be trusted to maintain anyone s lawns. Perhaps, as TruGreen pointed out, my complacency is partly to blame. I was paying TruGreen over $100/month and for this, I expected them to maintain my lawn without my involvement. They were the experts , not me. Perhaps I should have been that guy who calls in every month to complain and be the squeaky wheel. But I don t have the time or interest to play that game, so on that alone True Green FAILS. Look at the pictures, did I really need to repeatedly call TruGreen and to tell them the yard doesn t look good? Their technicians couldn t see that on their own? I read the many other one-star reviews posted here and apparently calling in to complain about TruGreen's service doesn't help much anyway. When I finally got fed up and canceled my service, I got calls and visits from their managers about making it right , although all their suggestions involved me spending thousands of dollars in extra services. As they destroyed my lawn, I feel they should bring it back to the condition it was when their service started. This should be done at no cost to me, and then we can agree upon a go-forward plan/cost to keep it in good shape. I m willing to pay what s needed to maintain my lawn in good shape, but not willing to pay extra to fix problems resulting from TruGreen's inability to care for my lawn. Nope, TruGreen just wanted more money with no guarantees it would get better. Try this, try that, and pay, pay, pay . They are so focused on the money aspect that even after I canceled my account and I was very clear to them that their care of my lawn was entirely not acceptable (which they agreed), they then have cold called me twice about signing up for additional services. Just last weekend they cold called me about weed control, which convinced me that I needed to post some on-line reviews to warn others about this business. The one thing they excel at is sales pitches, so buyer beware.Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance, Weed control

First time using TruGreen and Jeremy was very friendly and went the extra mile on my fence line, that was impressive and very appreciated by me! He then returned when I was concerned about so much thick moss in my front yard after over seeding assuring me that things will get better hopefully come Spring.And then, Mister Brandon TrueGreen arrived on the scene with his irresistible friendliness and kindly charm. Above his professionalism, and truly listening to me, he left me feeling very valued, seen and appreciated as a new widow in a new learning curve. Brandon is a green gemstone and will do very well in any people profession he desires to pursue. Thank you TRUGREEN for sending him my way, he blessed my life and day!Service: Weed control

The lawn guys are friendly. Some of them spread enough weed n feed to make a difference, others you have to have them back out to do it again. Overall the lawn looked better after receiving treatments.

Applied fertilizer today. Very good service - helpful with advice and answering my questions. Only problem was when I asked for a quote by email, I received document presigned with a scribble and the box for declaring agreement for doing theservice was checked, i.e. appeared to be a signed contract. I think it's all straightened out, but there should have been some clarification up front to avoid confusion.

Jonathan was on time, notified me upon arrival & of the service to be provided. He was thorough in his performance of the service and again notified me when the service was completed, confirmed the job done & asked if I had questions. We have used TruGreen for many years. The service technicians that come to our home do a very good job. However, in 2022 and 2023, I called TruGreen and told them that we did not want the aeration done.. in 2022 they did the aeration anyway, which I paid for. I call two months ago and told them not to do this service this year. The lady was very nice and said they would put it on the schedule for 2024. TruGreen showed up yesterday and did the aeration. I called the company and spoke with Jared, he said all he could do is cancel for 2024 and since they did the service I had to pay for it. I explained it was a service that I told them not to do, he would not do anything but argue that the work was done. He also said that I probably called the wrong TruGreen number when I called to stop the aeration, he said that the different departments do not communicate and that I should have call the correct number. Apparently the number online is not correct, even when they pull up your account and make arrangements. I ended up having to cancel my service on two properties.Services: Grass seeding, Lawn pest control

I just started my service with Trygreen, but so far, so good. They have been promp, responsive to my calls and my questions. I was a bit surprised to get a followup call a week after starting the lawn service that was now soliciting for me to start their tree and shrub service. I ended up adding that on too, hopefully it wasn't just an update and I will be able to see my plants respond to their care.Time will tell.Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control
