Bill really is The Man! I didn t have a motorcycle issue, but more of a haircut emergency for my rabbit. I was showing him at this year s Hop Fest and I couldn t find anyone to cut his fur in time for his big day. Bill kindly dropped everything he was doing and got Curtis (my rabbit) in one day before the show. Bill showed a lot of patience with Curtis, and really made him feel at home with gentle strokes and a bag of baby carrots. Curtis left with his bangs feathered and looking outstanding, and ended up taking 1st place the next day! I owe it all to Bill. Thanks Bill!

Wow! Just wow! I would venture to say there are not many repair shops in the country that offer the same level of service as Redmond Motorsports. I have been on or around bikes most of my life and have never been to a shop that made me feel this at home. Bill is incredible. Not only very knowledgeable, educated on his craft, and just downright good at what he does but he also cares about his clients and their bikes in a way few others ever will. More than fair pricing and above and beyond service. If you want to work with the best, go to Redmond Motorsports. You won't regret it. I won't go anywhere else as long as I can ride.

Redmond Motorsports is great! Bill is an excellent mechanic - he s friendly and really knows his stuff and we re so lucky to have him in the neighborhood. I ve brought him street bikes and dirt bikes from Japanese and European manufacturers, and he always takes great care of them, using high-quality parts and for good prices.

Words can t express my gratitude for the man running this shop. He did my break in service for my Yamaha R3, I ve never taken my bike to a mechanic but I will be going to this shop from now on. The dealer wanted $600 just for my break in service which I couldn t afford with my income, but I was able to get it serviced here much cheaper with a free hydraulic flush. Not only was my bike serviced, but it was also returned to me cleaned and washed after being super dirty from a few rain rides.This shop is exceptional, I will be recommending this place to all my buddies that ride.

Bill has taken care of the last 5 Ducatis I've owned. I trust him more than anyone else to keep my bikes running well to keep me safe on the road. Prices are great especially for the detailed work that's done.

If you have a motorcycle Bill is your guy. He is one of the best mechanics in WA period. This is a well reputed shop for Ducati owners but Bill is a master mechanic and knows his craft. The prices are fair and You get excellent customer service. A+ overall

Not great with time management or Yamaha ATVs. I went in for a carb clean and when they took it apart they decided it needed to be rebuilt. Fine with me! But it took almost a month and they told be the jets they put in were the wrong size and to call back it doesn t feel right. Well i called multiple times and left messages but it s been a month and they won t get back to me. The reason I gave them two stars instead of one is they didn t charge me which was nice since they took a very long time and it s not even fixed fully

Bill is such a super nice man! I called him yesterday querying a clutch issue and went there 8:30AM today ( pretty cold :) ) , he explained me the free play of the clutch(although I read it before in the climber manuals for my Sizuki 650, but completely missed it) and adjusted within 10 min and finished a test run. This actually save a lots of money for the premature wear if this was not diagnosed earlier.Bill told me he had worked as the mechanic for the past 20 years and just started his own business in Redmond ~3 years ago. Highly recommend Bill for any motorcycle related service, repair or questions.

Really helped the wife and I out while on a trip from Alberta Canada.Did Some work on our Triumph Tiger 900 and got us back on the road again.If you're local would highly recommend using them for all your bike needs!

The guys here were so friendly even when I did no business when them since I had a Harley. They referred me to a different show. I am certainly going back here when I own something other than a Harley. I made a stop to get my clutch checked and the guy actually hopped onto my Harley and gave me some quick high level diagnostic.

I rode up from Portland on May 7th and had engine faults that prevented my motorcycle from turning on while I was in Seattle.I called up this shop and while they didn't have any availability in the few hours before they closed for the day, the guy I talked to graciously helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and told me what to do to fix the issue. The information he gave me was everything I needed to know to get up and running and make it back home to Portland.You guys are absolutely a live saver!Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Great service on my duck
