This is the best Auto Glass shop I ve ever been to in the last 10 years. They helped me replaced my Sienna s weather-related cracked windshield twice, yesterday being the second time. From the nice ladies at the front desk to the actual repair technician, their customer care team is professional, friendly, and very detailed oriented. Yesterday they even helped me adjust the cellphone holder position to stick properly and securely on the newly replaced windshield. They operated always with a friendly smile and gave me a great peace of mind that my car is in good hands. Thank you very much for your great service!

Phenomenal service. They got me in so quick and were done replacing my windshield in just a few hours. The owner even came outside while I was walking away to thank me for my business. So nice and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Cye and his staff were excellent to work with very friendly, fast and did great work. I took my car in at 830 in the morning and he assessed it, quoted it and got the work done by the end of the work day under the original quote. Amazing service would highly recommend this place!

Been here twice to fix a chip. Last time was under the dealer installed windshield coating guarantee and the owner helped make sure it went through the coating manufacturer and not insurance like my dealer s service dept had told me. I Made an appointment but got there early and was still In and out in about 30 minutes. Owners is very personal and helpful.

$132 for a chip repair that became clearly visible after a week. Disappointed that their response was '...the service is meant to stop spread only'. Had I not read all these wonderful reviews, I would have taken my business elsewhere as I haven't had this problem with glass repair in the past. My windshield is left looking like I bought a DIY kit on Amazon.

I m all about open and upfront communication which is what you get when you book an appointment here. Cyrus was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and honest when it came to a gnarly crack in my windshield. While the crack was too deep to fix entirely, he made sure I was aware and had an honest conversation about what the next steps could be to fix it (just replacing the windshield to its entirety). I ll definitely be coming back here and recommending to all my Redmond colleagues and friends!

Novus has replaced windshields on my Ford Expedition and Mini Cooper. Both times they were able to fit me in quickly and did a fantastic job. A week ago, I had a small leak on another vehicle and Cye went above and beyond in getting me into the shop quickly (it was raining all week) and fixing the issue. This place is all about helping the customer and I highly recommend them.

I called Novus the morning after my car got broken into and one of the windows was smashed. They were direct and upfront about cost, insurance, and timing. By the end of the day, my car was complete and ready to go. They even completely cleaned out the broken glass from the break in.Not even 24 hrs had gone by and my car was back to its old self. Not sure what more you could ask for. Highly recommended.

Had a huge crack from rock chip and they took awesome care of replacing the windshield on the SAME day of first call. Initial conversation was pretty straightforward. They do share minimal information but you can definitely TRUST them with their service. Price was reasonable and they do work with insurance if you prepare your claim upfront for them. Overall awesome experience.

I communicated with Cyrus over text. He was responsive and I was able to get an appointment with him the next day. Super fast. He is very friendly, professional and does a great/quality job. Best Customer Service! Cyrus and his crew are the best in the area! My car had a 7 inches and growing crack due to a rock chip which was not repairable. Cyrus gave me the best quote and he scheduled me for a replacement for the next day as he already had the glass in the inventory. I live within 10 min drive from their location and he kindly offered to give me a ride back home after I dropped off the car. I HIGHLY recommend this location.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Called them on Thursday evening, they told me to drop my car off on Friday morning, by lunch they had my glass replaced with the piece I brought, and not only that but they worked with me to do a additional repair on my vehicle that was unrelated to the window.Cyrus and his team are top notch. Best people I ve ever dealt with in terms of my car.

Fully recommended. 100% customer satisfaction and service. Got the windshield on my Mazda CX5 replaced and it had some minor defect to make HUD go fuzzy. Cye spotted the defect and scheduled me for another round of replacement by OEM windshield which fixed the issue. Although it took a week, Cye was very helpful in ordering and arranging the next appointment. Great workmanship of replacement as well.

Great experience! Everybody was super helpful and they had the chips in my windshield taken care of in no time.Will 100% be coming back here the inevitable next time giant trucks with uncovered beds of gravel on the freeway throw more rocks into my windshield!Services: Auto windshield repair, Window repair

Amazing service and quick responsive crew! I need a rock chip fixed before a trip and called a bunch of people. Everyone else was quoting 3+ weeks and Cye told me to come on down. I drove there from Seattle and was pleasantly surprised to find that he was able to repair my spidered rock chip for less than the other guys and under 40 minutes (also while helping other customers). Thank you!

This place is THE place to go for glass repair in King County, hands down! Not only did my window replacement turn out amazing but this shop has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Cye is the coolest guy you'll ever have the pleasure of working with and I appreciate all the help and sacrifice he gave me to make sure I was taken care of. Awesome shop, awesome people!

I had a chip on my front windshield, and these guys fixed it right up. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to take care of it right away, 20 minutes in and out. Brad did a great job of the fix, and he talked me through some of the technical details while he was working, which was fun. Thanks Brad!

I Love this Novus, Cye the owner is the Best! He is so helpful & caring, he gave me such a good deal on my windshield and when I called to make an appointment he fit me right in the next day! He finished so fast & the end result was amazing, I am so happy with the amazing service they provided & my new windshield looks great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
