SIX out of five stars. Extensive front end damage repaired below quoted cost, 3 days ahead of projected finish date, and courtesy delivered to my home. Extra effort, honesty, good quality work and rare customer appreciation attitude has earned my respect. I would recommend them for integrity and good quality finish without hassles. If you're going to be a jerk rude impatient self entitled customer, go elsewhere. My car looks almost new again.

Consumers beware. This is a very shady business and very unprofessional. They harassed me in the phone for payment without providing an invoice or a list of items repaired. I had to repeatedly request that they treat me less rudely and offer the right paperwork to file with insurance etc.I highly caution you to be careful with this repair shop. I only with I had scrutinized the reviews here more carefully before reaching out to them. There are body shops that make the repair process less stressful. Save your time and your insurance company s time and look for a profession business.

Very bad service. Took almost 2months for repair and when showed to another body shop they were not ready to touch the car. Took the car back to them and now it's been more than a month . She doesn't pick up the calls . Don't give updates also on the status of the repair. Not sure if we are going to get the car in full shape. Please don't waste your money or time in this body shop.

Car stuff is definitely not my thing so I ll admit I was pretty naive going into this but Johanna really took me under her wing and explained everything she was going to do for my car and went through pricing with me. M&m s prices beat every other auto body shop in the area. My car looks good as new, thank you Johanna and thank you m&m autobody!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After struggling to find a shop even able to see me within a few weeks for an estimate in the Bellevue/Redmond area I was delighted to be referred to M&M. I showed up on a Friday and Joanne in the office volunteered to keep my car at that time and send me home in an Uber and pick up my car on Saturday. I told her I would drop the car off first thing Monday morning and when I did she said it would be ready Tuesday at 4pm. Tuesday morning around 9:30am she called and said the car was done and ready to be picked up. A classic case of under promising and over delivering. To be fair, my car didn t have a lot of body work that needed to be done, primarily just paint, but the price was fair and the service was courteous and prompt. They did a great job with the black paint on my car. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!Service: Painting

The owner met me at the shop on NYE and helped me with the paint on my truck. Took it off and cleaned it up and did not charge me. Highly recommend

Sometime last year I dropped off my Audi A3 for its annual service and some minor body work and paint correction. It was almost perfect. With this in mind, we had confidence that Joanna would take great care when she was completely repainting and repairing our Lexus GX470. Originally promised after 2 weeks, we stopped hearing from her for 6 weeks before we went and picked the car up ourself. The worst paint job in the world, and she had messed up the electrical system in the car, and overcharged for other services that were a simple fix. However, these fixes were not even completed. We brought the vehicle back and brought it to her attention all the problems we had found since then, and she had promised to fix it all. She left the car outside for 2 weeks on the side of her property next to the main road with no attention to it. Please do not waste your time and money here, and take your vehicle to someone that will take care of it.

The handle on the passenger side front door of my 1998 Toyota had broken. Johanna looked, diagnosed, ordered, and got it done all within two days with only leaving my car there for 2 hours. It is unique to see a woman running an auto repair shop so knowledgeably and competently . The handle works perfectly. The office is funky but genuine. I like the vibe and will come back.Service: Body & Trim

Spoke to Joana about adding after market on my car. No problem she said. I showed up and a few hours later, she had a new carbon fiber front lip and side skirts. They done a fabulous job, as she's meaner looking, and sleeker.I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

I damaged my pickup truck cornering my own trailer. I did not want to go through the insurance but the big body shops would not work with me. I live across the street from M&M Auto Body and one day I decided to stop by and get a feel for the place. Johanna greeted me, was very friendly and professional. She assessed the damages herself and gave me a verbal estimate right away. She confirmed later with a formal estimate through email. Everything went very smoothly. They took the time to explain what they were doing and worked hard to get the truck back to me as quickly as possible.I highly recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with M&M was excellent. I took my Tacoma in for some bumper scratches and dents in the bed panel. Johanna was clear with what they would do and estimated the repairs would be done in two days. The next day Johanna called and the repairs were finished early and looked perfect! The cost was less than half of what other shops quoted me.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting M and M Autobody Shop to repair the damages on my vehicle, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, this place exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend M and M Autobody Shop for all your automotive repair needs. The combination of their friendly and professional staff, impeccable workmanship, timely service, and fair pricing sets them apart from the competition. My experience with them was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning in the future should I require any further autobody repairs.Finally, do not care about bad reviews bad people leaves terrible reviews. I had a run in where I wasted Johanna's time and energy. She was very accommodating and did not play any games. She is an amazing human and deserves so much respect and admiration.They have great turn around time and are very professional.

It was a disaster for my car and worst experience dealing with auto shops. I would go to court if I have time. I think the most important one thing I can avoid is not paying full amount upfront even though she requires. Think twice she s sharp.

One of the fantastic place for auto body works. I had a very nice experience with Johanna. She will deliver the things with Good Quality, Economical price with in committed time. I got my car repaired within 2 days. Her husband is real gentleman who will hear your concerns and fix the things if you are not fully convinced. I will definitely recommend this shop for any future Auto Body works.

could give them a 0 star, I would!Please be careful!! They take the money and don't complete the job.Very unprofessional. They take money before job is complete. And I had to call and call multiple times to be able to get an answer on the details of my car repair. In the end, they didn't even give me the right mirror for my car. They just put a replacement and then when I called - Johanna - the owner finally picked up and she promised to fix my mirror . But despite promising , she wouldn't get back to me and now it has been 6 weeks!

You've got to be insane to take your car to this joint. I took my Mercedes to repair bumper damage. Insurance paid for all the new parts. To my surprise, after a week of taking the car from being repaired, all trim fell apart. It appeared that none of the parts were replaced at all, old bumper and trim was just glued back together. You really have to hate your car to use this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality work at very fair prices. A family run business, I truly trust them with my vehicle, for mechanic and auto body work. They welded a custom steel rack on my truck, and then fixed multiple electrical and engine issues in my car, all at very decent prices.

Granted coming to an auto body shop is usually not good news... however I had a pretty good experience. I thought that Johanna is very attentive and knowledgable. We were seen quickly for a free estimate and before I could really point everything out she already saw and knew what had to be done to my car. She even saw other areas that I didn't notice. She is very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me.

They did a 3 star job on my door which needed replacing. The matching of the paint was pretty good, however there are a few places that clearly need a touch up. They forgot to plug in the window so I had to return briefly for someone to get the window to operate Works fine now. We paid probably $500 - $800 less than anyone else on the Eastside and the job was done in a decent amount of time. We only had to wait 2 days over what time estimate they originally gave us. When you arrive and see the site you will fully understand what you are getting. M&M worked well for us and we would recommend them for no frills jobs. You get what you pay for. Johana, the contact person, is a nice lady.

From the time I called to having auto body completed was 48-hours. Like always, fantastic work, on-time, & competitive pricing. Communication was good! I strongly recommend this auto body shop.

Joana was nice and professional. Service was fast, professional, and of good quality! She was able to repair and paint my door and bumper in a day, since I was traveling. Would recommend this shop to others in the area - also open on the weekends!

I took my car to M and M auto body for them to do a full paint job. I was told in the beginning that it would take them a month and a half to finish it. I gave it to them in October and it wasn't finished until late January. The shop had dozens of problem from workers taking vacations to losing power. I would not take your car here for anything more than a minor job. And even for a minor job be prepared to not have your car for longer than expected. They have done nothing that has impressed me and everything they did was a let down. Would not recommend to anyone.

Think twice before working with them do some research about this shop, you think the price you pay is low but you get way less then you pay, took 3 months for small repair, she broke my ($450), after 5 months she doesn t answer the phone, or voicemail, when I go there she yell at you just wait.Don t prepay them cash, they ask you don t do it they will play with you for months. No paperwork s or anything, gave them $3k cash have not got receipt, ask her over and over, she just play with you.

SCAM!! they are scamming people by taking "cash" upfront for cars and not fixing the vehicle or returning them on time. Held my car in their worship, did not answer phone calls and did not pay me back the money I put in for the repair. Reported them to the police and authorities. Please don't go here and support a corrupt business like this

Scam!!! Asked to pay upfront, but didn t fix the car in two years. Telling lies and after lies, excuses and after excuses. It s been nightmare, source of my anger and frustration.
