I have trusted Luke with all my vehicles for 12 years. If he can't do it or it's better off in the hands of a shop with more expertise he has always steered me in the right direction. Granted I have a lifted Jeep WJ that a lot of shops won't touch but everything I have had his shop do has been spectacular! I send everyone I can to him and they have all had an amazing experience.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Battery

I ve been taking my car to Luke for at least 10 years now. He has always been straight with meand their work is always at a reasonable price. I can t imagine a better shop. It s like having an uncle in the business who always takes care of you.

Luke's does quality work at a reasonable price. Luke is trustworthy. He has been in business for decades. You would be hard pressed to find a better person or shop than Luke's to take your car to for maintenance. Trustworthy excellent mechanics are hard to find. Don't even worry about it, Luke's is the place to go.

I had my service with Hyundai service center and less than two days after that, my car started making loud noises and it seems that they forgot to fix some bolts in the car and asking me to make another appointment 4 weeks out which is annoying.I went to Luke's and they accommodated me right away and fixed it with no charge. Their service is the best and they have earned a loyal customer from now on.

I know about Luke and his shop from my family, and I've never had a better experience with my car. I always know that I can trust Luke with her and know that she will always be taken great care of! Luke, his wife and his crew have amazing customer service and I would consider them like family! Thank you, Luke for all of your amazing service and for taking great care of me and my baby!

I have been going to Luke as long as I can remember...since I was 18 and was driving my first car. Luke has always been upfront and honest with me about my cars. He has never tried to fix something that isn't broken and as a college student at the time....I very much appreciated when I was on a tight budget. He is more than flexible with his schedule, as any time I need something done he is more than willing to fit me in as soon as he can :) I love going to Luke's Automotive!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Took vehicle in for an oil change and running lean condition. This is a harder problem to solve as it could have few different possible causes. Shop looks great and the owner was amicable, however, the tech couldn't figure out the problem. I felt like the tech was unable or unwilling to put in the work necessary to find the issue. Tech mentioned that he couldn't find the problem unless I wanted him "shotgun gun" parts on the car, meaning just start replacing random parts to find the issue. I just paid the diagnose fee and didn't waste my time to argue, disappointing....

The people at Luke's are really friendly and courteous and they do great work! I've been having my Ford Focus serviced here for the past two years and it's been a pleasure. My car is healthy, the rates are fair, and the service is good. I've heard plenty of horror stories about bad auto mechanics.... It's really nice not having to worry about my car or my finances when I go to Luke's!

Luke is an honest man. I had an issue with my car where I started hearing some sort of faint, metal-on-metal noise/vibration from one of the wheels and made an appointment with Luke s automotive. The issue actually was short-lived and went away on its own (probably was a rock getting in between brakes and rotors or something along those lines) but I figured I d just get it checked out for peace of mind. Luke and his guys spent some time on the car and did not find any issues, so he told me that the car is fine to drive and he is not going to charge me for the time, which I certainly appreciated. Now I know where to take my car whenever I need to get repairs/maintenance done!

We sent in our 23 year old van that was sluggish, they came back with remedies, we agreed and now it's purring down the street. Their team and owners are the best - trustworthy, honest, folks who love vehicles and treat them like their own. So nothing but the best service from them. Honesty and IntegrityLuke is an honest no BS man, he doesn't do anything with your vehicle other than what you need done so your not surprised with extra charges on your bill, if he thinks you need something done he will tell you and leave it up to you. We had work done on my parents 1999 Suburban which they sold to another family with faith it was safe for them, also my sons 1985 classic Monte Carlo which he is selling, once again with faith it is good to go. His wife Jan, the woman behind the phone, funny, helpful, and a delight to speak to when your stressed about getting your car in. Their honesty is refreshing. They fixed a major Suspension, control arm issue in my car, in a timely fashionInspite of their busy schedule, they quickly catered to me. They gave a quote real quick & they also fixed the problem in the time schedule they promised. My car has been running fine since the service. Price -wise they were competitive & they were very honest & transparent about what the labor cost, cost of goods & their profit.I even took my car for an oil change & they did a clean job with it & also pointed a battery issue which I know existed and I was surprised that they truly checked everything.

I ve was referred to Luke by my girlfriend and have been going for about 3 years now. I will never go to another auto mechanic again. Not only has he kept my cars running for me, he is honest and trustworthy. He always tells me what he thinks I need to do right away before implementing any repairs. Luke is always willing to fit me in when he has time and is always great to see!

My wife's family had been taking all of their vehicles to a trustworthy family friend mechanic for decades and we were all very distraught once he retired, that is until we found Lukes!!We have taken 2 different vehicles here on multiple occasions now and are always pleased with their honesty and their customer service. We will be taking all our vehicles here for the Foreseeable future.Thank you Luke's for being good honest people.

Superior Automotive Service!Luke s Redmond Automotive is a hidden gem of excellence in service. After several unsatisfactory experiences with the garage I used to take my vehicle to for maintenance, the difference between them and Luke s is crystal clear. I brought my vehicle in first thing in the morning @ 8:00 a.m. About an hour later, I received my first follow up call about the status of my vehicle. I opted to have additional service performed beyond my initial request. Within 90 mins, I received another call to report all service was complete and my truck was available to pick up - same day service! The service performed was quick, it is guaranteed and it was reasonably priced. Luke definitely knows his business and how to take very good care of his customers. I highly recommend Luke s Redmond Automotive service!

I was having some difficulties off and on with a shop I had been going to previously when a customer of mine suggested Luke's. I had already paid $150 for a diagnosis elsewhere and received what I felt was a high quote for the work I needed. I am not very knowledgeable about cars so felt unsure what to do. I decided to go ahead and call Luke. I explained my situation and Luke told me to feel free to not make any decision yet but to bring my car to him (If I wanted) and he would look it over at NO charge and give me a second opinion. When I got to Luke's he had one of the guys walk me through everything going on with my car, explaining (and showing) the good and the bad so that i could better understand what was needed (If needed) and why. He then told me he would put together a quote but not to feel pressured to go with them if I wasn't comfortable about anything. I asked him if he could prioritize the work which he kindly did. The quotes he gave me were competitive and better than what I had received elsewhere. Since there were several things that need work, I got the most important stuff done first and am getting the rest taken care of as time and money allows. I've been back to Luke's a couple of times now and have always received excellent service! Thank you Luke and team for going above and beyond to make car repair and maintenance more of a painless experience for me!

Luke's is always the first call I make for repairs and servicing on my car. They are fast and efficient, while being helpful and friendly, which I appreciate. They understand the importance of getting a commuter car back on the road as quickly as possible. They always get my car going without nickle and diming me with unnecessary changes for parts and labor I don't need. I trust them, and that's why I keep coming back!

I just had an amazing experience dealing with Luke's Redmond Automotive for the first time after my car broke down nearby. They went above & beyond to deliver excellent service. Everyone we talked to here displayed kindness, honesty and integrity. Both my boyfriend and I will be bringing our vehicles here from now on! We are truly impressed. Thank you so much!

I had issues with my car while driving so I happened to spot this place and took my car for quick inspection. The owner was nice enough to ask one of his workers to quickly take a look externally and the worker diagnosed issue stating it might be metal to metal squeaking noise on the front break. The next day I called to schedule an appointment and owner gave me one date for which I asked if you have any earlier date, and he suddenly said I refuse to service your vehicle and hung up !!! I never expected such rude behavior. I will NEVER EVER go to this place again.EDIT: (responding to owner's comments)Good morning owner,There seems to be a communication gap between your worker and you. I *SPECIFICALLY* asked the worker if it is safe to drive few miles and drop kids and come back, to which I got response *YES* hence I drove back to my place. Please double check with him.As for the scheduling appointment is concerned, I wanted to get it fixed ASAP, hence I was asking for Friday appointment. I DID NOT hear you saying you are closed on Friday. And even if you have to refuse service, I understand but there is a polite way of declining it. Just saying "I refuse to service your vehicle" and hanging up is not I would expect as a customer. You are in your rights to refuse service just I am in my own rights to write honest review.

Excellent customer service. My car charger didn't work on my Volvo and I needed a fuse changed, I was able to walk in and get help from the mechanics. Not only did they changed the fuse, but they also educated me on how to do it. To top it all off, they refused to take payment for the work they had to do to find the hidden fuse box. They are top notch in character and quality of work.

I visit the shop frequently and chat with Luke.I have a service van that needed some love as it had a check engine light on and had a funny misfire. Luke's got that solved. And the follow up was fantastic. A very good shop.I really go there to see all the cool old cars they get to work on.More pix of the rare ones please.

My car started wiggling and smelling while I had stops to make in Redmond which was far away from my West Seattle island- they were so very kind and helped me find out that my car was no longer safe to drive. Brought my difficult to work on car, a 1984 nissan 300zx turbo, over 32 years old, and Luke's worked on it, did a great job for reasonable price. We found I needed another part, which I bought myself, and they are going to install for me when it arrives. The car is my favorite, and I have kept it on the road despite few mechanics who will work on it. I really appreciate the competent help and reasonable prices at Luke's.

I recently had my A/C compressor replaced to fix an intermittent engine squeal that had been happening for a long time. The work was done in a timely manner, the estimate I was given was very accurate, and best of all -- it fixed the problem. Luke and DJ always make me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended!

I schedule to take our work vehicles in here, they accommodate and do a pretty good job- happy customer and I must say, they are nice to their customers as well. Very reliable.

Got a used car checked here before committing to a purchase, and Luke was very helpful and friendly.Took about 1:30h from when I dropped off the car (they had another car in first, so I guess the actual time spent on my car was more like 45 minutes) and cost about $100.I'll be coming back here.

Super friendly people at a time when things are so uncertain! I dropped my car off and they ensured me that they would call before anything was done with my car or charging me. There ended up not being any real issues but they cleaned some part and there was no charge. I highly recommend this great business!

Dealing with car troubles is always a pain. Knowing we have Luke's as an option relives so much of the stress. I have no complaints. They are always straightforward and reasonable. Honest, smart people.
