I noticed a screw in my tire today. They were able to get me in to repair it the same day and wouldn t accept any money for it. These guys are the best. I will come back and buy tires from them in the future. Highly recommended!

I want to give a big thanks to the excellent service I received from Jacob and crew at Les Schwab. I was concerned about an issue with one of my tires, and Jacob did an outstanding job of inspecting the tire, notifying me of damage that would have become dangerous if not detected, and then taking care of it. He was professional, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient answering all of my questions. I highly recommend their great service!!!

Walked in yesterday around 3:00pm thinking I might be able to get a brake inspection. Not only was I able to get the inspection in about 30 min., I was able to get complete front rotors, calipers, pads, fluid, etc in about a hour and a half more . I was thinkingI might have to make a appointment just for the inspection. Great job and extremely friendly service. I have also been to the Bellevue, South hill and one of the Tacoma locations. Same great service everywhere. There has to be some absolutely incredible leadership at the corporate level to have the same type of service at every location for many years. This Company is a role model that everyone can learn from!

So fast!I have been waking up everyday for the last week with a flat tire. I made an appointment online, walked in at 7:55a, walked out with one less nail in my tire and a free patch at 8:15a! So so happy and fast! I was prepared to lose a few hours.Thank you Les Schwab 312!!

I always visit Les Schwab to get my tire pressure checked for free every couple of months and also before long trips. One of my rear tires had reduced air pressure by around 9 PSI overnight. I reached Les Schwab around 0830 am and got my tire filled up but was skeptical about continuing to drive due to last night's sudden drop in air pressure. The staff was kind enough to recommend getting the tire checked for any leaks. They estimated around an hour to get the job done but thanks for their extremely skilled staff, I was out by 0900 am, which is about 30 minutes. There was a screw in the tire that was causing the air leak and they fixed it with a tire plug. They did not charge me anything for this service and I'd definitely buy a new set of tires from them once the current ones wear out. The waiting room had free coffee, water and popcorn and the staff there is very professional. Cheers!

I love this place. Rotate your tires for free. I got a set from them and they quickly fixed a slow leak in one for no charge, getting the service done quickly. Friendly and fast! And it's right by some bubble tea, which helps.

I made an appointment on 11/11 to look at my tires I have an EV car with flat, wide tires. I didn t want the style that fit my Honda - but fit my Leaf.The girl said they would fit. I got the tires a week later:Now I have my Honda type wheels on my Leaf they don t fit and are impacting my kW/hr. I should have 3.3-3.5 kW/hr this time of year. Now it s 2.7-2.9kW/hr - the wheels spin every day. I don t think these fit my car. I ve loved Les Schaub since 2001.I wonder if they can help otherwise, my time is done with them. So not happy- wish a tire expert could ve helped on 11/11 now I have suck tires.

Oscar, the rep that helped me, was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I came in with a flat tire and was serviced with new roaters, wheel, and tires in less than 2 hours. No appointment. Pricing seemed fair and everyone was timely, and had thorough communication. I would highly recommend after my experience.

Needed a tire rotation and was greeted before I went into the store. Out within 30 minutes. They also inspected my brakes and suspension too.

Got my brakes done here.I really liked the fact that they were honest with their assessment and didn't try to upsell me on anything.Service itself was also pretty good and they did it in a reasonable amount of time.I'll go here again if I need any work done to my car.

Amazing! Had a slowly leaking tire. Called them up and got a same day apptment. Came in and was served right away and out with a patched tire in 30min. And they patched the tire and checked air pressure with no charge! Haven t been impressed by customer service on anything for some time, but very impressed by the customer service at this place. Will be back for other car needs.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Called ahead of time and drove in that day to have a slow leak looked at. Great service, they found a nail in my tire and patched it at no charge. I'll be returning when it's time to buy new tires!

Super happy with the service I recently received at the Les Schwab in Redmond, Washington!They had emailed me a coupon for a vehicle checkup a few weeks�prior, which was good timing since my Tundra truck had started doing some weird vibration while driving. �I made an appointment and took the truck in, and they found a seized brake caliper. �I was pretty surprised when they said they could take care of it that same afternoon and I'd have my fixed truck back in the evening...plus, they actually�got it done sooner! �This was really perfect timing, since I had a road trip coming up. �WOW! �Thank you Les Schwab!

Amazing place and really amazing staff. Came in today, desperate about not knowing what was wrong with my Tahoe. Sam and Jacob really provided first-class service and helped me get my car fixed in less than two hours.It turned out to be a safety issue, and I am really grateful they took care of it.Thank you so much !

Update after Kylee's response which says "this shaking is typically caused by uneven material transfer from the brake pad onto the rotor".The crew could not find anything wrong other than the rotor both times I went to them. So I am potentially still driving around with a broken/unsafe braking system after two visits to this place.Original:If you are getting parts replaced, be there to verify, and check the price.I got my Toyota's Disk Brake Rotor replaced and it started shaking within a couple of months. Within 3k miles, the steering was shaking dangerously as before the fix. I don't know if they replaced my original or just ground it down. I suspect the latter. When I questioned them, they replaced it. This time I was present and noted the part they used. They put Raybestos Element 3, which seems to costs about 25$. They had charged me 92.99$ per rotor, plus installation. You be the judge!

Did a pre trip inspection here. Great service at the front desk. Didn t schedule so took some time to wait. Didn t charge anything for the inspection.Highly recommend this place for inspection. Would go here again in the future if any fix needed. I feel more confident about my car for my trip.

***STELLAR SERVICE***I was working a job in the area and noticed my Fiat was driving off compared to normal. I had initially called the location first to see if they could accommodate me in the late afternoon short notice. They obliged. Israel the technician who inspected my car, was extremely professional, welcoming, and easy to speak to. I felt zero sales pressure from any of the crew there. Time in and out- within an hour. Thank you Israel for your professionalism, and awesome smile. Five stars for the whole place. Lobby clean and well kept. As I waited for service, any time a customer came in, it was less than a minute wait before an associate came into the lobby to greet them and check them in. Good job boys. -Mrs Johnson

They took us in on short notice to get an alignment on my Golf R. They were able to get us in immediately right when we walked in the door and Logan provided us great service. I m very happy with the alignment! Thank you!

I came in at 8:30AM, had my car looked at right away. I discussed what was needed with a representative and was told since I don't have an appointment, it would take a little longer (1.5-2 hours) and he asked if I was okay waiting that long. I stated that I didn't have longer than that and he clarified the 1.5-2 hours was the max time that it would take for me to be out the door, so I agreed and waited. It took just over 4 hours to change the 2 tires. I understand that I didn't have an appointment, but I would have gladly left and come back another day as my need was not urgent. Leaving a review to ensure other customers see that their provided timeframe may be VERY off, like mine.

They were awesome! I was so bummed to have a flat tire when I pulled in thinking it was going to cost me a fortune and a new custom tire and they fixed it in a snap AND checked I was good with all the other tires, alignment, brakes, everything! What a joy - definitely come here.

The service at this place is great. I went to check on my brakes and Israel has done a wonderful job showing me the life of the breaks and how much it costs to replace. We also discussed the tires and I got different quotes. Their prices aren t cheap but I can tell you that their service is 5 stars. Ask for Israel and you won t be disappointed.

I asked them to do a break check and they Didn t tighten my lug nuts had to pay for a tow and everything after the wheel flew off. Also asked them to inspect my power steering. They said we can do that for u and they tell me it s my inner and outer tie rods. It was definitely not the tie rods that made me have bad power steering, and I went and bought and put in new inner and outer tie rods for no reason. These guys are trash don t go here.

This is my 2nd tire experience with Les Schwab: very pleasant. Every time they provided excellent and professional services, and the price was very reasonable or free. I already referred to two of my friends, and they love it. too! Thank you so much for your excellent services! - posted 2 years ago.New post: Lately I had my 3rd experience with Les Schwab, and it continues to be great! During the December 2022 rain & snow week my car slipped to a curb. To be cautious I went to their store to have a free check. They found out that the tires had uneven wear and the inside shoulder had 0 tread. They recommended and installed quality tires that suit Pacific NW wet weather, adjusted the alignment, did enforced (dynamic) tire balancing, and diagnosed bearing damage in a very timely, patient, and professional manner. I cannot speak enough to thanks for Heather, Issac, Oscar, Madison, Scott (?), Matt, so many people who helped me. Thank you so much for your quality service and hard work!

tldr; I brought them my car for a specific problem, they had my car all day, "fixed" two things, neither of which were what I brought them the car for.I brought my car in because it was making a noise. They told me they couldn't hear the noise but needed to replace my tires because they were a safety issue. Um, ok. Then they called me back an hour later and said, yes, they did hear the noise now and it was a bad bearing. Great, I asked them to fix that. They then called me back and said, oh, now that we've replaced the bearing it turns out that wasn't what was wrong, it's something else. But we have to charge you for replacing the bearing, even though it didn't fix the problem, unless you bring the car back to us another time for us to put the old one back in. And do you want us th fix the other problem? Seriously??I have taken my car here for years and never had problems. But the last few times I've had poor service and long waits. I'd encourage you to go somewhere else.

Just came in for a tire rotation. The service at the front desk is exceptional. I stayed for the hour wait, and overheard Oscar's interactions with many. It's unique to find his level of attention to detail, organization, calm... listening to what customers have to say and responds with care. Thank you for your humanity!!
