I have a 24ft RV and was happy that it could be serviced by you. Everyone I had an interaction with was friendly and professional from initial contact until final contact. I wish that I had gotten everyone s names so I could give them all a personal recommendation. I did get one name, Riley (he checked me out and reviewed everything) Great experience from start to finish.

The crew at this location is super kind and helpful! I went to the Jiffy Lube on Bel-Red Rd. And while that location was faster (under 15 min oil change) they did a shotty job. The team at the Avondale location was kind and able to fix the mistake that the other place did. Not only have I had several great experiences here other people I know have talked about how great of a service they have received here.

Went to get my A/C fluid refilled (for ONLY $149 which is a smokin' hot deal) and they tried for 1 hour and said that I have a leak and they could not fill it. So they did not charge me any $. i presented a coupon for a $25.00 discount...I was told that they would only give me $20.00. There was a rate sign showing the cost of $99 for the service I was getting, but they charged me $117 instead. When I politely asked about this, he walked away and did not answer me. Next he tried to charge me for topping off my coolant and my brake fluid. This is not charged else where. I am insulted.Finally, after I paid, they did not reset my oil change reminder! Just wanted to share that Zara H. was very pleasant. I wanted to get my wipers replaced and she knew how to install them, acted as cashier and topped off my fluids and checked air pressure of my tires as part of the service. All in all, quite a nice experience.

Professional and polite staff. Was having some battery issues. The technician/mechanic explained in detail what was going on. Air filter needed to be changed, so they showed me the old one and the one they were replacing it with. Topped off coolant. Provided report on the vehicle of the items they checked. Efficient and very fast service.

I left Bellevue one because there was too many cars in each line. Arrived at this spot in Redmond and got right in. All the staff were very pleasant , very efficient and knowledgeable. Just want to preface this by saying my review is not directed at this specific location because the service I got was spectacular. The people working here were amazing, helpful, and great! My problem is with the price, why is Jiffy Lube about $40 more that Goodyear for the same service? All I did was get an oil change, and it was 117$.... I remember paying 80$ at Goodyear like 4 months ago..Service: Oil change

August 2023, two visits for two different vehicles, almost identical with service attentiveness and satisfaction. Zara runs a tight ship under busy circumstances.May 2023 update, I was promptly greeted and given advise on what service should be completed. I was not pressured and the oil change was completed in a reasonable time.December 2023, I arrived shortly after they opened, the two employees were not enjoying their jobs and it showed in the atmosphere. I'm hopeful I got the service I paid for.Service: Oil change

Anytime I can stay in my car and get great fast service on my vehicle, I am good. Oil Change, Air filter, Wiper blade and top off fluids all with in 30 minutes. They were out of the air filter so they ran to the Auto parts store next door and picked one up for me. Sure the full wiper blade at $29.95 was a bit pricey and I could have driven to Costco, bought one, and replaced it myself - but when was the last time you went to Costco and ONLY bought one thing? I usually use this location for oil changes and they were quick and efficient (sometimes lines are longer).It was recommended they do the headlight restoration service and I definitely notice a difference in the brightness of my headlights when driving at night! UPDATE: A day or two after I left my review a manager called me to talk about my review. He offered to come clean my driveway (which I had already done). I emphasized training staff to acknowledge customers. He was very polite and apologetic.I got an oil change this morning. It took awhile to get through the line, but overall it went well. My entire visit took about an hour. I was recommended to get my brake fluid flushed and might potentially need new brake pads (when all this work was done in the last 3 months and was done correctly). When I got home, I noticed my car was leaking oil (not a large amount but noticeable). I went back to the same location. I sat in line for 45 minutes without any employee speaking to me (but I watched them speak to other cars around me, including behind me). When I was asked to pop my hood, I asked to talk to them, at that point my problem was addressed very quickly. The original tech had not properly cleaned the underside of my car. Everything was cleaned up quickly and the employees got the cars behind to move so I could leave quicker (the car in front of me was getting fairly extensive work and was going to be awhile). I was also told that if the problem continued to come back.

My fianc� usually take my car to grease monkey and I decided to try Jiffy lube today. It was my first visit to get an oil change by myself, I was stressed as a woman. However, things took a turn for the worse when the employee in charge ( CODY) began to yell at me out loud because I didn't park my car at the yellow bars as instructed. Although he apologized later, I was so embarrassed by the incident. It's not appropriate to treat customers in such a manner, and he should have used a calm tone. As a result of this experience, I have decided not to return. Very unprofessional :) At the least the service was quick for me.Service: Oil change

I used Jiffy Lube for changing the oil and it went ok. Today I went to do a AC recharge, after waiting for 2 hours, they told me their connector does not fit my car so the recharge failed (they did not mention this before doing the service). I went back to pick up my car then they told me to pay about $50 for the service fee, I was like how come to charge me with wasting my two hours and did not get the job done. The service guy argued I was told they will charge $50 even though the job fails but I am pretty sure he did not mention that. They called the manager and they insisted asking me to pay for it. This is unfair for me to pay the money for nothing (and it was because they don't have the right connector). With their logic, I could open an auto store and charge for $50 for any car since I don't have the right connector. After all, they claimed to put me as an unwelcome person in Jiffy Lube's system and any Jiffy Lube's service centers can see that. Well done Jiffy Lube and you are in my unwelcome list as well!

Super customer service every time. It is always amazing how well this business does. Loved the video monitor where I could see my car being serviced. Super lounge to wait in, although the tire smell is strong.

I love this Jiffy Lube location, everyone working there is fast and efficient at their craft. They are friendly and make good recommendations rather than simply trying to upsell you. Recently in particular I had my oil changed and headlights cleaned by employee Z. They look so good, it was hard to see out of them before but now it's clear and quite lovely visually.Services: Tires, Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

Nick the boss is the man!, I had a pretty serious problem with my radiator and these guys helped me out.Im so thankful for the kindness this Redmond, WA Jiffy Lube showed and have decided they had made a customer for life!..I would highly recommend these guys for your automotive service needs, Not only are they knowledgeable In what they do, but also they are very trustworthy and truly care about getting you back on the road.You guys are awesome and thank you sooo very much for all your help!...

I have used Jiffy Lube for my most recent oil changes and they have always been quick and efficient and kept my 2006 Honda Element running smoothly. I also wanted to give a quick shout out to Nick and his team at this particular location. I came in today to ask questions related to some smoke/steam that came up out of my hood on Sunday and they quickly were able to take a look at my surrounding water containers, radiator and radiator hoses to diagnose the issue. They informed me that I more than likely have a leak in the radiator and it would need to be replaced. They also steered me away from more expensive solutions so that I would not waste my money. They did this free of charge which was extremely generous and helpful towards my car's service and well being. I truly appreciate Nick for taking the time to look at my car and help me today. I have been a long time customer for this location. I arrived last night at 6:25pm (bay doors were still open) to ask for my plate to be ran to find out when I'm due for an oil change. The attendant was rude and said they were closed and nobody wanted to be bothered to do that. I said it wouldn't take long and just needed to know the mileage. He said nobody wants to do that. I told him he was rude and he should work on his customer service skills.They had a car still being serviced in one of the bays and they were clearly not "on their way out". I don't understand how 20 seconds to help me with the info I needed was an inconvenience. He said he had bad eyesight and couldn't do it himself then asked to see my service sticker. I said I wouldn't be here if my service sticker was legible and had not faded. The time he took to argue with me could have been avoided.I won't be returning here and will sh as the my experience with friends and family who also go to this location.

I ve gone to this Jiffy Lube a couple of times now and they re always so nice! It s my go to for an oil change. Service is usually really fast, but when it isn t, they always come and check on me, and give me a time estimate for service. I also don t know anything about cars, like at all. The first time I went, I didn t even know how to pop my trunk. They helped me and I didn t feel judged or anything. I cannot recommend them enough.Service: Oil change

Got my oil changed here. The employees were super sweet and quick! They explained everything really well and applied my coupons with no hassle. Also, the main employee helping me (wish I remembered his name but I came in around 9:45 am on Thursday today) pulled his mask up because he saw I had mine on- I m 24 weeks pregnant and that made me feel very cared for and safe. Thank you for great and quick service!

Lots of incompetency here maybe the staff were new or poorly trained? They charged me for the fully synthetic oil and then used the wrong kind. They didn t check the tire pressure. They didn t offer to change the light bulb that they said was out. I had to tell them they used the wrong oil. I had to mention the fact that they didn t check tire air pressure. And when they did do it, I told them it was 32 psi, which they acknowledged. They allegedly filled my tires I went on a 2 hour drive to Leavenworth right after, only to find my tire pressure light turn on and when I got there, I found my ALL of my tires were all at or under 25 psi. Dangerously low! So that was scary. They didn t reset the maintenance required light either. Overall, it was an unfortunate visit. Lots of incompetence in the crew.
