Do not take your wheels to this facility to have tires installed. unfortunately, I didn t see any of these a year after the job was done, so they probably won t do anything about it. the only two wheels these guys touched got the same type of marks. Got a big dent on each wheel from trying to pry the tires off, and circular mark from trying to get the rest of the tire to separate from the wheels.I understand it s going to have some sort of small marks from removing low profile tires from a 19 in wheel, but the complete carelessness of their employee and amount of damages done is just ridiculous. would the same employee be ok if someone else damages their personal item that cost that much?

I have been going to Firestone for years in Redmond Washington and I m very happy with their service. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Even when I just bring my car in for an oil change if they see something that my vehicle needs they will let me know.

Redmond Firestone is one of the shops that can do alignment for the Tesla Model Y.One thing that impressed the girl at the front desk was very knowledgeable.I showed her Tesla rubber jackpucks without saying their name or explaining what are those things for and asked her if they would need these things or not. I was expecting she would ask to the mechanic. but no, she replied to me and said they don't need to lift the car .first she recognized these rubber pucks and knew what are they for, and she also knew what alignment process needed. this gives you confidence and I think this was not their first Tesla alignment. the only thing is the mechanic forgot to clear the Tesla alignment offset, I informed them they fixed it very quickly... by the way, they can adjust the rear toe and camber angles with the original control arms.

The front desk person explained things very well, different services offered as well as the problem I brought the car in to be addressed. The proximity of Firestone to my home makes leaving my car there convenient. The price/quote matching they claim to do was verified and matched.

Love the tires, nice and quite. would be a 10 were it not that the written estimate the day prior was less (less than $3.00) than the actual amount. Guess that's why it's called an estimate! Appreciate the no-pressure sales.

Redmond Firestone is the BEST! Give everyone a bonus that works there and commend the manager. Very professional, good service and it is so nice to have a place to trust to take your vehicle.

Got my some tires mounted here, I waited a day longer than was told when dropping them off. Then didn't properly mount them, causing a flat, making me late for work. Blamed it on dirt being on the bead which would be the technicians fault. Waste of time and money

I had a tire going flat late on a Friday. The lady at Firestone was wonderful! The front desk lady stayed late while I waited for a ride home, I left my car. They had it done by 11:30 on Saturday, I got four new tires which I needed. I didn't get my window washer fluid filled but that was okay. Great price and wonderful service!! I highly recommend these people!

2 stars because I've had good experience here 1st 2 times. This time around was something different. Other google reviewers seem to have a similar experience.Waited for 2 hours (came with kids and walked the neighborhood) only to find the car still parked with no work done. I had to take the car back without any work done. They want you to leave the car overnight. If the techs are busy, atleast tell me beforehand.I'll update my review if I get my car worked on in time promised next time around. I live 25 minutes away and wasted half a day of work because I was lied to at this place.

I was helped and later called by a woman named Vicky at the counter. I found her to be extremely disrespectful and she talked to me as if I was intentionally trying to make her day worse, which I found strange and later was my reasoning for not giving my business.I brought in the vehicle for a brake check before I took it on a multiple state drive. Since the last time I brought my vehicle to this location they informed me my brakes would need to be looked within the coming months, I assumed this would be a good place to go. I was harassed by Vicky on the phone and coldly told surprisingly your brakes didn t get better since the last visit they got worse when she called me to reveal their findings in the inspection. I was fully aware the brakes were bad which is why I brought it in for repair.I was then quoted $2000 for full brake service on the front and rear. Since I didn t enjoy the customer service I was receiving, I left and took my car a few feet down the road to REDMOND TIRE PROS who were absolutely AMAZING and got me out in under an out for ONE QUARTER THE QUOTED COST OF FIRESTONE.With multiple shops within walking distance, I would recommend trying tire pros or any of the others before this Firestone.

I had some bad experiences at this Firestone years ago .but I figured by now they d have a different crew and a better approach to service. Maybe they have a different crew now, but they still have HORRIBLE SERVICE!!I made an appointment a week in advance, stressing that I needed to wait for the vehicle (not a drop-off) so that they would know to start work on the vehicle when I arrived at the appointment time (that's normally how it's supposed to work...) .BUT NO!!!I arrived on time, reminded them that I would be waiting there (not a drop-off), and decided to go for a walk.I returned to Firestone after about 40 minutes and noticed that my vehicle had not been moved.....they had not even STARTED to service it!!I complained to the front desk woman about this, stressing that I had made the appointment in advance, specifically to have it serviced while I waited, and got a lame excuse that it could be up to a two hour wait TO GET STARTED with servicing because all the bays are full !!ARE YOU KIDDING ME???What s the point of making an appointment in advanced and emphasizing that it s not a drop-off, that I d be waiting there, when the end result is the same as dropping off your vehicle???!!!Next time, I m going to Firestone Woodinville much better customer service there, and they actually honor the notion of having advanced appointments for those that must wait while their vehicle is serviced!!

I ve only been here for a couple of services but both times the work and service were outstanding. Oil change was done in less than 30 minutes. Tire check and rotation and brake check was done in an hour. They were friendly, fast and seem honest with diagnosis and price. Would come back again.

My experience has been awesome! The service advisors are always in constant contact, making sure everything s going well and updating me as to the progress. The mechanics solve the issues I bring my vehicle in for. These days, it s so hard to find competent people, but that is exactly what you will find here. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend them!

Took my van in for a flat repair and leaky radiator. After further diagnosis they also recommended $2800.00 of additional needed services on a vehicle that is barely worth that by KBB standards. Would also agree with other reviews of rims being covered in grease and fingerprints. No attention to detail at all. See attached photo of how my rim was put on. Would not recommend.

Friendly staff and fast service, I always come here for the oil change. The only not so good thing is one grumpy employee that seems to be in a mad mood every time I go, all of them are nice/friendly except this guys at the front desk with a mad face and not so friendly attitude.

Went for an alignment, and they messed up my vehicle. Denied responsibility, Firestone customer service rep yelled at me. No refund for the damage. Don't ever go there if you have an offroad vehicle, they will blame you for the damage they caused.

I started using this Firestone 6 years ago when I moved here from the east coast. The service has steadily declined over those years. My most recent visit was for an oil change and brake service. An hour after the oil change my oil light came BACK on. I called the store and brought the car back in. They said all was well and that sometimes the light will come back on but that it will go away shortly. I finally took my car to another shop and they showed me how Firestone incorrect screwed my oil plate back on breaking it as a result! NEVER take your car here. I don t know what happened but they are not to be trusted anymore. To back up that claim I have had two other mechanic shops tell me the same thing.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Spent over $200 to get my AC recharged for it to just start blowing warm air again & in less than a month! Then the only option I have to get it resolved is to drop off my only transportation at 7 AM & leave it there all day to get it diagnosed and hopefully resolved...

I bought a set of tires last week they were great tires. got another set for a different car. They got the tires way faster than I was expecting anyone could and put them on and aligned my car same day these guys are the best definitely recommend coming here even if it's a 30 mile trip.

Took in for three things: coolant flush and replacement, check tires, and oil change. Doesn't seem too difficult, so decided to take it to Firestone rather than regular mechanic who retired.On the way back from picking it up, emergency coolant light immediately goes off. I call, and the first person I talk to says it's OK, that I can bring it in whenever, it's likely a glitch. Stopped the car and opened the hood. Approximately ONE INCH of coolant was in the car. Called again. Talked w manager, v nice offer to fix but I decided it was easier for me to just fill it myself. So that was the coolant flush.One week later, now my tire light is on saying low tire pressure. So that was the tire check.So one is an issue that could have burned my engine, the other is a safety concern. Will never bring my car back there again. Paid more than $500 to get my car back in basically the same shape, not sure anything was actually done to it other than adding oil. Awesome.

I had all four of my tires replaced recently and one of the tire was losing air (not flat) just after driving few miles. I came to the shop again for a checkup and the guy at front desk said that I don t have time to check. So I booked an appointment and came later. After waiting for the appointment day, the guy says if the issue is not fixable, then I won t put the tire back and you have to pay $550 to replace the tire, which is lot more than what I paid originally. Remember this is not even a flat, just some loss of air pressure which can be due to the weather. I have concerns with the original product being used here at first place and also after service support. I will not recommend this shop to anyone who cares for after service and genuine products. I had a Costco quote which was $50 more than this shop to replace the tires but I did a mistake of trying to save $50 and trusted these guys. Guys, if you are looking to replace tire, just go with Costco. You can trust their quality and after service support, but not these guys. Lesson learned!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience! We got in as early as they opened to get our car checked out and have tires rotated, which we were assured would be done by 10. I told them I work at 1 and need the car by 12:30. They took the car, never called us to tell us a estimate or plan, we had to call them. They told us to wait and they would call us back in a moment. We had to call them again 45 minutes later. We drove down in person at 12:45 and our car was still wheel-less, and the insides were out. The manager came out after the front desk guy spent 15 minutes looking for our paperwork. The manager said the mechanic was on his break and said "your guess is as good as mine" when I asked when he would be back. While I was there the front assured the following 2 customers they were fully booked for the day, but would definitely be able to get their cars done by 6. We got our car back at 2.

My experiences:Scheduled an appointment time over the phone. When I showed up at my appointment time I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 2 hours prior and that this was the end time of my appointment.I was told I could come back (brakes were bad, not an option), but they were scheduling a week out or I could stay and they would "fit me in"Took about 3 hours before they finally called to tell me they had a chance to get to my car. Took another 2 hours for them to get the parts they ordered. My 2 hour appointment ended up taking 6.5 hours.Brakes started squealing not long after.Tried phoning the location several times on different occasions and never got a human to answer or a message.Eventually got a hold of someone to schedule another appointment to check the brakes.Next appointment revealed that the brake pads were faulty and would need to be replaced.
