Loved how honest and quick they were. Did not unnecessarily change anything in my car like the company service centers usually did. Inspected the car and did what they thought was necessary.They did an excellent job and would highly recommend!Thank you!

Fair, honest and highly competent. I ve had issues with my Mercedes C300 for months that other shops couldn t fix and the dealer wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix. They found the problems, kept me in the loop and charged me a fair price. It drives like a dream again. Cascade is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to. They are so kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and it feels like family. They will always run repairs by you and communicate what they recommend be done to your vehicle. They are so honest and that is hard to come by these days. Advised mechanics of electrical issue, told them it was probably the alternator. They ran a test and said the alternator was fine, and fixed the oil leaks that caused it. They said it was simply a battery issue, so I replaced it. Car crapped out on me, and had to pay to tow it to the shop again. They tell me they ran a test and lo and behold, the alternator is the issue. They wanted to give me the run-around and charge an extra >$1,000 in labor just to get to the location of the part again, and when I told them that me having to pay full price twice for something I knew was wrong originally, they told me to come pick my car up and threatened to have it towed, still not able to hold a charge mind you. They very sneakily worded it as if I came in for oil leaks, but I had been driving the car with the leaks no problem. 2 stars for being ok customer service, which I see now is fake. They're solid mechanics and will technically do what they tell you, but you have to be very diligent with not letting them replace random parts for $$$.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

These guys did a fantastic job. I went to them for a general inspection and a fluid leak. They fixed the leak and performed a super detailed inspection, the results of which Caleb discussed with me and made helpful recommendations. In my view they go above and beyond. Thanks!

Love the guys at Cascade Auto!! Caleb and his crew are so good at what they do. They are truly there to help you out and give realistic suggestions. I've been going there every since I got my first car and I've never felt cheated, misled, or overcharged. Caleb is super friendly and honest and always has a big smile on his face! Love this place and would highly recommend!

We took a car into Cascade for a pre-buyer's inspection. They were so thorough and spent time explaining the pros and cons of our potential purchase. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I am so glad we made the decision to take the car there. They caught some small issues that other people missed. They even provided us with a timeline of reasonably priced repairs to make the car run better. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Another great experience at Cascade Auto Clinic. Caleb set me up with a same-day appointment, one of his team drove me back to my office, and picked me up again at exactly the appointed time. All work completed on my car, along with some extra checks. Have been taking my cars to Cascade Auto Clinic for 8 years and always an excellent experience.

Wonderfully ran, and priced. They are incredibly fair and have always done an amazing job .When calling around for eatimates, they are ALWAYS the lowest priced. Honest and fair. Caleb, the owner, is wonderful as well! Very personable and makes you feel at home! My first recommendation- ALWAYS!

I called the guys at Cascade Auto because my daughter's car had "smoke" pouring out the engine and my wife was on the way to rescue her (of course I was stuck at work). We the girls pulled up they knew their names and immediately felt welcomed by Celeb and the rest of the team. They quickly assessed the problem and didn't push for any additional work on our ancient student car. The repairs were done quickly and right on budget. I would highly recommend this place for anyone.

On the Eastside, in Redmond, NW corner of town in the industrial area, yet easy to find:These guys are the very best honest straight-up mechanics I have ever worked with bar none! Friendly, knowledgeable, open, patient, reasonable, professional, accurate, responsive in dire need, fair and square you will struggle to find a better proficient honest auto repair shop. They can do all sorts, foreign and domestic, and the best part they are considerate and will work with you to sort out the best resolve. I like that kind of integrity in a mechanic (speaking for the whole shop). The customer care is like family, and I refer all my pals to Cascade Auto.

These guys are simply the best and most honest mechanics you can find anywhere in the Seattle metro area. If they can do the work on your vehicle take it there. You won't find a more honest mechanic with as fair of prices anywhere in this side of the state. I put that on my mother's life.How many business in 2020 can you say that about with honestly and confidence.

This is a wonderful shop! The owner, Caleb, is very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. He did his best to accommodate my needs and tried to get things done in an expedient manner. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing work done!
