I am very skeptical of any car-related business (mechanics especially) as I always assume I'm going to be ripped off.Achtuning is the real deal. Called with a list of pretty major mods I didn't want the headache of having to install myself and they were able to get me in the next day and be done within 3-4hrs. They are very transparent about what to expect and will (politely) point you in the right direction in regards to modding, maintenance, etc. If you have a german car, these guys are the only people you should trust to take care of it.

I've been buying parts all over the internet for my Audi and haven't had an experience this good. I ordered a set of wheels which were received in less than a week and in perfect condition. They were clearly opened for inspection which is nice to see as well considering I didn't order any tires. I went back to their site to order a shirt after the amazing transaction and they sent me an entire care package full of really nice Achtuning merch. Now I'm ready for my Rally at the end of the month! Can't recommend enough!

I have trusted Achtuning for years to service our Audi(s). They have always been knowledgeable, honest, and much cheaper than the dealership. Kelly is awesome and always takes great care of our vehicles. Save yourself some time and money and take your European car to Achtuning.

Back in October these guys helped my Audi A7 go stage 2+. It was painless, done in the same day, and easy. Customer service was great and Kelly responded to emails very fast.

I'm now a huge fan of Kelly and the Achtuning team, after recently bringing in my 2020 KIA Stinger GT2 AWD for the installation of aftermarket sway bars. The car drives and handles great now, far better than stock. I'm extremely happy and grateful for their willingness to support the Stinger platform, although they're best know for their work on Audis and Volkswagens. Their workmanship is top notch and they quoted me a very fair price. Not necessarily the cheapest per hour but the most efficient with their time and the best value for money compared to all the other specialist tuning shops in the area that I evaluated. I'll definitely be brining my Stinger back for some additional upgrades, and look forward to what they can do to supe up my wife's VW Alltrack. Thanks Achtuning! Highly Recommended!

I've got to recommend this place. They suggested a simpler/cheaper solution to my problem that worked perfectly when they easily could have done the more expensive job that I had requested. That makes me a 100% loyal customer. Thanks Kelly!

These guys did a great job! I bought Vogtland Coilovers from them and they removed my stock 2014 A4 suspension at 50K miles and did a great drop with matching my preferred drop on the new wheels. They were very professional and careful with removing the old suspension and let me know when they were encountering difficulties. Very happy with the job and will be back for future work. Thanks!

I needed a place to get my Jeep Rubicon custom parts installed, no luck with Mule...left messages on both FB and Phone. Luckily I had heard a ton of positives about Achtuning but didn't know they could take care of Jeep vehicles. I am so glad that I made the decision to take my Rubicon to their shop. They did extremely quality work, short notice, within the timeline and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. I am basically driving a different vehicle now and that is an awesome thing. Kelly was the tech that took care of my vehicle, ask for him!

Awesome place and amazing customer service! It was a great experience to take my car to a shop that showed that they cared and took their time to install the parts. I ended up getting a Unitronic Intercooler and Midpipes installed on my RS3 8Y. I can't wait to go back and get more goodies done to my car since they are just great people and professionals here.

My car was at a mechanic shop nearby and I was having the mechanic swap winter tires on. Turns out I got the wheels spacing completely wrong. Achtuning helped me get the right wheels spacers front and rear and now my Porsche is ready for winter weather. It was a great experience and they never made me feel stupid for how badly I got the spacing wrong :)

Went APR Stage 1 on my 1.4T Jetta and wow it kicks. Not to mention how helpful Kelly was during the whole process. Super informative and nice, will definitely be coming here again in the future :)

My experience with Achtuning was the best I ve ever had with any shop. Recently purchased an RS5, and wanted to replace the stock exhaust and downpipes, install an RMR transmission cooler, and add spacers. Worked with Kelly, Zach, and Bill from start to finish. Every interaction with them is professional, and you just feel like these guys are a classy group. They were the only shop willing to do the trans cooler install, and it turned out perfect. There was an issue with the exhaust manufacturer that Zach managed, and after the manufacturer fell on their face a third time, I was ready to return the system. Bill stepped in to resolve it and save the sale, and in the end the exhaust was the perfect sound I was looking for. Zach stepped up yet again and worked the manufacturer to apply a discount for the problems they caused. To top it off, there was a misunderstanding at the end, but instead of communicating through email, Kelly picked up the phone and called to clear things up. To boot, it turned out I was in the wrong. Fantastic experience all around.

Tuned my Golf R, installed a rear sway bar and performed routine maintenance (oil, valve cleaning, replacement water pump and thermostat). Kelly was incredibly responsive and communicative, felt in exceptional hands. I ll be back to spend more money in the future. My car drives like a completely new machine

Very helpful and knowledgeable. More interested in the car than the dollar. Been there a handful of times in the past decade.Achtuning is now my go to shop for my RS4, after another local shop kept screwing things up for me.My home location was the main thing that kept me away for so long. Now I live closer.

Achtuning performed a stage 1 ECU update and subsequently a stage 2 ECU update with APR down pipes along with some Audi TSB work on my RS7. The work done was first rate and I recommend Kelly, Zach, and the Achtuning team for any mods you are considering.

Ordered a set of their Hartmann wheels. Within minutes, I received an email from one of the staff confirming that I was 100% sure I wanted such an aggressive offset. After exchanging some emails and spending a little while trying to decide whether my decision was final, I received an email containing some images of a vehicle of the same model with a set of Hartmann wheels in an identical offset, along with a suggestion as to another modification that would make my car look even better.Just under a week later, I received the wheels and must say they look amazing. The fit and finish is absolutely top notch.Highly recommend buying from Hartmann/Achtuning.

My wife persuaded me to purchase a wagon to be the family car so I obliged and bought an VW Alltrack. I didn't even know that these cars existed (thanks Zach), all I knew is that I wanted a German car with AWD that I could build into a fast family car. Fast forward to now. The Alltrack stock was 170hp and its now somewhere in the 350hp range thanks to Achtuning. These guys are passionate about their work (thanks Kelly) and it shows. The owner sure knows how to pick a top notch staff.Side note: I was surprised that they do not have 5 stars so I did some research and the only 1 star review Achtuning has is from a troll. ACHTUNING IS A 5-STAR COMPANY.

I had to have a repair performed on my GTI. The team at Achtuning was exceptionally professional, reliable, honest, and efficient. They were able to take my car in pretty quickly, and managed my expectations well on how long it would take to be serviced. I was compelled to write a review, because the service was so exceptional. I highly recommend Achtuning to anyone who needs a repair or service. The crew at Achtuning deserve 5 stars!!!

The BEST. Hands down the best shop I have ever been in my life. No others come close to them. Here s why. I was actually looking for a set of wheels and Achtuning happen to be one of few authorized sellers locally if not the only one. Contacted them via email and phone. Kelly and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, solid, understand 100% ins and outs. I was extremely satisfied with their service level. Received the shipment on time!Ironically around that time I was dealing with bmw ripoff dealership people. Bmw dealers had no clue, only made things worse and wanted nothing but my money. So I decided to contact Kelly to get his opinion. The only regret I have is not contacting Achtuning sooner. Kelly and his team were able to fully diagnose what the issue was and able to provide me recommendations right away. You can tell that him and his team love what they do here.Kelly was in touch with me throughout the service process. Providing me updates, asking for my thoughts when something came up. Just to make sure I m satisfied with his approach and ensure that we are on the same page.Appreciate you so much! Will definitely be back again!

I had them install lowering springs on my Tesla Model 3 and do an alignment after, turned out awesome. The folks there were super friendly, got the work done in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend

Have had to bring my Audi here a couple times for various work. Kelly and the team at achtuning are some of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. They are very knowledgeable and labor/part rates are extremely competitive. Even when they are booked out I was able to get my car back 2 weeks earlier than expected, and it is running like new. It is the only place I trust enough to touch me vehicle.

Achtuning did my suspension and all my parts for stage 3 on my Focus ST. Not the typical car they work on I know, but they did a fantastic job nevertheless. Kelly is great to work with and always responds in a timely matter. I drove an hour and a half to bring my car here and I will continue to do so because they are that good.

I had Achtuning install a KW coilover kit into my VW Jetta and do an alignment right after. Kelly was super helpful and helped explain the process. While doing so, they also corrected some steering issues that were plaguing the car. Now it car handles exceptionally.The team was very helpful and delivered exceptional customer service.
