I recently had an exceptional experience at Accurate Auto Body Repair shop and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude from the staff. Their customer service was top-notch, as they patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to explain the repair process to me in detail.Throughout the repair process, the communication was outstanding. I received regular updates on the progress of my vehicle and they were always transparent about any additional work that needed to be done. I never felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening with my car. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I was blown away by the quality of workmanship. The repairs were flawless and my car looked as good as new. It was evident that the technicians put a great deal of care and attention into their work.Overall, I highly recommend Accurate Auto Body Repair shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Their amazing customer service, clear communication, and exceptional quality workmanship truly set them apart from the rest. I will definitely be returning for any future auto body repair needs.

The lady at the front was very mean. Refused to even listen to me when I needed someone to take a look at the car so that I can understand whether I need to involve insurance about the damage. The rear bumper of my car was slightly damaged, but it didn't look like anything structural, but she said I have to wait for three month before they can even take a look.I've been to two other shops that day, both of them said that their estimates are 2-3 months out, the big difference is they came outside, looked at the car and told me a ball park for the repairs. One thing I know for sure, is that no one I know will be going to Accurate Auto Body, seems like their success is making them forget about decent customer service.

The staff at Accurate Auto Body are professional and customer centric. My repair was done timely and thoroughly. My expectations were met and exceeded. Everything was explained and once repaired, they provided a walk through and demonstration of what was repaired and the effectiveness/performance achieved. I would highly recommend Accurate Auto Body to anyone needing body work on their car. They are truly accurate as advertised.

Randy was great. He really cared about getting me an accurate estimate, was spot on about repair time, and gave me progress updates. I am very happy with the work done, my truck looks great. I hope I never have to repair my truck again, but if I do, Accurate Auto Body has my business. Thanks to Randy and everyone involved!

My experience wasn't good in this shop after I paid money, then went to check my repaired car. They fixed the damaged bumper but at the same time they caused new scratches to other wheels which were in great condition before the repair. I told them about that. The manager's first reaction was denying his mistake and yelling at me. I asked him to compare the pics he took when I brought my car here to do the evaluation. He still denied that and said my car originally had the scratches. I asked him to go outside to check the wheel which wasscratchedwith red paint on it. Finally he couldn't argue any more. He said he doesn't repair thewheel and I have to bring my car to a designated wheel repair shop to repair the wheel and billed to them. so I have to take one day off to repair the wheel. My suggestion is trying to do evaluations with different shops and don't trust the google review too much, obviously some of them are not real.

There are only two Rivian certified shops in Washington state, so I was dreading what I might experience. I was rear ended at very low speed in a parking lot by a driver who was so busy admiring my brake lights they forgot to stop, leaving me with an imprint of a license plate frame and two screw holes on my bumper. I imagined huge wait times for an estimate and an even longer time for a repair. Two previous Tesla repairs at other shops were not great experiences (I was rear ended while stopped at a red light, and had been the victim of a hit and run while parked).I was lucky to be able to get in quickly for an estimate, Rivian was able to deliver the needed parts in just a few days, and when another scheduled repair was delayed, I took the opening. The entire process was handled efficiently and the work was done to perfection. It could have been completed even faster, but my schedule didn't allow it.Everyone I worked with at Accurate was polite, professional, and patient. Please return the respect. Body shops across the country are overwhelmed with volume, and particularly those that are certified to handle high end cars and EVs. I overheard many frustrated Tesla owners, but there's not much Accurate can do if Tesla can't get them the parts they need.I hope to never need their services again, but I won't hesitate to go back to Accurate if I'm not that fortunate.

Had them repair our Tesla Model 3. They took over 4 weeks - 2 of which were spent waiting for parts that were supposed to be ordered over a month in advance. When we went to pick it up we arranged to be there at a specific time, and they kept us waiting for an additional 45 minutes because they weren t ready. One of only two places you can have a Tesla repaired on the Eastside of Seattle, so you are pretty much at their mercy. Repair was also over $1500 more than they said it would be, which we need to now try and collect from insurance. Thumbs down overall.

Great appearance, poor experience. They gave me an estimate 2X than any other in the market and convinced me that insurance clears all their checks. They said they have an in-house guy from the insurance company who helps them clear the checks. The reason they give for the 2X estimate is the "quality of their work". All that is fine. That's not the bad part. In my case, one week before the repair was scheduled to be, the insurance refused to pay for the repair and I was supposed to take a 3k loss out of pocket. So, naturally I wasn't going to go ahead with this. But what happens when you try to cancel an appointment? Their standard policy says they'll charge you a restocking fee for the parts if they've already been ordered. They didn't respect that restocking fee policy, and forced me to buy those parts from them citing that the manufacturer wouldn't take them back. Once I picked up those parts and took it to another shop for repair we found that the parts that were sold to me did not belong to my car and were for a completely different car and side altogether (left vs right). Okay, mistakes happen. But will they take responsibility? Afterall, they forced me to buy those parts from them, they must have at least checked if the parts were correct. No! They said it's not our issue it's the manufacturer who sent the wrong parts and we won't take care of the replacement. In fact when I called them to inform that the parts are incorrect they hung up on me saying - "We can't help you anymore, we've already helped you a lot". They told me to manage the replacement on my own and drive 3 trips between the two shops to do the exchange of parts. So first they order parts, and when it's found that those are incorrect parts, they force me to buy those, and when I reported they are the incorrect parts they don't take responsibility for helping an arrangement for the return/replacement of parts. The true nature of any individual/institution shows when things go wrong. This was my experience and may not be the same with everyone else but it's a learning for years to come.

Workmanship is top quality and the use of car manufacturer parts gives one the best protection against diminishe value of one's car due to an accident. My Tesla returned flawless, immaculate inside and out, and looking and feeling like the day I bought it. The job took longer than I would have liked because of their workload but the wait was well worthwhile and could have been reduced if the car was driveable. Dealing with Randy White was pleasant and very helpful.

Nothing but great service all around. Leeanne does a great job managing the front desk, phone, payment, etc. Very thankful to her for all the help these past few months.Worked with Randy for my estimate and repairs. Estimate appointment was thorough and detailed. During repair work, we had some issues with my insurance company and while frustrating for both AAB and me, they were patient and understanding that the delays were on my insurance company and not me. All in all I had a positive experience; nothing but great things to say about Randy & team.Car looks and drives wonderfully. Hope to not need repair work again, but will definitely return to AAB.

I received some of the best customer service I have ever had from the an assessor called Jackson. At a time when getting an appointment for a repair assessment is almost impossible he took the time to returned my call promptly. When he did not have an appointment available he took the time to look at some photos of the damage and suggested an alternative solution to getting my car back on the road quickly. He provided me with the contact details and information I needed. He was professional and very generous with his time which I was very grateful for during a stressful time. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the bodywork repairs.

As you can imagine getting into any auto accident always has the potential to turn your world upside down. Randy White at Accurate Auto Body was my contact to help me through the overwhelming process. I am very grateful as Randy was patient, transparent, professional and understanding through the entire process. The shop guys Accurate auto body did an exceptional job addressing any issues I had and repaired my 2023 Rivian R1T back to factory specifications. 2 months after getting my EV truck back I couldn't be more happy with their work. Currently Accurate Auto Body is the only shop in Washington State authorized to work on Rivians by the factory. I would recommend Randy and his shop to anyone. Great work Accurate Auto Body Team!

Justin and Accurate Auto Body were great to work with on my Rivian. The team does a great job with integrity and at times going above and beyond. If you are looking for just a quick ok fix, this is not the shop for you. Accurate Auto Body focuses on a quality job at a reasonable price, they can be busy but they are worth it... Thank you!

I had a factory flaw in the paint on my new pickup. GM referred me to Accurate and they corrected the problem better than I imagined anyone could. Had to remove and reinstall some trim (the usual at most shops would be to paint up to the trim). Nailed the color & factory spec orange peel . They know their stuff.

I am writing this review after using the services of Accurate Autobody Redmond not once but twice. Both times, it was awesome (and highly recommend) working with Jackson Clemmons and the front desk. They keep you posted with updates regularly. I am also grateful for the guidance provided by Jackson Clemmons on how to go about the repairs and work with the insurance since it was the first time dealing with such situations for me both times. The quality of repair is excellent done by the team, and they use only Suburu certified parts. The shop also has a tie up with Enterprise car rental across the street, which makes it convenient to setup a car rental on dropping off the car. They work best with Progressive insurance as of 2024, not sure of other insurances. Please call and check. If you are a Subaru owner, you can blindly rely on them for your repairs end to end. The only problem I have faced is the lack of appointments for estimates and repairs, but I see that as an issue with many body shops.

After waiting almost 3 months for an estimate, I was told yesterday that they won't deal with the insurance company of the person who rear ended me. This was not told to me or my partner when the appointment was set up. Jackson said I would need to file a claim with my insurance company so they could work through them instead. My insurance company said I'd need to close the other claim first and it would cost me my deductible. I'm not going to do that. Is it the customer s responsibility to make an estimators job easier? Plus, getting in for repairs would be another wait of over 2 months!I should have known not to come here. My partner worked here. Said they do great work, but I've heard all the stories. These guys are only in it for the money and will move the order of cars around based on how much money they bring in, or stop working on them if insurance hasn t paid them yet.The people who do the repairs are good but management and some of the estimators are arrogant and toxic.I was hesitant to go here as I value genuine people who care. I should have listened to my gut and called around but life gets busy and the familiar feels easier. This place has plenty of business from car dealerships and the police. If you are a regular person, I recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that will do a great job with care and concern for all of their customers.

I cannot recommend Accurate Auto Body enough. I do need to start out by saying that you need to understand that any and all car repair activities, no matter the company you are going with, have long lead times. This is just a fact and part of what it is like to have a car needing repairs in 2023. So, do yourself a favor and set expectations up from the beginning that you are most likely going to experience long lead times for quotes and repairs, no matter where you go.I have a Range Rover, and Accurate Auto Body is one of 2 shops in the area that are certified to work on Range Rovers. I spoke with both eligible companies, and went with Accurate Auto Body because not only was their quote more competitive, but Jackson, who helped me through the whole process, went above and beyond from the very beginning. I was very concerned about the whole insurance process and he put me at ease. He even was able to get an aluminum body specialist on my claim from my insurance company to ensure they covered the entire cost of the repairs. This was huge and something that maybe another company would not have cared enough to do.When it was finally time for my car to go in for the repairs, Jackson kept me updated frequently to make sure I was never in the dark. The repairs were done in about 6 weeks, which honestly I know sounds like awhile, but my last car was in the shop (not AAB) 4 months for repairs, so this was a breeze. My car came back to me in perfect condition. The repairs were fantastic, the car was cleaned, and I am one happy customer. While I hope I don't ever have another situation where I need to come back to AAB, it will be the place I call if that day comes. If you have a Range Rover or aluminum body car in Washington, this is the place to go.Services: Tires, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Really great service. Justin was very helpful with communicating with insurance while the repair was ongoing. All I had to do was pay the deductible for the repair. Highly recommend.

Accurate is a Certified repair shop, they meet many manufacturers requirements. They use only OEM parts, so your vehicle is brought back to the original factory standard. This is the only way that the proper repairs can be performed. By using a Certified shop by the vehicle manufacturers you can be assured that high standards and quality is met. Don t be fooled by shops that say we can do it for you and cheaper that are not Certified by the vehicle manufacturer whenever you need repair. DZ

Loved the service, promptness of all staff, specially Jackson the surveyor. Car came back ahead of schedule & all the work was well done. Would be great if they had more availability to get the cars in faster!

It takes a long time (4+ months) to get a car in. However, Accurate did a great job. The people there are friendly and helpful.I'm not blaming Accurate for the long lead time since that seems to be pretty much an industry standard these days. To many cars, too few shops with too few qualified employees. Not to mention that getting parts apparently isn't easy/fast.

I had to take my Rivian R1S here for a small repair from an accident. Justin was amazing from the get-go. He was very transparent and realistic about the schedule and had an open communication channel. Justin knew what he was doing with the Rivian. Definitely recommend this place and working with Justin is a breeze.

I cant say enough good things about Justin and his team. They performed a multi-panel collision repair and repaint on my EV paired with a windshield replacement. The team was extremely efficient and courteous to my specific needs and the customer service was above and beyond given my situation. Their work is guaranteed and the staff were sure to walk my vehicle with me to ensure there were no discrepancies before I took my truck back, Will definitely be a return customer despite the 90 minute drive.Highly recommend!

Had a body repair completed at AAB. Overall they did an outstanding job. There was even a dent above the wheel well they repaired free of charge as a courtesy. For Rivian vehicles they are the only certified body shop in the area, and I would definitely choose them again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
