I delivered 4-6 lawnmowers to this location, from my past experiences delivering to pape and John deer, the process is normally fast, this time it took some time but hey something that s the case. Everything still went smooth no problemsTo find dock pull into side street right of building if facing business and drive straight back to the end of their property and dock is on dirt lot near the street

Don't waste your money on a John Deere! Massey Ferguson is 10 times the tractor! Plus, the sales people will actually listen to your needs. I have worked in the construction industry all my life and raised on a farm. I have never had such a piece of junk in my life. I purchased a 3032E, and it is absolutely gutless. The hydraulic controls are stupid fast, and forget about feathering them! My old Massey Ferguson is half the size and outperforms it in every category.

The manager Ben is dishonest and cares more about protecting his ego than he does about taking care of potential customers. He treats his employees like members of a frat house and the level of unprofessionalism is apparent on all levels. There are good employees at Pap� but that s in spite of bad leadership

For a second time we have had terrible service on our riding mower. Does anyone test anything anymore before they send it back. Guess we need to go somewhere else...mower started smoking 30 seconds after turning it on...also none of settings on deck were correct and the bag hose doesn't line up anymore

Terrible experience the salesman Scott is the only one who kept me doing business got told one price for a service and then when to pay got told it was 300 dollars more than what I was told. Then I just ended up buying a new tractor from them and they delivered it to the wrong house!! Won t be doing anymore business with them.

The people that work at the parts counter are great . I have been going there for over forty years and they are very very helpful . Which includes after hour parts service [ many many times ] HALLELUJAH

Like their products. Servicing products/ equipments is great. But for some reason guys in there dont know who sales what products. Would like the guys to me more inviting and willing to selm product/ merchandise. Overall good.
