Rude and unprofessional, Puyallup location, younger untrained counter person, not a good rep for Wesco, Paying customer shouldn't be treated in that manner, This person has cause me to go to the competition! Further away, but great customer service, Talking to us as if we're stupid????, I Didn't pay for that,

Very unfair business to work with. As a customer who buys products they are gladly willing to accept your payment, but will not honor a refund...even on a product they always stock and has no expiration date...namely "Euro Gold". A $17 item. Just because the sale was over 30 days old is the reason. Any excuse to hold on to a guys hard earned money? Heck no!! Give me my $17 bucks back or I will figure out exactly how to mix this stuff up and use it on this place!

This store has always been my "go to." They have some different employees there that do not have experience. I get the fact that everyone is new at one point, but you can always have some sort of customer service regardless if you are new or not. I like Wesco and will have to find a different Wesco store as my "go to."

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and they can mix the paint up generally in under 10 min unlike sherwin Wiliams automotive that takes a minimum of an hour and up to 3 or 4 hours and 2 trips later and half the day gone to get paint.

Website says they are open its 3:55 pm and nobody answers when I call. If I was running a business and I advertised to my customers that I was open during the hours I put in my ad I would be open or if there was a change of some kind I would put the new hours on my ad. I guess thats just the way things are now daysI would have preferred to spend money locally but Ill just order what I need online because thats the way things are now.

These guys doomed/damned themselves from the get-go! I've been calling BOTH stores for the last 2 hours & they won't even answer the bloody phone! That is a HUGE negative for this sort of business. Sherwin Williams, here I come!

Was coming in just to get a couple things for paint fixing an didn't get greeted in the door nicely at all.Wasnt willing to help with the problem not 1 bit as if I was the expert.Idk wife must have not gave him no cootchie that day or somethin.

Went there today and gave them all the correct info for my vehicles paying color, and they ended up giving me a completely wrong color

Not as big of a selection of tools. Was a little disappointed I couldn t find more items for bodywork. Walked in and wasn t greeted with the staff talking amongst themselves.
