I had a set of four tires installed about a month ago and I just notice they stripped two of my lug nuts on my vehicle. Now I cannot get my wheel off without the extra hassle.

I Love this place and the Manager of this department is amazing I literally got my oil changed last week and they were understaffed and she went above and beyond by coming in at the drop of a hat, walked in on her off day put her garage /gear/coat on, rolled up her sleeves and began to do oil changes side by side her team. She is Literally remarkable and definitely needs a raise or promotion!!!, and the team that stayed. There was only about two or three people total with an overflow of appointments. Last thursday was the day if I remember correctlyThat's true leadership!!. I've been working in the aerospace field for years and I Love to see that Sup's and Management don't sit to high that they can't fathom coming down on the floor when their team needs it Way to go!!

I bought a brand new tire and it has a slow leak. I have a lifetime warranty. I have been to Walmart now 4 times. 3 times they told me to make an appointment, so I called and tried to make an appt and they said they don t take appts for these types of repairs. So I stopped by the 4th and final time and they told me they didn t have any time to fix it. I am now at Les Schwab and they are fixing it for free. I will never purchase tires from Walmart again. I guess you get what you pay for.

If I could give zero I would. I wouldn t wish this place on anyone. My tires were incorrectly installed and went flat at a high rate of speed and they are lucky my daughter and I are safe. The next day I called them and told them. Coach Patty ,aka the store manager, not the auto manager, said I would need to file a claim with their insurance company if I wanted anything from them. Coach Patty then said she knows a lot about tires and so does the store director so they would take a look and see if what I was saying was true. As the conversation went on it became clear I d rather spend 500 dollars on another set of brand new tires than let these incompetent unsafe fools touch my car. With how they operate they are going to severely injure if not kill someone. Please do not bring your vehicle here.

Read and heard lots of negative reviews but I d thought I d give them the benefit of the doubt. Went in for a oil change and they lose two of my screws for my skid plate. All screws were complete before I took them there. Tech wants to say it s normal for the screws to fall off, I don t think Toyota made them that way. Don t recommend and will definitely not go back. I might lose a lug nut.

When they break a wheel lug doing your service you ll have to spend several hundred dollars to get it repaired someplace else. They are not equipped to repair what they break.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews. they installed new tires and didn't put a nipple on one tire. my tire went flat at high speed and I almost had an accident

Never been told I couldn't get an oil change for a car that wasnt registered to me before. That just happened though. My sister took my car in and was denied service because she wasnt me. Funny thing is, I've gotten several oil changes from them in the past, and my car isn't even registered to me! How does that make sense? One of the last times I went there for an oil change, they turned me away because they were conveniently "out of oil". I asked them how they could be out of oil when theres tons of it inside the walmart on the shelf? I was told they cant use that oil. Sounds to me like these guys like to make excuses to not have to work.

I got to Walmart Auto Care Center I went in they said pull up to door 2. They were polite. When I got to door 2 I stood outside and had a cigarette. The mechanic said I'll be with you in just a moment I told him your very busy I can wait. Then a mechanic came to me looked at the car said this is a Nissan ultimate it takes 33 PSI. Wow I was amazed. It was like magic (I did not say anything to him. I wish I would have). I asked when is the best time to check the air in the tires. He said first thing in the morning. I think the mechanics at Walmart auto center need to be complimented on the things they know I don't think Walmart auto care centers mechanics get enough compliments or praises like they should get.

Rude condescending service employees. Especially the guy with the scroungy long hair. I immediately backed my car up and took my business elsewhere

Went in for an oil change. Wasn t told that I didn t have a oil filter when I went there before or that the oil I used last time was on rollback. Was told that I need to change my air filters when I paid (from Walmart )and put in cabin and engine air filters the prior week. Also recommended I change wing sheik wipers when I changed them a month before

The tire center very rarely answers the phone. I had to call multiple times on multiple days to get someone to answer. My first appointment, I went in person to schedule and it somehow didn t go into the system so when I showed up there was no appointment, and the staff informed me they do not take walk in installs. They were able to schedule me another appointment on a different day. So three Trips to Walmart to get tires installed. It took them 3 hours to install my tires. When installed they didn t even put the tire caps back on the stems, or wipe off any of the grease around the tire from installing it on the rim. Save your time, go to discount tire or somewhere else, it s worth a few extra bucks to have your stuff done right with attention to detail. If they forgot stems and didn t care to wipe off the installation grease what else could they be cutting corners on? This is the safety of your life, loved ones and vehicle we are talking about. You can do better Walmart. Big store, little quality control.

Went for an Oil change lady said a half hour took my info. and my car sat for well over an hour, nobody around and no hope of it getting done. Left upset go to jiffy lube. Quick easy . Or go anywhere else really

Horrible service. Had a 9am appointment for 5 tires and the employees don't greet you nor do they answer the service bell at the counter and to make things worse the female manager argues with me that my appointment is at 10am well I came in yesterday and talked to the male manager at set the appointment making sure twice before leaving

Sometimes the wait is long, but the service and quality and friendliness of the staff, is worth it.

I would give them "zero" stars if that was an option. The two guys that work there will attempt to upcharge you on anything/everything. After ordering a single tire online, to replace a flat, Walmart sent the tire to my house instead to the store as requested. I went in the same day and talked to a young lady (believe her name was Gabrielle) that was very professional and really nice. She informed me that they were slammed that day and it would be better to bring it in at 7am the following morning. I showed up at 6:50 and patiently waited then talked with a gentleman said he had to charge me extra since I did not buy the tire directly through them (though I purchased through their online store). He said Walmart would NOT be able to warranty the tire. I then asked how much would it cost to order two appropriate tires through him and he quoted me a price that was $40+ higher than Walmart's online price for the exact same tire...keep in mind that the price he quoted did not include removal, mount, balance, and warranty. Three days later I received notification that the tires had arrived and were ready for install. I had to work so my wife went to get the tires changed. When she arrived she talked to "Ed" and Ed told her that "it was store policy that all four tires had to be replaced at the same time". I called to talk with "Ed" and he very politely passed me to his boss/supervisor. When I asked why this was never a part of earlier conversations the tire center supervisor became belligerent and informed me again that this was there policy.Cheese and rice...I just wanted two tires, that were slowly leaking air, to be replaced and once again Walmart employees turned a seemingly easy task into an abortion. I look forward to a day when I can talk with someone who believes in mutual respect...

I found I had a flat Saturday night. I didn't think I'd be able to get the tire replaced as it was near 6 pm. At first they informed me that they were full for the day, but when I explained the bind I was in, they very kindly took me in. I was out the door by 7 pm. Great experience.

I m very sad to be writing this review right now considering I used to get great service here, but after today s experience I will never come back. Similar to another review, a new manager gave the worst customer service I ve seen. I was checked in and told my broken inner handle would be fine to continue my battery service. I get called back shortly after and told they can t service me because of my handle, even though I ve never had a problem before regarding my handle. I tried to get an answer about that, and then the young lady told me it was because there was stuff in my trunk and that I could just move it. (My battery is in the trunk.)So I got confused and I told her I m a bit confused right now, are you saying if I move my stuff you guys can do it? And she had to talk to the manager.Well the manager comes, and tells me it s because they don t have the expertise to change my battery. Can someone tell me if they let just anyone work here in the auto center? Please just don t go here if you want quality service on your car. Lord have mercy.

Bad communication in here. I was told on the phone to drop my wheels off and they would be addressed in the coming few days as their schedule was full, but the counter "tech" who checked me in told me to be back the same day because they had open availability. He was audibly upset that I had already made other arrangements and after some back and forth grudgingly agreed to honor that, but not without threatening several times to send my wheels off with a towing company if I should be at all late on pickup. Communication problem alone would have been okay by me if counter boy hadn't been hostile. Manager earned back a star for being solution-oriented and pleasant but when the front line service is this bad that alone won't redeem it.Service: Tires

Horrible experience! Completely incompetent. I had an appointment scheduled a week ago and was notified via text as a reminder that my tires I ordered had arrived and to be there 15 minutes early for my appointment. It wasn't until I arrived (25 minute drive) that I was notified that they didn't have all 4 tires to complete the installation. Take 2, so I scheduled my next appointment a week later to ensure the 4th tire had enough time to arrive. I came in this morning for my 2nd scheduled appointment. Only this time they told me my car was too low to the ground to be jacked up to replace the tires. So, if you own a Ford Mustang, or any sports car with a stock suspension don't go to Walmart. Not only will they most likely not stock your tires, but they can't even work on your car. Why even offer to sell tires or work on a vehicle that doesn't fit on your jack? Beyond stupid!

I know that no one ever posts positive feedback. Well I am posting both. I like the prices of the oil & lube services which is half the price of Jiffy Lube for the exact same things. I understand the wait times because of the fact their prices are low everyone and their dog goes there. Now the part of actual customer service is something that definitely needs some major work. This particular location needs to hire a few more people especially on Sundays. The more people you can push through the more money you can make. 4 cars an hr with 2 people or 8 cars an hr with 3? Now back to customer service, when someone calls answer the damn phone. I waited (which I didn't realize) on the phone for 30 minutes and still no one answered. Called back a couple more times and again no answer. I know they're not closed because 2:00 in the afternoon.

We bought tires through Walmart and had them installed with Walmart. When we got a nail in our tire, I took it to see if they could repair it and the girl who helped me said they couldn't repair the flat and that they didn't have any tires in stock that would fit my car (Toyota Camry). I took the tire to Discount tire and they fixed my flat tire for free and it was super quick. Seriously, don't even spend any money or time at Walmart for tires.Service: Tires

I've been there to change 2 tires and do a oil change. They offer me to check the air filter and the windshield blades and replace them, if needed. I said ok. One hour and a half later, they showed me a receipt related to the oil, filter and blade service, only! I was there mainly because of the tires...and they forgot to do it! They just said sorry and ask me to wait for the tires replacement. Another hour and half passed, I paid for everything and headed to my car. Surprisingly, the blades were different from each other! Another wait and finally they replaced with an equal pair of blades. Conclusion: they have good prices, but the service is critical, unfortunately.

Normally a decent place for service been coming for years. But management has letting the shop slip. I came in with 1 tire job and 2 oil changes and I'm told it'll be 1.5 hours to be done. Why? Because the oil change tech is also the service writer and the cashier. I dont mind waiting normally, but lack of staffing is different. Hire and retain quality.

I have a Honda Accord and I got brand new tires from Walmart and apparently they don't tell you that extra to mount and balance your tires plus they didn't have the right equipment to lift the car that is so common that it's absolutely unacceptable that they could not accommodate me I am not happy at all it's just as usual like always with Walmart it's unacceptable excuses I couldn't believe that they couldn't even use a manual Jack to anyway never mind just I'm over it don't buy tires from Walmart cuz I just screw you over and if you want the warranty you pay $10 each tire what the what the what? Thanks for read my post I only tell truth if it changes I will change my experience so next time

Absolutely awful! They either have limited knowledge or simply don't care. I read the reviews before going and most of the bad comments were about length of time. I figured I'll shop around for a while anyway so a little extra time wouldn't such a big deal but was still hopeful for under 2hrs. I was told that since I was fourth, it would be 1.5 before the car goes up and the service (oil change and tire rotation) would take about 20 min. Okay, 2hrs is fine. Total time was 3 hrs. No biggie. When I got into the car and pulled off, I felt as though I was riding a horse lots of shaking. I couldn't turn around because I was almost late for picking up my daughter. A couple hours later, I returned and explained the issue. There were two gentlemen waiting. One had been waiting for 5 hrs for an oil change. The other was complaining that the manager was extremely rude to him. Well, I soon learned of the managers lack of costumer service and either she had a lack of knowledge in her field or she simply didn't care to share the information. She went to the lot to check under the hood of my car. I informed her that my 2 daughters (18 and 13) were waiting in the car. She left out of the employee exit, leaving me inside (there's a button behind the desk that must be pushed after dark to open the customer door). My kids told me that she was very rude. She just opened the car door and popped the hood (the kids had no idea who she was) and didn't make herself known. She didn't acknowledge them at all.She came back to tell me that she checked the work and everything looks fine. I was at a loss because I gave them the car one way and got it back galloping. She gave me no probable reason at all. I would've appreciated any wisdom since she's a technician and the manager. She gave me nothing. One of the other customers pulled me aside and told me to ask her if they balanced the tires. I did so and she said no, it's a separate service that I had to ask for. Okay! I'm confused with why she didn't mention that they didn't do balancing and that was likely the problem. She literally said to me that she didn't know what the problem was and that they did all they could do, even though they offer balancing there. See the dilemma? Only after asking did she agree that the balancing could be the issue. Then she told me that they couldn't fix it that day. They are so lacking competence at this auto center and I have no idea why she's the manager. She managed nothing.Another thing, after the technician dealing with rotating my tires finished up, I saw him through the back windows driving my car in circles. He had to have felt the extreme shaking but he said nothing. Why?

Nobody at the counter, 2 hour wait on a weekday morning, they were out of the basic oil but conveniently had the expensive oil in stock. I'll go elsewhere.

No complaints!! It expected that they may not be the quickest to greet and check in people, the set up alone makes it difficult as they are in the shop taking care of cars! It would not make sense to have one person just standing at the counter hoping somebody walks up. They have always giving me a general idea of how long it will take them and have always been quick. I never felt like they up-charged to give me something without asking before doing it. For a service department in a Walmart, I think they do a pretty good job. It is in Walmart and it s not at a dealership, so keep that in mind, but the convenience and price makes it worth it!

We arrived early at 7:50 before they opened. It was 8:20 when they finally took my info after they took another persons who came in after me! It is now 8:40 and I am still waiting for my car to be lifted. Not sure how long it takes a shop to prep for the morning but it seems like they know that they cars are coming and they OPEN at 8. Not whenever they get around to it. The price is great, but be prepared for a wait.
