Our sales associates, went above and beyond to make every detail of the auto purchase simple and convenient. Max and Oscar were phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about how well we were treated. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, even if they were not involved with our purchase.

The team and facility are great. They treat the customer the way they would like to be treated while getting the best deal for the customer and the dealership. I've had my car serviced here on numerous occasions and they are always upfront about the time frame it'll take to perform work and the cost (from what they know at the time). This location definitely isn't one of those sell you the car and then screw you on your service stuff because they already have your money. They're great!

5 stars. It was easy to schedule my maintenance.Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful. The dealership itself is clean and the staff represented the location well. I felt safe and I was comfortable waiting in the service area. I had a great experience when I purchased my vehicle last year and the great service has clearly continued after the initial sale. That says a lot. Thank You!!

Everyone involved was exceptional and treated us well. We were able to craft a win-win deal for both on our 1st visit. I appreciate not wasting our time specially since we live at least an hour away.

Did great work in the end. But took my car in expecting it to be done in a few hours and then it took 4 days. Granted, some of the work was tricky. The wait would have been fine if they had given a good estimate and sent regular progress updates. I had to call them most of the time to get updates.

I will happily drive an extra 11 miles south to VW of Puyallup for their great service! My first visit to their dealership was yesterday for regular service and it was top notch:Knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area. They were even able to tell me my car was still under warranty, even though I purchased it elsewhere. Team fully explained process to get an oil leak fixed up in the future. Super cool run-through of the services provided during the visit.I left with zero questions and very happy. Best of all, I am no longer traumatized from my former dealership. My faith in VW service has been restored. Vee Wees rule!Thank you VW of Puyallup service team for taking great care of my GTI, I will keep coming back!

When we made the appointment it wasn t communicated how long it would take to service our vehicle. My wife had to then take a shuttle home with no ETA of when it would be finished. The dealership s communication skills were awful throughout the process, she had to call several times to figure out when it would be done, or if it would be done that day. Our daughter ended up being at daycare late because the car seat was in her vehicle at the dealership, causing even more of a headache/disruption to her day. If she had of known it would be there all day, she could have planned ahead better. Lastly, they weren t able to make the repairs due to lack of parts, and we will unfortunately have to take it back in when they arrive. Hopefully next time will be better, if not we will definitely consider a different vehicle manufacture when we upgrade in the future.

Service member didn't fill my gas back up to its original level after saying he would do so. Service team showed no work or any proof that any diagnostic was done on the engine or wipers as requested and refused to answer basic questions. Wiper blade was still malfunctioning after checking it after the "service" was provided. The service team seems to be dishonest and for all I know has not performed any services other than changing the oil and neglected to perform standard improvements on time like rotating my tires. In general, the service team seems to be cutting corners at every turn to try to maximize their profit and is not a trust worthy or ethical organization from my experience with them. After this last experience, I will no longer be getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership nor do I feel I will ever lease or purchase a VW again.

Excellent service from Hillary and staff. She was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We usually service at another dealer but we're very impressed by VW Puyallup!

This place, they take you money and leave you stranded. They cannot remove an oil filter without damaging something. If your not over charged....then you break down as soon as you leave and they don't do much to assist you with their miss hap or mistake.

Customer communication is stifled and not encouraged by having all phone calls filtered through Service Scheduling. I didn't need to speak about scheduling. I needed to talk with the Service Advisor about the status of my car. This is an annoyance and not very customer-centric. There are serious improvements that Puyallup VW could make if they wanted to.I also noticed large changes in the staff over the last year. This is a bit bothersome given that customer-dealer relationships make or break if a customer will be a repeat or returning purchasing customer.

Everything was just fine the sales person awesome just when we got to the point with the financial person that was supposed to be easy to understand well it wasn t like that he strikes me like three times trying to get me signed something like extended warranties and so on on till I told him that one more time to insist and I almost walk out of there so I m happy with the purchase but not with the treatment from your financial person

Update: My son took his car into Too Quicks to verify the findings. They did not find any of the needed repairs to be valid. Again, stay away from this service center.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER!I will be reporting this Service Center to the BBB and VW of America.Let me start this review stating that I have gone to this service center for all of my needs on my wifes 2019 VW Golf Sportwagon, and my 2022 VW Atlas since purchasing new from this Dealership. I have used this service center for about 5 years. Up until this year, I would have rated this service center 10 stars if I could. Mariah and the gentleman that replaced her were top notch and incredible service advisors. Sadly, I never wrote a review for them because after dealing with the staff they currently have now, I had no idea how absolutely incredible they were. On to the review of their current staff. As I said I've been coming to this service center for years. I recently spent a year in Thailand for work, and about a month before I came home(September 2023), my wife's battery on her 2019 VW Golf sportwagon had gone bad. I told her that VW of puyallup have always taken care of us and to just take it in. I got a phone call from her about 3 AM thailand time. They were trying to charge her over $500 for a battery and install. I'm a mechanic by trade and was absolutely dumbfounded at this price. I asked her to get a itemized breakdown of the price because they were doing something funky. For some reason Matt Via was charging an hourly install price AND a Reprogramming fee. In every shop I've worked in or have used (if I don't have time to work on my cars), you pay for one or the other, you either pay for the reprogramming(which will normally account for the techs time) or you pay for the Shop hourly rate (which would include the experience of the technician and special tools used for reprogramming to complete the job. CALLED OVERHEAD which is figured into the hourly rate)....YOU DO NOT PAY FOR BOTH. After calling her back, I told her they are taking advantage of her, and to tell them to put our bad battery back in and we will take our business elsewhere. Matt did a bunch of well we can lower it here and lower it there, all the sudden we were down around 350.My son needed a DSG service done on his 2012 VW TDI. He called Too Quicks got a quote of about $420 and he made an appointment with them. Then he called here and VW quoted him at about 350 dollars over the phone. So he decided to cancel his appointment with Too Quick's and get it done here. My son goes in to the service center, off of my high recommendation for this place even after the Matt encounter. My son calls me after talking with the service advisor, says they told him it was going to be over $500 for his DSG service that they quoted him $350. So, once again, I'm on the phone with a service advisor at this dealership for taking advantage of someone who doesn't know any better. Blake was the service advisor we were dealing with and he was great. Talked to the manager explained the situation and got the price fixed. This is where JORDAN DAVIS gets involved. My son was still there waiting on his ride and hears Jordan angrily arguing with Blake that he should pay full price and being completely unprofessional. She even said "l'm so tired of pretending to be nice to these people" and more. She didn't realize my son was still in there and if she did, then she is really wrong in her unprofessional demeanor. When picking up his car, Jordan with "pleasant attitude" decided to let him know what the tech's found, and gave him a list of things recommended, with pricing. Not only did she lie about my son requesting a brake quote(he didn't), but $4800 for a cam seal oil leak? Or $1600 for a Valve Cover Leak? THIS IS ABOUT DOUBLE OR MORE the cost at any other shop. I will be having Too Quick's look into these issues and get a quote. I will then post that quote here. JORDAN DAVIS is why I will never USE or RECOMMEND Harnish Dealers again..

I've had 7 VWs and lived all over the Seattle area. I've had my car serviced at almost every dealership in western Washington. Puyallup is always great, will continue to visit VW of Puyallup. I live closer to Auburn VW/Bud Clary and absolutely hate that dealership. VW of Puyallup is slightly further, but 1000x better.

All checks and services were completed as expected in a timely manner. One potential issue was pointed out, along with a comment that it was a known issue for VW and they would be replacing my rear brake pads for free as soon as the pad measurement dropped one more millimeter. That's what I would hope and expect from a service advisor, so I'm very pleased with them.

My car was taken at the appointment time. The waiting room is comfortable and provides drinks and snacks. The text updates. The staff came to me when my car was ready, just as I got the text. Fuse replacement complimentarily.

Although people are friendly and communicative, there is no excuse for not checking to see if the work completed actually worked or that the issue had been resolved. There was a lot of time wasted coming down multiple times for a car that was not fixed.

Got vehicle smoothly scheduled, and the advisor was amazing. She got me checked in and out fast and my car was exactly how I dropped it off, in good condition. Service was done in a timely manner as well and it was free since I purchased my vehicle at your dealer less than a year ago!
