Nevin was the best person to work with. I had been dealership hopping for a few weekends before popping into VW Puyallup and after deciding on the car, he not only worked around my budget but also held onto it for me while I awaited a settlement. He then went above and beyond to get it ready for me after I had given him no more than an hours notice! For a pressure free, flexible, and easy car buying experience I cannot recommend Nevin enough.

Oscar is a young man who knows his business. Very professional and easy to relate to. Excellent traits was upfront and didn't hold anything back. Very nice dealing and doing business with this Young Man. Will recommend anyone to come speak to him if they're looking for a vehicle. Oscar made My day 100%. My fianc� Jasmine and I have been part of the Volkswagen family for 3 years now and just recently traded in our 2021 Tiguan for the more spacious R-Line Atlas, which we love! We had been somewhat undecided and had been shopping around before ultimately coming back and choosing VW. One of the biggest factors by far which helped us make our decision was the amazing customer service that we received from our awesome sales associate, Max Norcross. He went above and beyond to get us what we needed and made us feel very taken of. We had our 2 year old daughter with us the first day which made things a little bit difficult but Max never made us feel rushed or pressured and was very attentive. The next day we came in to finalize everything and it went perfectly. Jasmine and I highly recommend Max and the Volkswagen team! We will definitely return for future business. :)

Stephen Hammes from Volkswagen Puyallup was excellent to find what I was looking for and respectful towards what price range I was wanting to stay in. Originally came looking for used/Preowned but found a brand new 2024 that suited me even Better! Great selection used and new overall to choose from across the lots. 10/10 would purchase with them down the road as well.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Shawn is amazing person to go to if you're looking to buy a car. He was so easy to work with and made the process enjoyable. Dwayne in financing was extremely helpful as well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I highly recommend checking out VW of Puyallup. I just purchased a 2024 VW Atlas SEL, and the overall experience was 5 stars. My salesperson was Max, and he made the process as stress free as it can be. Like a lot of people, I've had previous bad experiences at car dealerships. The Harnish Group seems to back it up when they say, "People Matter". Let's face it, buying a car is a big decision and the last thing you need is someone pressuring you. Everyone I dealt with - Laura in Finance, Noi, Daniel - was kind, welcoming and never pushy. The biggest factor for me - because I could have gotten the same bottom-line deal at 2 other dealers - was Max. Knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely interested in helping every step of the way. Looking forward to working with the Service Team when the time comes and so happy to be part of the VW experience and the Harnish Group approach to car sales. Thank you!

Amazing customer service through the sales staff. Both Oscar and Stephen did a great job from start to finish. Finding solutions in a caring manner was prioritized over pressuring the sale. Finance department best market rates significantly and we couldn t be happier.

I initially went to Volkswagen of Puyallup to see Shawn based on stellar reviews, but after completing the test drive, Shawn had another appointment with a different client (I didn't have an appointment). Without hesitation, Shawn warmly recommended Roman to assist me further. From that moment, Roman seamlessly took over the car-buying process with me. He listened attentively to my needs and provided valuable insights. Despite the unexpected change, Roman's professionalism and dedication made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Jimmy is exceptional! He is a fantastic dealer who provides detailed explanations. It's challenging to find an honest car dealer in Washington state, but he is one of the best. I purchased a car from him today.Laura, Financial Manager, is fantastic. She possesses extensive knowledge, patiently addressing my late-night questions with kindness. Her great sense of humor made the process comfortable.Kudos to the teamwork with Jimmy, Sales, and Laura, Finance! I'm grateful for all your assistance!

*** Update: Our car has been in service for over three weeks now due to a broken door piece (it was broken upon delivery) and the only phone call we've received with an update was after our salesman talked to the service advisor and asked him to call us. We even left a voicemail for the service manager two weeks ago and he has never bothered to call us. The sales team is phenomenal, but the service department is completely lacking in "service". What a huge disappointment to have this experience after buying a brand new car from this dealership. ***We could not have had a more pleasant car buying experience than we did at VW of Puyallup! Our salesman, Max, and sales manager, Peter, were phenomenal. They answered every question, worked to get us the most money for our trade in, and were nothing but friendly and accommodating the entire time. We still get calls from both of them to follow up on our new car. I can't say enough nice things about these two men, but I would hands down buy another car from them and this dealership! Kudos to whoever hired them, because they definitely set the bar really high! We absolutely love our 2024 VW Tiguan SEL R-Line.

What an amazing car buying experience that I had at Volkswagen of Puyallup. The entire staff are amazing people. I went into looking to trade my 2019 Nissan Rouge in for something bigger. When I was speaking to the staff I didn t feel one pressured. I ended up Test Driving 2023 ID.4 Pro AWD and fell in love with it. Went in and numbers were crunch and this is what it was. Shawn was the sales representative that was helping me. I was a little shocked at the price. But never felt pressured. I declined and left. Throughout the week we discussed numbers through the week. Figuring out what my current payments were and that getting a fully electric car and not having to pay for gasoline and oil changes I decided that I wanted to to see if I could get into the car that I just adored. Mind you I was upside down on my current car and even though I have worked on getting my created up it wasn t the best and wasn t the worst it has been. I got a response from Kyrsten stating they feel confident that they can get me into the 2023 VW ID.4. Made an appointment to come in after work and sign the paperwork. When I arrived I was greeted with a friend smile and started working on getting the old car traded in and signing paperwork. Again till the end when I got to financing I felt welcome, calm and never once felt like I was being pressured to do anything that I wasn t willing to do. I know some other dealerships seems to be there to just sell you a car. Yet Shawn, Kyrsten and the whole VW of Puyallup/Harnish Auto Family made me feel welcome and made me feel as I was not just a customer but family. They never made me feel like I was doing something that I didn t want to do on my own. I d definitely recommend if you were in the market for a new vehicle reached out to Shawn Yi and Krysten Blair at VW of Puyallup. They will give you a whole new look and feel of the car buying ordeal.

My experience at Volkswagen of Puyallup was fantastic, largely thanks to salesperson Stephen. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made the process smooth from start to finish. The Volkswagen crew there in Puyallup are generous and supportive individuals in the new car buying process and to that credit I must make mention of my awesome sales person; "Jimmy Bae," who labored the entire time to make the sale of my new car a success to the absolute last detail! A valuable asset to the sales team there at Volkswagen in Puyallup!Another dynamo individual who works his best at his "Position," as the finance manager is; "Dwayne Griffin! An absolute professional at the various stages in finalizing the sale with a very humble and courteous manner to perfection! An awesome experience to see the man at work! This was my first ever car buying experience and it was the best ever! We went to other dealerships but Volkswagen of Puyallup was top notch in their service, kindness, and partnership. Nevin in particular was such a joy to work with. First impression, he was smiley and super friendly, which made us excited to work with him. We had great communication and he was thorough in following up with new information. Even during my time away, he kept in touch and had others step in to follow through even when Nevin was out of office. We finally had the chance to see the car and we fell in love immediately, it was everything we expected. Overall, we had the best time and truly believe we worked with the best people! Thank you again Volkswagen of Puyallup and Nevin for all your help in my making our car-buying experience the smoothest, and easiest one yet! Jimmy Bae was a terrific salesperson. He was through and always kept me advised of what was happening and if any delays. Being at a dealership is always a long process but he made it almost enjoyable!! He did a great job. Working with Laura Johnson was appreciated also.

Max and the finance lady were so very helpful and patient as I got ready to buy a car. I never thought I would buy a Volkswagen but Max was extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at and was able to reassure me and answer any questions I had regarding the quality of VW cars as well as vehicle features and performance. This dealership hired such personable people who truly care about getting you exactly what you want at the best deal possible. Definitely the best car buying experience I ve had thus far.

Jimmy Bae was amazing! He helped us find the perfect car he was so attentive and knowledgeable., it s tough with young kids when going through the tedious part of car buying but the zone they have set up for kids is so nice and clean and cozy. My kids were excited to go back on day two. Thank you, Jimmy!!!! Honestly everyone we encountered was great.

Puyallup Volkswagen is a great place to buy a car! Salesman Jimmy was wonderful, knowledgeable and explained the EV very well! The manager did a great job listening and gave us an offer we couldn t refuse! Financing went very smooth and quick! I forgot her name in finance but she was great! Best experience love the car!
