I put 2 new tires here, in few hundred miles I lost a wheel.I took the receipt of repairs to them asking for partial reimbursement, I didn t include aluminum rims, I took whatever TA gave me.This fishy guys refuse to do anything, I disputed the transaction, then they start calling me, calling names, yelling and threatening.Threatening with immigration :)Well, it s not over yet, but for you to know, staff is unprofessional, untrained and won t torque a single nut or bolt on your truck. Been there only once, the bill was way exaggerated, for every single thing done it was about 1-2h extra of labor.They did a annual inspection even if I didn t ask but I took it, they messed up even this. You ll go out of service only for what they write on it.Imagine this wheel flying into your family car.

So far best place to fix truck in Washington. Fair price and they care about you safety.

Shop opens at 9am called several times they called me back asked them if they could change out my starter on the truck. They got me in wright away installed new starter later found that there was some batteries no good got them fixed as well.. Very nice people to work with.. Second time going there.

Terrible service. My truck was poorly repaired. Manager stubbornly did not respond to calls. Mechanics in Chicago were shocked at the quality...u should think twice before going to that shop
