Great service and the Manager Mike, was all around outstanding. His people seem to follow his lead on customer service, attitude and overall best results for the customer!I ended up going with his bottom line go to tire and am happy!

Went here on a Saturday cause I had a nail in my tire that could not be patched cause of where the nail was. They never had my tire size in stock but the braddah there gave us other options. But we wanted the same size tire that we have. So he told us that he can get the size we need in for us and went out of there time to get the tires size we wanted and will call us when they get it. We went to the fair and the braddah said to take our time at the fair cause we close at 5:00 p.m. Perfect.The staff here is AWESOME. Made us feel like we was at home. Easy to talk to. Friendly down to earth and all around they know what they doing for sure. They even took me in the back to show me what they was doing. Which they didn't have to but they did. Yay. Couple days later I found another nail in the tire. Went back and they took my car in to get it patch for free. Solid. Best time and experience here. You guys made our day even better now cause we not driving around with that thin spare tire. Lol THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Great job! First time! New set of tires to my Sienna! Super happy with my Toyo! Maneger their super nice person and under his control everything was done in time! Will be back!!! Support local business!!

Thomas was very helpful! I came in thinking I blew a band in my front tire but turns out my tires were fine and my rim was bent! They said my tires were perfectly fine and didn t try to sell me new ones that I didn t need which was awesome! My back tires were bald so we ended up replacing those but I was in and out with in about 30 minutes!! Great price and great customer service!

Michael was very professional and helpful. He ordered the tires I wanted and gave me an appointment for the following morning for both tire installation and four wheel alignment. One of the tie rods was seized so I had change out tie rods, and Michael said to bring the vehicle back for alignment at no charge. Great service!

They were very knowledgeable about their product. They were true to their word on price. They got me in and out in under 40 minutes. The tires are quiet and the ride is good. The only thing I have a question about is if the tires that they sold me will hamper my mileage or not. But I need to wait to find out. I sense a tiny bit of drag in these tires. But it could be that theyJust grip the road better.

Not a bad set of tires but a good set, didn't get what I wanted, but nonetheless still a good set, customer service was timely and friendly so I can at least count on that. A realreally good place to do business with. I do recommend to shop there. They broke down the scenario form my tire situation and it seemed legitimate. All in all I'll go back.

This place was amazing to deal with, they weren t pushy and were very helpful. I was able to get an amazing deal on a set of tires and wheels and couldn t be more happy with the experience. I will definitely be returning in the future to get new tires on my other vehicle. Thanks again for the great customer service and experience. I highly recommend this store.

My father who lives in Eastern Wa became ill and i had to travel over two passes on a last minute trip. I was hoping to not put new tires on until early summer but this last minute trip made me think twice. I spoke to both Michael and the owner at the summit store on Canyon Rd. They could get the tires but they would be late in the day. I had a meeting so i dropped the car off, they replaced the tires late in the day, they may have even stayed past normal business hours just for me. I came by after hours later and picked the car up so i could get over the mountain before the store opened the next business day. I really believe they went above and beyond to help me. Great service and oh those Toyo Celsius tires did work awesome in the snow! Thank you again

First time replacing tires on my truck since we bought it ( 3 years ) and I gotta say it was the most relaxed experience.. I didnt feel bombarded with prices and sales people trying to upsell. I called on a Saturday, they had my tires in monday morning, got me in and out within 30-45 min ( which I was thankful for since I had a baby with me ) lifetime balance/rotations on the tires.. it was an amazing experience. Half tempted to get new tires for the challenger also.

Decent guys and the snap financing is awesome. However, the tires that they recommended to me ended up rubbing on the front bumper on turns. This is something they should have noticed but instead seemed to argue with me over the phone about it. In the end they swapped for a smaller size so it all worked out. The inconvenience was avoidable.

The staff are great to work with. The tires I purchased are the Ironman All Country A/T. Great tire. Quite and the grip is outrageous. I purchase the alignment as well. The crew here is awesome.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Was referred here by a friend, and was not disappointed. Prices are way better than other named tire centers. They had what I wanted in stock. The process took all of 20 minutes. I left my vehicle with them and came back 2 hours later and picked it up.

Michael was amazing! He did everything I asked. He even went above and beyond my expectations. Great to work with! And it wasn't we that long of a wait. I really felt appreciated as a customer and would gladly advise others to go to this store!

Greg and the the guys at the Best Tire Center in Puyallup are awesome! They just provided me the easiest no nonsense tire shopping experience ever! Not a fan of tire/rim shopping, but coming here has changed my perception of it all! Got rims and tires for the same price as just tires elsewhere!!! Amazing service, great timing!

Best price around ,very professional they didn't have the rims I wanted in the shop on canyon road so they went the extra mile for me and called every store around and found me what I wanted and drove and pick them up for me this was for my Audi I was also there about 2 or 3 weeks ago four new tires for the back of my Mustang they also gave me great service and in the best price I could find I got brand new tires for less then a used tire shop on it
