Did a chrome delete on the front of my 2024 Mazda CX-90 along with getting the emblems blacked out, and wow can I say the results are amazing!! The customer service here is amazing as well. They are super knowledgeable and respectful, and kept me informed the whole time with updates while working on my car. I already have two other future projects scheduled because of how great this experience was and am already looking forward to my next appointment!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my car wrapped by Tailored Garage, and I couldn t be happier with the outcome. From the get-go, their pricing was transparent and reasonable, which initially drew me in. However, what truly set them apart was the quality of their work. It was nothing short of amazing. To my surprise, they even went above and beyond by doing some extra work on my car without any additional charges. This gesture alone speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction.Throughout the process, they kept me in the loop, ensuring I was aware of the progress. This level of communication was reassuring and something I hadn t experienced with other service providers. Zack, the owner, was particularly helpful. I brought my 97 Toyota into Tailored Garage to have some paint repair and paint correction done. Zack meet with me and looked over my vehicle and what I wanted accomplished. He explained the process and what my expectations should be at completion, explaining I would not be getting a pristine paint job on its return(I already was prepared and was not expecting that). He quoted me a fair price and took my vehicle in a week later. The returned product was perfect, I had some clear coat issues that I still expected, the rest was exactly as he described it would be. I am now in process of bring two other vehicles in for different work, one being air bag suspension. Zack and his crew don't work on cars just for a paycheck, you can see they work on cars because they love cars. It was a fair price for great work!

Zach and Doug are the goats! I just moved back up to Washington from California and had multiple air leaks in my airlift system, not only did they go above and beyond with the diagnosis, but they rectified each and every problem I had that I wasn t even aware of. They cleaned up my setup and made sure everything was running properly. The best part about Zach and Doug is that they are very flexible, I work a lot and have limited availability but they were always able to compensate with me and stay late to take care of me, truly a one of a kind shop they I would recommend to anyone needing custom work. Can t wait to do more business with them.

My Highlander was pooling with water in the driver and passengers side. Zack was able to fit us in really fast and he figured out what the issue was. He was friendly and informed us what was going on during the process. He cleared the drain channels from the sun roof so that the water would escape from the bottom of the car vs into the car. He was done in half a day and we were able to get our car back and not wait days. Great service and I would definitely highly recommend.

Just received my car back from Zack. I've got to say it looks amazing. I'm glad I put on paint protection right off the bat after purchasing the car. Also the ceramic tint looks amazing. It's going to help out a lot in this summer heat. I am pleased with the service and professionalism that Zack and his team brought. I will be returning in the future.

I had ordered a Airlift Performance bag suspension for my 2001 S2000, I went up to the shop to get a quote for install of the kit. After coming to an agreement on install price, he was very quick to get my car in the shop and had the install done within a week of drop off. The guys at this shop obviously know what they are doing, they put all the necessary moisture relief valves in very easy to access locations, and routed the wiring super clean. And even attempted to maximize my trunk space despite the s2000 not having much. Super happy with the install and will definitely be using them in the future for sure for future projects. Can't be happier with the work they did, don't currently have many pictures at this moment as I've been focused on enjoying the new suspension!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had Airliftperformance 3P suspension installed on my Charger Hellcat. Installation was flawless and customer service was excellent. During pick Zach went over everything with me and ensured that if I had any questions he would answer them. I highly recommend this shop.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would have. Zack and his team at Tailored Garage are amazing. Their dedication to their craft and attention to detail blew me away. I got windows tinted all around, chrome delete, and smoked lights. Model 3s rear windshield tint is one of the most difficult due to the size of the glass and they banged it out with a 1 piece.I will be taking my wife's Model Y for a matte wrap and will only use Tailored Garage for additional work on my car.

Took my R32 into tailored garage to be wrapped with Tek-Wrap. I received quotes between $2000-6000 (some companies said even more because the wrap is hard to work with). and Tailored Garage came in with what I felt was a very fair price for the quality work they did on my last car (1995 V8 240sx). Tailored Garage actually removed all my trim and seals around my doors as well as my door handles and got a nice deep wrap to ensure the edges held good! They advised me on some prep on my initial appointment so I knew what yo expect as far as the finish goes! They kept me in the loop and let me know if they saw anything that needed more attention. They cleaned my wheels without me even asking. They fixed some small fiberglass bits without charging me an insane amount. They provided specialty hardware and rivnuts so my kit would stay on the best it could. They aligned all my panels to fix some of the panel gaps I had (30 year old car). After all was said and done, the car looked 10X better and they cut me a deal on another service I was considering. They made custom lips for the front bumper and side skirts, and they turned out amazing.Between Zack, Noah and Doug, I knew my car was in the best hands possible. If you want a worry-free experience with 100x the professionalism of the competition, tailored is your best bet .

Amazing work done here. I brought a carbon fiber lip for installation here, Zack had great attention to detail for everything. All the staff were friendly and I had a great time just hanging around waiting for the job to be done.There was a piece of that required some custom cutting since the OEM pieces drilled a hole into the bumper. Zack was able to fabricate a quick custom cut that was flush with perfect fit.Service: Body & Trim

Dropped in for some fender rolling for my WRX hatch. Zack is just as described in other reviews - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He broke down the risks of the service, answered any questions and we called it good.I had them do the rears only so it took about an hour. The fender rolling turned out clean and I'm satisfied. Note that you do have to make an appointment for this service. Prices are fair.Chatted with Zack a little bit afterwards and he mentioned he does almost anything you can think of when it comes to the exterior including paint correction, body kits, wraps, and more. Definitely looking forward to coming back for more.

Tailored Garage was amazing to work with for a paint protection film (ppf) project on my 2023 Civic Type R. We went with full front package and Zack was nice to throw in some door cups and rocker guards as I was a returning customer.Regarding the work, I appreciate the high level of detail Zack spent on my car. He took his time making sure the ppf was applied perfectly. Any film that wasn t perfect, he precisely trimmed them making the application look laser cut. I am really happy with how my car turned out. Tailored Garage prices are fair and quality work is high, hard to find that combo. I highly recommend checking them out for your ppf needs.Service: Paint protection

I brought in my 2024 GMC 2500HD Denali for a chrome delete a week ago and my experience with Tailored Garage was amazing. They took my expectations to a whole new level. The communication through the process was perfect and I d recommend this shop to anyone!!

This shop is easily 5 stars. I bought a new (to me) car that had some scuffs and scratches on the front bumper. I wanted to get it repainted because I have plans to PPF the front before I track it. I reached out and Zach the owner was incredibly helpful and got me an appointment immediately. When I got there, I saw a ton of other cars, including luxury cars waiting to be serviced which made me believe that this establishment is trusted by tons of car people. After dropping my car off, Zach gave me a general ETA of when it would ve been completed. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole experience and gave me a heads up when he realized it wouldn t be complete til a few days after what was originally promised. Regardless, it was in and out in just a couple of weeks which is much faster than the speed of service offered at other businesses. I have a pretty keen eye to detail and the work performed was flawless. The color of my car is considered rare but they were able to match the paint perfectly. I have another appointment scheduled to have ppf installed and I didn t hesitate with thinking about going with them again. I brought my 2015 NC MX-5 for coilovers installation and fender roll. Zack and his team were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Communication was honest and frequent regarding the status of work done and confirmation of exactly what I wanted. In addition, Zack also offered to re-adjust my coilovers after a week or two of settling on the car. Not only do I highly recommend Zack and his team, I will happily bring my car back for their services in the future!

Zach is awesome! Rolled my front and rear fenders, adjusted my coilovers and mounted my new wheels on! He honestly does amazing work! He was upfront and honest about some of the risks that it entailed. None of those happened! He even overcame one of the issues that my front coilovers threw at him and he was able to get the job done. He gave me quotes on some of the future work I want done to my 2012 wrx. Service was great and friendly. We had water that kept pooling in the floor and they were able to find the issue and fix it same day. It s been a couple of months now and the water never returned. Highly recommend!

I found Tailored garage through google search for fender rolling. They had the best reviews so I figured I d give it a shot. Emailed Zack the owner and he happily set me up with a quick appointment. Came down to a professional shop and a friendly owner and staff. They got me in and out within 2 hours. Highly recommend them for fender rolling. My car rides smooth and doesn t rub the tires anymore. Tailored garage also does other services. Come check them out!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Paint protection

They did an amazing job on my headers for my BRZ, they are all super friendly and really cool. The work they did was absolutely incredible and I will be going back to them for more installs, I trust them so much I drove over an hour for them haha. 10/10 would recommend

Looking at the Facebook and Instagram pictures and videos of the work Tailored Garage does is impressive. After having work done there I have to say that Zack at Tailored Garage is phenomenal. His quality of work, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and pricing is outstanding. He installed a ducktail and 3rd brake light delete panel and did a paint correction, imo it looks better than factory. I highly recommend Tailored Garage and will be going back for work in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had Tailored Garage lower my 2009 Audi s5 back in 2018. I ve been a fan ever since. I drove from Bellevue to their shop in Puyallup to have them install an aftermarket spoiler on my Audi R8.
