Puyallup Subaru maintenance is most unreliable service dealer ever I have experienced so far. Whenever service done always something wrong or parts missing such like tire nut and not adjusted display units also.after 30k major service all warning lights on 10 minutes later and than take back to the shop again fixed for 2 hours. Another major 60k service just done few days ago this time display unit nothing showed up engine running very high rpm and take back to shop again for 30 minutes I found no tires. rotation neither but receptionist says they did it rotate d tire but I know front tire more worn out than rear ones they are lying this is most stressful dealer than any other brand dealer in tire my lifetime currently I have audit Toyota Gm cars..

It was a great day. My first experience with Subaru of Puyallup was today. I came in knowing what car I wanted to purchase (found it on line at Subaru of Puyallup). Our salesman, Jason, took it from there. He was polite, friendly and very personable. Jason, was wonderful. He made our time with Subaru enjoyable. Offered refreshments, answered all our questions, no rushing, no stress, no pressure. He listened to what my budget was and made it happen. Cool! Everything went smoothly. While we signed papers Jason had the car gassed, detailed and washed. Thanks JASON, we'll see YOU on our next car purchase.

I just purchased my second Forester from Subaru of Puyallup. As always, it was an amazing experience! From Andrew Dorosz, my great salesperson to the finance guy, I was met with professionals! They know their cars and their clients. I can t say enough good things about this dealership. Thank you for making this experience on that I enjoyed!
