Joey helped me get a Transmission flush service scheduled and completed this afternoon and took the time to price check and shop tires for me. He educated me on everything that was being done and all the features of the tires as well as all their financing and same as cash options. His patience, genuine personality and over all customer service was beyond a 10/10, if you need help with your vehicle, go see them!

I've known Bob the owner for years and he is always a great guy to talk to, really friendly, and honest in everything he does. His crew is knowledgeable, especially when it comes to anything connected to the wheels or steering system, and will never try to push repairs on you that you don't need. I highly recommend them!

I had to bring my car in for an alignment check. The appointment was convenient, the service writers were knowledgeable and supper friendly, as usual. The car was completed sooner than expected and the alignment was spot on! The technician too the time to explain what he did, and they had doughnuts in the waiting area.

Traveling across country with my late father s car. I ve travelled about 5000 miles and needed an oil and filter change as to continue with my next 2000 miles.So, I found SeaTac Tire & Auto Tech, LLC (also Goodyear certified). They had a fairly booked schedule, but managed to get me in pretty quickly due to my time constraint. Not only were they responsive, the tech, Kyle, went above and beyond by doing a tire rotation as to make sure I was super safe on our continued travels. Wow, what an excellent experience. Stop and visit an independently owed shop with high integrity and focus on customers!

Awesome place. I got a nail in my tire and it was losing air quickly. It was a run flat, so unlikely to be repaired. Before they charge me for a tire they determined they would be able to fix it. Instead of taking the opportunity to sale me a $400 tire, they patched it for $23.74 in about 10 minutes.

Excellent service from scheduling the appointment to getting the problem fixed. All communications were timely and specific. Very reasonable prices with trustworthy, friendly customer service. I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on.

I wanted to share a really good experience that I just had with this Good Year place on Meridian. I had them install some new rear tires yesterday afternoon, but my BMW traction control system is apparently very sensitive and rejected the new tires because they were different enough from the front ones (the electronic control would cut power and limit my steering while driving around even slow corners), even though the specs were all the same as the front tires.Knowing that this would sound like a finicky BMW problem that would annoy most tire shops, I sheepishly came in this morning, having already driven on them for 30-40 miles, and they took them back without question (even though they will have to sell them as used now, and take a financial hit), found the exact match for my front tires at a nearby warehouse, and one of the employees drove there just to pick up my tires so I can get to Seattle to work today. They really went above and beyond in every way.In my mind, this is above and beyond the sort of experience I often have, and I am extremely impressed with their customer service, willing to work with me to make it right, and their professionalism throughout the process. You never know if a place is managed well until something goes wrong, because that's when you see what's truly inside of their business. I'm sticking with these guys for a long time, now.

Got an oil change and rotation there today and was told it would take an hour. After an hour and forty minutes later, I asked how much longer it would be and was told it had been completed but a vehicle with a flat tire was put directly behind mine. Rather than giving my keys and letting me be on my way, they decided to let me sit there while they fixed the other guys tire.2-stars for the nonchalant attitude towards wasting my time. Also the Groupon is not all inclusive for those disposal fees.

I had my older Saturn, which wouldn't start, towed up to Sea Tac Tire & Auto Tech. They got right on it and fixed a fairly bad problem. They were quite knowledgeable about the car. They were very friendly. The cost of repair was reasonable. Great service!

Today went in to have my tire sensors reset which would take 5 minutes to complete. The guy behind the counter said to drop off my truck cuz his technicians were busy. I saw 2 of them just standing there smoking a cigarette. They are Goodyear tires. I went to Les Schwab tires to do it since Goodyear was so busy.The counter person at Les Schwab took 5 minutes to do it..I'm not going to Goodyear anymore. They are a joke. Had to put at least 1 star cuz couldn't put 0 on it..what happened to customer service? Think the guy behind the counter just didn't want to go outside.

I had an issue with my transmission and called Goodyear, Puyallup they told me to bring it in and they would figure it out. Brought it in at 10:30 and told them what was wrong. They said they would take care of it asap and if not send it to transmission shop. Called me about 12;30 and everything was done. My sensors to my 2017 Ram had fritzed and they reset in and out in two hours and they also did a 42000 mile check up oil change belts checked all fluids checked all goo to go. The price was less than I ever could have imagined they are honest, direct, efficient and so professional. Have been going to them for over 20 years and everytime they treat me like family...awesome business and so ethical......

I went there to get an alignment done on a lifted car. I am a tech who has done many alignments myself I just don't have access to an alignment machine. The first time I had to go and take it back because of steering wheel wasn't straight. Then I'm looking at the specs and the camber is off and they try to tell me it's not adjustable when I installed adjustable camber bolts my self. Had to argue with the tech. They than told me I need new parts which was BS. Now months later I go to remove the camber bolts and they are extremely over tightened. So much it snapped my 1/2 breaker bar. They were the last ones to touch those bolts and the alignment. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Especially when I had to argue that the front suspension was adjustable. All they had to do was look in there to see the aftermarket adjustable suspension front and rear. Steering wheel still wasn't straight when I left last time.

I had a fantastic experience the moment I called Bob for a nail in my van. We have a fleet of just 20 vans but his professionalism and the extra time he took to show me the best tire for future replacements was extremely kind. He even waived the charge for the nail and gave me a discount on the battery!On top of that, he even called the car store next door (advance auto), to help me get a tread meter(reader) so I can check in my tire treads!He went above and beyond which is why I highly recommend this business for all your needs!Thank you Bob

Bob and Gerry and the rest of the staff are wonderful! They are honest, friendly and always get my vehicles in quickly and out quickly. As a woman, I have been taken for a few rides by OTHER shops but NEVER here! They have been servicing our vehicles for almost two decades and I have never been unhappy with the service or workmanship. I appreciate that they hire ASE certified technicians and their certificates are on the wall of the lobby where anyone can see them. I HIGHLY recommend Sea-Tac Tire and Auto Tech to EVERYONE!

The 3 interactions I had with the front desk staff member was positive from start to finish. They offered a same day appointment. Although I wasn't able to take that appointment, I was able to get in within a couple days. My car was completed and even though they closed at 5pm, they waited for me to arrive before closing shop even though they called before closing time to remind me of their closing time. I arrived at 6pm. They were courteous and professional to me. I will continue to use them to maintain my cars needs. The Groupon offers are excellent as well.

I am very happy I came here for an oil change. I finally found a shop I can trust. Kirk at front desk was very transparent with everything that my car needed. He explained to me what needed to be fixed and it was safety related and what could wait. As someone that doesn't know anything about cars but try to keep my car running for as long as possible, he answered all my questions very detailed. I wasn't offered all those unnecessary repairs/maintenance that I was offered always at firestone and had to google to see if my car really needed it (and it never did). The pricing was fair and when I checked online it was on the cheaper side. I wish I would have found them sooner.

I appreciate Bob, and the staff so much! They provide excellent service and repairs, and stand behind their work! They have the highest quality, ASE Certified Technicians, and are extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate that he looks over all of the systems and lets us know exactly where it stands and what repairs will be coming up. My adult kids now bring their vehicles to Goodyear. Thank you Bob for always making us feel confident when we are back on the road!

Sea Tac/Goodyear is the best to take for tires and auto repairs. Bob and Mark and all of the staff are professional and very knowledgeable! They treat their customers with the unmost respect. The staff will give you all of the information you need to know to make a comfortable and well thought out decision on needs now and what can wait until later. Finanally the repair costs are well within reason. Highly recommend them.

UPDATE 4/29/2022:Quick / Honest / Friendly Service!!These Folks have the most honest and Friendly staff of all the places I've ever been to! Being 68, I've been to a lot! They have my business forever. Thanks Bob and Vince! Keep up the Great work!!These Folks are Great! Very Honest and no hard sales. They let you know what you need, may need in the future and what you may want to watch for.... Very Honest, Professional and Friendly. Wish I could give them 10 Stars!!

Yesterday was my first time at Sea Tac Tire & Auto and only went because I got a good deal on an oil change through Groupon. I was very impressed with this establishment. I walked in around 9am with no appointment but they got my car in right away. I have never experienced such quick service! It wasn't even 15 minutes and they were done. I admire the fact that they were not pushy. During the inspection, it was discovered that my battery hold down needed to be repaired and one of my tires needed replacing. When informing me of these issues, the man was not pushy or condescending (which I have experienced at almost every other shop I've gone to). During past experiences, shops have wanted me to get the repairs done right there and then but Sea Tac was different. He was patient and understanding that I wanted to look at the issues myself. Polite and respectul, excellent customer service! Will come here for future needs and recommend to friends/family.

This is my "go-to" place for car servicing. The technicians know their stuff and Bob, the manager, is a sincerely nice guy. I've gone to other shops and have been told I needed this big, expensive service or that. Then, I've gone to Goodyear for a second opinion only to find out that no such service was needed. In other words, they are honest. They find things that need work or repair and they will show it to you but, you'll never get conned into service that isn't needed. They have also helped me out a few times by dropping me off - my home is nearby - when the service took longer than expected, and then picking me up after the service was done. These are really first-class people that know their business. And they are reliable enough that both Amazon Delivery and the USPS rely on them to service their vehicles.
