I'd give them 0 stars if I could, because they gave me 0 effort. I requested services for a water heater install and a leak behind my toilet. This technician, named Ken, comes out and immediately starts telling me I need a new water heater and a new toilet. Everything I showed to him, his response was that I needed to just replace the whole thing. Without any other options, I agreed. He told me that he would contact me in a week, and then he never did. I called him two weeks later to see if he could still fix my issues, and he catches a frustrated attitude with me, like I inconvenienced him. He never came back to fix my issues. Waste of my time

We had them out to fix the brakes on one of our trailers (locked up, wouldn't release). They were here for maybe 30min altogether, and even waited for us to verify the work was good before leaving. The trailer then sat for two days before being used, except one of the brakes was still seized, so I called them back. Instead of being predatory and coming out to "fix" it again, they offered solutions over-the-phone that ended up working out great! Thanks Tony. Thanks Jordan. We will absolutely be calling you again.Service: Brakes
