I had a awesome experience visiting this shop! If you're looking for a honest and fair mechanic you've come to the right place. Joe was upfront and honest about the problem and honored the price he quoted for repair. It's a relief to find good help on the road as a trucker that won't take you to the cleaners!! I'll definitely be back if I have a breakdown in this area again. He replaced my injector wiring harness and gasket same day and got me on the way. And also found a dirty rag that a previous mechanic left in my engine block it was amazing there wasn't worse damage.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I am absolutely satisfied with the service and professional knowledge. My dispatcher made contact with them for a minor air leak. They informed her to have me come to their shop and 20 minutes later, I arrived and was told I would have to come back in the morning because the mechanic was still working on a different truck. So after wasting my time, I went to a Love s and they literally had the leak fixed in less than 10 minutes, plus the didn t charge me anything because the mechanic told me he had spare parts from the last repair he did.

Good honest mechanics. If you're looking for perfection, go to another planet cause it isn't here on earth. But if you need a solid team that will communicate well with you, and be honest with you about the good and the bad?, Look no further. I'm an OTR driver and been looking for a good shop for years. I've been through a few in Pierce County and finally I can stop searching and testing the waters. I'm tired of getting cheated on labor and the was job not even done correctly. Talk to Joe. He is on the same page with us drivers when it comes to quality service. They also have a shop in Sumner I think.

This place is amazing. Very fast. Very efficient. Inspected absolutely everything on the trailer. Found a couple of problems my other mechanics did not fix. Would definitely recommend! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and professional. Fastest service I have ever received.

Needed alignment on on 2022 Volvo Semi Truck. As you know finding alignment place for semi truck is no easy task especially in Washington State. Nicolae took great care of us with the alignment and will definitely be using their services anytime we need repairs in that area. Very professional. It s always a pleasure working with Nick. They do all kinds of repairs of semi trucks. Good quality repairs done . I got my own truck last year, since day 1,I get it serviced from them. I am happy with the service and trust they provide. It s a one stop shop, as they do wheel alignment as well. They have all brands of truck tires. My experience with this shop has always been good. The prices are fair and they do a very good job on explaining what s going on with the truck. I ve taking my truck other places but they never compare to Professional truck and trailer. The professionalism the knowledge and the diligence and determination to find the source of the problem and fix it in a timely manner it's just there's no words That can express my gratitude fully.This shop to me is what trucking is truly about it has integrity And deep knowledge. I had enquired about some work on a dump trailer. They asked me to swing by and before I knew it they had my trailer in the shop and had started the work. The job did not appear to be too difficult but something outside my scope and required some minor welding. They quickly resolved the issue- great work, incredibly kind people. Definitely would recommend them to others.

We usually go to their 1050 Butte Ave location, but it can get quite busy, so it's been nice to have another location to be able to get in/out. We have been servicing out trucks with PTTR for some time now and always happy with their service. From the quality service, to their prices, nothing but the best.

Definitely recommend this place. I had electrical problem for a long time and I went to different shops and mechanics and nobody could find the problem. Here they got me right away without waiting and in 30 minutes the truck was ready.
