I came here on a referral from a couple of other people. I love this place! Not only was it super fast, but they do excellent work and their price was better than the other shops in the area. You can t go wrong. And Chad the manager is wonderful to deal with. Thank you Chad and everybody there. You guys rock!

I needed to tune up before hitting the road with my RV for a few weeks. Ritchie and Chad were absolutely amazing!! So lighthearted and friendly, plus I asked them to teach me how to change my windshield wipers and they happily obliged. The whole experience was super easy and laid back and they didn t try to upsell me on anything. I m not sure who the gentleman was who actually did my oil change and tire rotation, but my truck feels so much better so shout out to him too. 10/10 will be coming back here in the future!

This review is well deserved and long overdue. Good Customer service does still exist and it s right here at the Pep boys in Puyallup. This team is the most helpful and catering crew I ve seen in a long time. They ve taken care of me multiple times and I ve never left feeling like I over paid or was provided a service that was lackluster. They always take the time to go into detail with me about what s really wrong, or sometimes not even wrong, with my vehicle and always make sure to give me a price within reason. Richie is always welcoming no matter what time of day! Even at the last minute he welcomes me in and makes sure I m taken care of before heading home. No other place beats this kind of customer service. Save yourself the time & trouble, stop looking around, and just come here! You ll be glad you did. Thanks guys, you are the best!

Richie at Pep boys was amazing. Got me in last minute and changed my dead battery. Got a great deal. Feel safe to drive my car. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back again. Great and outstanding customer service

Got my car serviced a few days ago for an oil change and I was concerned about my wheel alignment so I mentioned that to them. Once my service was done Miles told me that my car was test drove and they did feel a slight pull so they rotated my tires, test drove it again and he reassured me that it was better. After driving my car for a few days so far so good, I m glad I brought my car here. Miles is nice, he got straight to the point, but it didn t feel overwhelming or rushed. Richie is also nice and made small talk with me. I will be back when my next oil change is due. :)

Front brakes replaced quickly. I was able to wait while work was being completed, not a whole day event. They educated me on maintenance and were patient with my questions

Wow, just when I thought my beloved Corolla was going to a 3-star hospital, Pep Boys turned it into a 5-star haven! The break fluid flush and inspection left my car feeling like it just had a rejuvenating spa day. Prices were great! No unnecessary upselling, just genuine recommendations honestly, it felt like having a trusted doctor giving a sound health advice without pushing unnecessary meds. The staff here must have attended the 'Charm School for Cars,' because their friendliness and expertise are unparalleled. I accidentally found this gem, and now it's my go-to spot. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their vehicle to get the VIP treatment it deserves! 10/10 would recommend!! This place is now my go to shop. :)

The guys at PepBoys were so nice and helpful today. I had a leak in my back drivers side tire for months now. It finally got to the point where I had to fix it. Unfortunately the tire was too old to fix but they were able to give me a fantastic deal for a whole new set of tires. They were willing to work with me to make sure I got a good price. When you know it s husband approved then you go for it. They accidentally had a mishap where they were short on one tire so Richie (I believe that was his name) offered to give me a ride home down the street so I didn t have to walk home! Very sweet guy who was so helpful. They even gave me a quote for my husband s tires too. The car feels great, tires are all aligned and ready to go. Thank you PepBoys!

I came in with a busted blower for my ac, and Richie was amazing, he had me in and out in less than an hour with working heat! I love this man, he was super friendly and eased all my car anxiety. I'm so happy with the service I received today, thank you so much!

Started my day with a dead battery in my car, took it to AutoZone for a free check since it was very close to my house, told me I needed a new one. The lady working there highly recommended the guys at Pep Boys! Chad and Richie! So I gave them a call, Chad answered. It was about 4pm and said they could get me in, wouldn't take long. I asked if it would be done in time to get my son to practice at 615 and he said no problem we got you!! So I headed down, walked in was greeted with a smile by Richie and he knew exactly who I was and what I was there for when I mentioned the car I had! Awesome quick service from all the guys and will definitely be a returning customer for any other vehicle needs! They made this mom feel comfortable about what I was getting and what I was paying for! 10/10!!! Thanks again Richie for all your hospitality!

Richard, treated me wonderfully. They got me in same day, serviced my car for an oil change quickly. Explained the difference between regular oil and synthetic. They are great and I highly recommend them.Thank you guys for a very positive experience.

Phenomenal customer service! I called and got an appt same-day to change a burnt out tail light, thinking they d have to take the whole bumper off to get at it (cause that s what the DIY video showed) and it turned out to be a 2 minute fix with no tearing apart required. The guy who helped me, Myles, was very courteous and gave swift service. Gosh I m grateful for people who know what they re doing! Go see Pep Boys for all your car needs!

Came in for a front break replacement and a bad bearing on the left side. Normally I love to work on my cars but with the strict rules many apartments have for fixing vehicles here in Washington, that was out of the question. First your front desk staff has one of the best customer service I've ever seen. Something that is truly rare in todays world and many businesses need to learn from your shop. Second a big shoutout to David who worked on my car, he explained to me what challenges he ran into while working on the bearing. David also noticed that the break pads that the shop received were incorrect. With that being said my car had to stay overnight, David and the shop saw that I walked from Canyon to the shop. As I was getting ready to walk home after the shop was closing. David generously offered to give me a ride home. I was very grateful for that ride. David, awesome job for having great customer service!!!! The following morning the shop called me and the car was ready. Richie assistant manager offered to pick me up and take me to the shop so I didn't need to walk again. Overall a great experience with the shop, definitely will do business with you guys again.

Came to Pep boys for rear brakes. Ended up getting front and back serviced. Miles helped to understand why and answer any questions I had on warranty and service. Even offering to show me what he was talking about on my own vehicle . Was straight forward and helpful throughout the process.Richie noticed an issue with an unrelated area to my service today and made sure to follow up/make sure I didn t leave until it was handled . He was willing to run to the auto parts store for me and make sure all inspection points and fluids were done complete. He saved me from future engine problems due to an incorrect coolant cap.Although I spent more than I initially planned today I was given great service at a price competitive for the work done. Service met the reviews that helped lead me to this location . Would recommend!

Everyone in the shop was a pleasure to work with! They gave me my estimate, let me choose what I wanted/could afford at the time & kept me updated through the whole process. Although they are definitely out of my way from where we live they have earned my trust and will take all my vehicles to them from now on?

As always, Pep Boys came through for me. I had my car towed to them as I heard a terrible noise coming from my brakes. Richie met me at the door and promptly looked into the problem. Within the hour they had fixed the problem and had me back on the road, AT NO COST!A renegade rock had lodged itself in the brakes.The Pep Boy team took out the rock, inspected the brakes and took it for a test drive to make sure no damage had been done. Another great experience with this team. Thanks Guys!

My 2017 Mazda lost a belt while driving on I-5. I had a friend who had used Pep Boys in Puyallup last year and so I reached out. 800-PepBoys number guided me through appointment set up, and towing arrangements. Text updates for every step of the process and car was back up and running same day! All for less than $500 - which blows my mind. Myles, Brandon, James and Chad were awesome! Thanks guys!

Myles and the crew took great care of my Cadillac ATS performance. I usually go to Larson Cadillac. Larson is great, but I felt really comfortable at Pep Boys. New Blades, oil change and 4 Goodyear Eagle tires. Costomer for life. Thank you !

I have had my car serviced twice at this location and the gentlemen there have taken great care of my vehicle. They are all so friendly with great attitudes. Richie helped me and he was wonderful to work with! I d recommend coming here.

I was in a couple weeks ago because I hit a curb and needed an alignment done. They noticed I had a bent lower control arm so my husband and I ordered that part and installed it ourselves and then took it back for the alignment. When we took it back we asked for an alignment and a wheel balance. They did not do the wheel balance the first time we asked. The second time we took it back to get an alignment a second time and a wheel balance because the car still wasn't riding smoothly, they performed another alignment and said they did a wheel balance. They also told me that all of my shocks and struts are going out and need to be replaced so I should take it to the dealership. When I took my car into the dealership, they said my shocks and struts were fine, however, my wheel was bent. I spent $120 at Pep Boys on the alignment and then I spent $180 at the Hyundai dealership for them to diagnose the problem that Pep Boys should have found. When I went in a 4th time, they did help me to make up for my first few visits. they put my new wheel on for free and did another alignment when it was done, which was helpful. They were also kind to my 4 year old in thr waiting room.

Friendly on the phone, great service , great people working here! They called me after I dropped off my truck because I needed new breaks in front. They called me and said they look fine I wouldn t change them. Explained what I was concerned about and made a happy life long customer !!!

this was my first time visiting a Pep Boys and their manager, Richie, was so unbelievably helpful. I had no idea what service my car needed and he figured it out quickly and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done to fix it. I will absolutely be coming back in the future.

I got four tires installed. The back right tire was installed backwards (i have asymmetrical tires) and the front left was balanced with an extra 3oz, causing my car to shake heavily. Had to spend an extra $100 at a different shop to correct it.Save some money and go elsewhere.

I woke up to a flat tire, Pep Boys was the only place that would help me. All the other tire places wouldn t schedule me an appt. for 4 days. The two gentlemen at the front counter were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were honest as they could have easily up-sold me a new tire but they did not, they repaired my tire, replaced the donut with the repaired tire, and had me out of the store in less that 30 mins. I can t say enough great things about my experience there!!
