I called around to a few places looking for the best deal for a new battery for my car. I could have saved maybe 20 bucks going to another location but the lady who answered the phone, Christa, was knowledgeable and helpful enough in helping me figure out what I needed and offered to test not just my battery but also my other electrical components like alternator to make sure there weren't more problems. I decided to go with O'Reilly and I was pleased that they saved in the system that I'm a veteran and so I didn't have to dig out my VA card for the military discount, which was nice. Christa was very helpful and patient with me and pulled out all the various tools that I needed to swap the batteries in the parking lot. All around a very good experience and I feel accomplished for having taken care of my battery issue myself, with help from the staff here.

We had multiple issues with our van and had to work on it in the O Reilly parking lot. While we were working on everything, Christa, Scot, Dezz, and a few others were an amazing help. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and helped us get done as quickly as possible.

Collin and Jordan, especially Collin were so helpful. My alternator went out in the O'Reilly parking lot and they took out the battery to charge it so I could drive it to my mechanic. They we're helpful and let me hang out for a couple hours in the store and chatted when they had time. Answered my questions, etc.

I went in to make a return today and in short Scott and Ethan have INTENSE attitudes. As a young woman, going into an automotive store is intimidating as it is but to have two older gentleman have such aggressive an intense attitudes towards me was extremely unnecessary and made the whole situation very frustrating. I bought a new GAS CAP from two kind and prudently helpful men named Collin and Jordan and they were nice enough to go the extra mile and clear the codes on my car and say if it wasn t the reason my check engine light came back on then I could come back within the return time and get a refund. First I go in explaining to two older gentleman named Ethan and Scott that I had just bought this gas cap and was told I could get a refund if it wasn t the problem with my car, Ethan and Scott asked if I had my receipt I told them I did not and Ethan immediately interrupted me and refused any help at all. Although Scott was inclined enough to ask if I used my phone # when I bought the item they both made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience to them in an otherwise empty store. (I did use my phone # when I bought it so they huffed and brought it up on the computer and told me to hand them the box) I explained to them multiple times that the new one I bought was currently still on my car and I wanted to swing in and see if a refund was still possible before I put the old one back on and brought the new one back in bc again when I bought it I was told if it wasn t the problem I could return it in a timely manner. I don t know if they didn t hear me right or what but after they had opened the box Ethan especially had a condescending tone with me, he mansplaned to me that if you want your money we need the one we sold you I said right, as I just said it is still on my car. With such condescending tones I felt defensive and defeated and caught myself thinking just leave and go somewhere else. I go to grab the new gas cap I bought and I parked right outside the doors so they could see me take the new gas cap off my car and put the old one back on, Scott came busting through the door and yelled at me that I couldn t return it if it was used, mind you it had only been on there ONE day, I said okay not a big deal. I completely understand companies having certain policies and if I had just been misinformed then that was that but I was not causing a fuss about it at all but the arrogance and condescending attitude these two had with me was uncalled for and unappreciated. Scott ushered me inside and said he d give me a refund but I told him it s not necessary if it was a problem or caused them more trouble then necessary but they gave me the refund anyway giving me dirty looks and no instruction on when the money would come back to me, bc I know it s not always instant but I was just inclined to think they gave me the refund as a way to shut me up and get me out of the facility. All in all I got my refund but if I had known I was going to be made out as an idiot and an inconvenience I wouldn t have even bothered going in. I hope this review reaches the right audience who can take appropriate action but I will not be doing business with anyone at this location but Jordan and Collin.

I just wanted to thank the young man (Collin) who sold me and installed a battery for my Jeep Wrangler today. He was very professional and had it swapped out in no time.. This helped me out significantly and I am very thankful. I wish there were more young people of his caliber in his generation today.. Thanks Collin!!

This store has been my "go to" store, for years, so i've gotten to know some of the staff. Sandra (i think she's the manager) is awesome! She really knows her stuff! I had to return a core, today, for a part i purchased in 2017 ( it was collecting dust on a shelf in my garage!) and she was able to find it in the archives!! Thank you, Sandra! I really appreciate your time and effort, helping me out, today! I also appreciate the cleanliness and order of this store. Always seems to be well stocked and maintained! Thanks, again!!

Called to ask about a temporary vehicle window cover. online states that this is a product that is carried at many of O'Reilly's locations. When speaking to the associate he was extremely quick to say no . So I asked him if he knew what I was talking about to which he indicated no I do not.so I requested to speak to somebody else in the chances that I may get somebody more knowledgeable or at least maybe somebody who would ask someone that would know being as this product is listed online at O'Reilly's locations. I was placed on hold and waited at least 5 minutes before I decided to hang up and attempt another store. Happy report as I called the other store was told they do have the product along with the price I visited the other O'Reilly's location and was able to get the product I needed. As a company very happy now the particular associate that I spoke with the first time unfortunately they leave a lot to be desired if you don't know what somebody is talking about then maybe you should ask a question to a superior that would know

Helped in every way. Correct part the first time and they even installed them right there in the parking lot no extra charge. They were polite attentive and the place was well organized and clean. Price were reasonable too. I like how bright the store was and how the price labels were easy to read

My daughter came to me crying once she got home because one of the employees at this store. She said his name was David a older man with a pony tail he was constantly looking at my 18 year old daughter.. making her uncomfortable and told her all the wrong parts for her car. Then followed her out the store and watched her pull out the parking lot. I am truly enraged at this situation my baby girl should not have to worry about things like this while going out in public. Hopefully orileys can teach there staff more respect to customers.

The manager is a great human being! I'm from out of country & had to change a signal bulb. He came outside & did the change for me himself! I wanted to reciprocate by buying him a fancy coffee but he said no, that he just wanted to help. If he reads this - I did pay it forwards Thank you for being an awesome human & I appreciate the help yesterday!

I needed to get replacement wiper blades. The counter clerk was very knowledgeable and welcoming. He helped me find the right parts for a great price. He even showed me how to replace them at no charge. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Horrible, unprofessional staff. I witnessed an employee honk at someone who was training their service dog in the corner of the parking lot while the person was waiting for her other dog to get seen across the lot at the vet clinic. The woman was driving a large white SUV, and she had originally pulled into a different parking stall until she decided for whatever reason to back out, pull out and inch close to the woman with the dog, and then honk. She told her that dogs are not welcomed in the parking lot, and the woman proceeded into the building. It looked like a disgruntled, old, mad customer at first because she did not wear a mask into the store; turns out to be an employee. The individual with the dog was very upset because of what happened and she seemed to try to figure out if that person in the white SUV was just some random customer, or an employee. It turned out to be an employee. What kind of employee backs out of a parking stall to park closer to someone, and then proceeds to honk at the person? The lady with the dog was upset, and had some paper work printed out about ADA laws. The business manager seemed uncaring, and very uneducated on the matter of ADA laws. You guys seriously need to work on professionalism, and not have your employees just honking at people who are unknowingly waiting their turn a a pet clinic who choose to walk by your parking lot to let their dogs sniff by the bushes or whatever. How rude that I see employees walking into their business not respecting masks, as well as honking at people like some idiot.

I went in to order a platform hitch for my cargo van, thinking I knew exactly what I needed. After discussing it with a very knowledgeable and helpful employee, it was clear I was about to make a mistake. I appreciate the time he spent pointing out the things I hadn't realized.

Poor customer service. Walked in waited for the employee to get off of his cell phone to pay for my two items. After he was done entertaining himself with his phone he then looks down at the register an says I can take you now.

I walk in and no ones wearing a mask. I ask the cashier if he can wear one and he literally rolls his eyes and scoffs at me. He puts his bandana on his face and then takes it off again after he grabs the item I was looking for. I don t know if he s that passionate of an anti-masker that he was trying to troll me or get a rise out of me but I deal with people like him at my job all the time. I don t care what your thoughts are on the virus, don t make me feel bad because I want to be safe and potentially be in more medical debt than I already am. Used to be my go-to-store but obviously not anymore. There was also another worker talking to someone, both didn t wear masks. Some people are just so delusional they can t get a grasp on reality and that s just sad

Staff likes to friend you so you buy from them with special discounts then slowly raises the pricing back up! This was in commercial, retail has always been slow here as they can't keep employees but I do know that there are GM's for this company that gets other woman to piss for people that can't pass drug test! Chose a better parts store without this bullshit!

These guys are complete idiots. When we walked into the store they completely ignored customers and talked amongst themselves. I said I have a question and he turned his back to me reading something and said yepppp. Totally rude and should not be working in customer service. I told them exactly what my car was and they sold me the wrong head light and then had no idea how to even help take it out or put it in. Every time I've gone to oreilly car places they have some knowledge. Deff sticking with auto zone for now on.
