They've got what you need, unfortunately just accompanied by terrible customer service. A broken hand and $300 for a new battery wasn't enough to get help dropping it in, or even help in choosing the right tool to get the charges off the old battery. Also, no other customers in the store. I don't often write poor reviews, maybe even ever, so that should also speak to the lack of quality customer service provided at this location. Truly disappointing in a time when folks could use help.

In from out of town and driving a relative s vehicle and noticed the back plate hanging by one screw. I stopped in this store just for a license plate frame and screws. Seeing so many options on the shelf in way of screws and anchors, I kindly asked if anyone would mind helping me figure out the best way to go. I looked at the clerks at the counter and pretty much walked up to one and asked if he didn t mind joining me in the isle and giving me a hand. I think anyone of them would have helped me, but Justin was great and I am so thankful for his assistance. He was very patient and helpful from the isle, to the checkout AND even spent a great deal of time helping me try to install my purchase on the vehicle - even when we ran into problems with screw length and the existing anchors. It was extremely hot outside and he stuck with me trying to help me resolve the issue. What a great guy with a great attitude. In fact, I found that all the clerks were helpful when I asked for advice on a good local car wash facility. In regards to the other reviewers that had a different experience, perhaps it is due to the way you ask for assistance and treat others as to how they respond to you. Thanks for your help, Justin!

My daughters battery died in the parking lot by Albertson s next to their store. I called and Justin answered, he said he could give her a jump with his portable battery? No questions asked. I am so thankful for the store. I will be using them for all my car needs. Thank you Justin!!

My battery recently needed a jump, so I took it to O'Reilly's to have my battery tested. The employee was really helpful. He tested my battery without a wait. I also appreciate their late hours!

Over the past several months I have been in to buy parts weekly, even daily at times. There has been a lot of new employees, most of whom are helpful and friendly. Sometimes not the most knowledgeable so it helps if you know what you need. Most of the employees are willing to look stuff up to find the right stuff. There is one employee that has no customer service skills or manners so try to avoid him. You'll know it's him because he will look you right in the eye and ignore you and then ask you "what do you need?" In a rude manner. Over all, the staff are friendly, the store is clean, and if they get it wrong they will get you the right stuff in the end.

Customer service 1/5. Not one word was said by the the kid at the register even after I said how s it going and thank you . Name was Armando and he didn t look like he wanted to be there at all. Maybe they just glad to have anyone hired

How many guys does it take to check out 1 person ? At this store the answer is 4. 4 employees at one computer with 1 customer. Really? With other customers waiting in line? Take your hard earned money elsewhere. These guys are not trained and do not know what they are doing.

They can't hire people that can push the correct buttons on a computer. Gave them their part number and was ordered wrong two times. Never again will I recommend or go to another OReillys store.

I'd give them 5 but there prices are too high. Lol. One of those guys went above and beyond to help me with an exchange. Not to many other stores have people who actually help you with what you are there for.

Some employees are very knowledgeable, but others are not, and I have had several occasions of being given the wrong part. The staff are all friendly and even when there is a line, it is usually fairly quick to get in and out.It IS critical to actually do price checking, since I found a few times when another place was considerably less expensive, although usually they are the more affordable choice. I also prefer to shop at locally owned stores, if they price match, so I highly recommend Baxter's

Went to o'reilly's on Canyon road in road they had a young kid working behind the counter with no desire to even be there has trouble looking up parts but they've got them there on a busy Saturday management should be ashamed of themselves. I came in there was a lady in front of me she was buying a pop and and a thing of oil she gave him a $100 he took the 100 he walked away didn't let her know.that he was going to go get change she was freaking out that she didn't know where her change was . he finally came back handered her the moneyI said Aren't you gonna count it back and then he finally did. yes but before he helped her he was helping me we looked up the part said he didn't have it but right on the computer said they had it. he wrote down the information then he helped the lady then he came back to me and and he asked me what I wanted and I said what you wrote down there was 3 other people in the store by that time.I left there was 15 I told him that I was gonna go to the competitor I won't be coming back especially on the weekends. But I actually went to O'Reilly on main Street.

This place is a joke I have a commercial account with orellies for more than 8 years but this store had the worst costomer service they don't take the time to look for your part over the phone so I needed front brake pads and rotors for a costomers 2008 ford f450 and a simple oil and filter I was put on hold for 20 min and then hung up the phone called back twice finally when I had someone's attention the dude told me that they don't carry parts for f450 that I was lookin for which were brake pads , 2 rotors , oil and filter and that he will order it for me and it will be there the next day . Next day waiting for my parts to arrive no one came to deliver so I went to the store to pick them up my self turns out the dude never ordered anything fact is that they had those parts sitting on their shelf all along so I could have gotten those parts the same day I called but the dude didn't even check if he had the parts , and said he would have to order it . Very disappointing . I rather drive to auto zone than go to this orellies store any day .

My husband stopped by for a distributor cap and a coolant temperature sensor to get out truck up and running after the rain showed. Gm found it funny to have no rubber seal on the cap to prevent moisture... All is well thanks to oreillys. No wait for parts, always fast friendly service.

These guys were so helpful. My check engine light came on and it was too late to go to a mechanic. I came here and asked if they knew anything about how I could find out what was wrong and they gave me a scanner and showed me how to use it (they couldn't do it because of social distancing). I found where to plug it in easily (because of their directions) and was able to run the diagnostics on my car. I am so grateful they were there available at such a late hour and that they spent the time with me (I don't know much about cars). They took the time to look up each of the codes the scanner gave me.I will be getting all of my car needs from here from now on.

Need to train some of the employees better on customer service and how to use the battery charger. Was told my battery was no good after waiting a hour for the battery to charge when another employee told me it was good it just needed to be charged. So I take it to auto zone guess what they say the battery is good just need to be charged. waited a hour an now my truck is back up an running.

This is the best store for parts, to ask questions, or ask for assistance! We drove from the auto zone we always have issues with, to this oreillys, and received EXCELLENT service with great attitudes! I don t know why we ever try those other guys honestly. If you aren t car savvy, that s ok, they don t make you feel dumb or bothersome AT ALL! Highly recommend this location and store in general!

Don Boggs went above and beyond to help me when I came in for some routine maintenance items. He noticed I was wearing a company shirt and painlessly set me up with a fleet discount to save my business money. His professionalism and service was far beyond what you would expect. He even suggested I come back after 1 day to get an adjustment on the items I bought which I did and received some money back with my newly acquired discount. I had been shopping at AutoZone before because it was closer but these guys have my business now.

Went to O Reilly's looking for a wheel cylinder for a vintage car, there rear end had been changed and did not what it was out of.I was helped Abraham ,he went way past what was expected, referenced computer when that didn't work ,began comparing the example I brought in,with parts on the shelf, he found the correct part.Lots of extra effort. Not the typical help from a parts store.Much Thanks.

Usually have what I need for jobs. Prices are a little high for the quality of parts you get. It's more convenient for me so I've stopped in after a vehicle delivery and put lights in to finshish a job and keep my customers safe on the roads. Parking here is though after the bar moved in

If you have the time save 100% and shop online anywhere else. These people are nothing more than cashiers in a uniform, do not expect them to know ANYTHING. I have had employees here misquote the writing on a package right in front of me.

Was just in (12:45pm) there trying to get a price match on some lift gate struts. Was told I had to sign up for ANOTHER wholesale account even though I have 3 others. I dont have time to sign up for another account every time I walk into one of their stores. Went to Autozone down the road. Price matched and out the door in less than 5 min. Wish I got names so I could tell their sales guy why I don't buy from them. I have dealt with them as a retail customer and they have generally been ok.

Auto part stores are all pretty much the same. What makes them different is the help you get from employees. This O'Reilly does great.

The help at the counter although they were somewhat helpful their attitude was indignant and as if we were not good enough or did not deserve to be in the presence of the O'Reilly's hierarchy also attempted to cause problems at my shop going as far as taking my picture to verify an account in which I am on when she was specifically told we would be paying cash and tax point being these are not the people I want handling my parts my money or spending my time with I doubt I will be going back to the Canyon Road O'Reilly's anytime soon or any of my friends for that matter or coworkers thank you for nothing O'Reilly's employees Saturday evening of the 18th.
