Stopped here a couple of days ago because my check engine light came on as I was leaving work and David helped me out. He ran diagnostics, figured out the code was for my coolant/thermostat, filled my coolant for me, and printed a quote for the part I might need if that didn't fix the problem. Luckily, I drove home without any issues and the check engine light has since disappeared. Very grateful for David's excellent customer service, he was super friendly and helpful.

I pulled into the store yesterday with a car battery that had been acting up and needing a jump/testing. Shay, one of the staff members promptly brought out the equipment and tried to get my vehicle started but the battery was too far gone. As always, I was in a hurry and had appointments to go to. Shay competitively shopped a new battery, provided guidance and the tools needed which allowed me to replace the battery in a short time and make my commitments. This was outstanding customer service by Shay and made O Reilly s my go to store for auto parts and accessories. I recommend without reservations.

David at the counter was so kind and helpful. He changed my windshields wipers and it was near freezing outside! He was quick from looking up my part to installing my wipers. His coworker was also very kind and funny!

O'Reilly for the win!! I needed a headlight replaced. Went in and David was quick to help. Found just what I needed and he went out and replaced it for me. David was so helpful. I can't say thank you enough for helping me get home safely. Thank you O'Reilly and David!!!

i work with jason..he was great...very knowledgeable and patient..even when he helped me initially on my issue with my 750i bmw he took care his customers and came back to check on me and we figured out the issue..ironically he saved me 1500.00 because i was going to take it to bmw ...great guy and excellent people skills..im a black man and i felt very very comfortable with him..10 stars for jason..

Shay is absolutely outstanding. Customer service above and way beyond the call of duty.Needed an intermediate brake hose for my truck, long story short the lines come straight and you have to bend them, to boot all the lines in stock everywhere close to me had smaller or bigger fittings than my brake lines. Shay went wayyy out of her way to help me. I spent hours in the store yesterday and about every minute Shay was right there to help. She assisted in every aspect of what I needed from picking the line to cutting it and getting her hands dirty flaring the line so it can be used. I have never spent this much time in a auto parts store and I have never had an employee stand there and literally help me work on parts for my truck, in the end things did not work out but it doesn't matter because my time there was nothing short of an amazing experience. Shay stood out as a rock star but the whole staff was outstanding making sure they stepped in to help other customers so Shay can continue helping me. Thank you O'Reillys staff and HUGE thank you Shay. I will be back because of you.

I went down there to get some oil for my CRF 250 and to pick up oil for another Bike America oil change on the two young kids that were there were very helpful I forget their name that they were doing really good job

Because i am female does not mean i am beneath the cashiers. Good ones leave and even if a woman was a cashier some stores gotta flirt w my bf which gets so unprofessional and embarrassing for them (Puyallup)

O... O... O... O Reilly's! So we all know O Reilly's is a pretty darn good store to begin with. Which makes this particular branch stand out from other establishment's. Employee knowledge\attitude\gumption\eagerness are above average. They really put themselves in the shoes of the customer to have the best outcome possible for each automotive scenario. 5 stars from this weekend warrior

I gave one star because I didn't have the option of giving no stars. This was probably the worst example of customer service a parts store could have. I went there to get the codes on my ford super duty truck to double check the codes that Autozone read and provided a print out of the report. When i asked the female rep at the counter she rudely said She needed my drivers license and them handed me the reader and said plug it in and turn on on the ignition, this while calling the next the customer in line to come up to the counter so she could help them. So much for protecting my health by social distancing. Apparently she thought social distancing applied to how close customers were to her. Went out, attached the reader which confirmed the codes and brought it back in. She threw my drivers license on the counter while taking the reader. I asked her if she could print out the report which she said they didn t do. I asked her if I could get the codes then and she said there aren t any codes showing which meant she erased them. If you are looking to be treated rudely then this store is for you.

Great location. Definitely a clean and tidy store. Had everything I was looking for. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely will stop back in great community resource for those DIY auto mechanic

I was pleasantly surprised when i came in for some simple things and was not treated different due to my gender. At other auto shops, I'm treated like i don't know what I'm buying when i can clearly understand the function of a headlight or alternator belt. Simple things. This place treated me like a normal customer and made buying no stress at all

The employees at this location are super helpful and are always willing to go above and beyond! On top of that it seems like they are always the cheapest auto parts store in town and if they're not then they do price match! All in all this is one of my favorite auto parts stores to go to.

This review should be read by the store manager. The staff, who helped me, were not friendly or even say hello when I walked in to the store. Acknowledge the customer is the basic skill in customer service but I did not see it here at this store. The staff, lady who wore glasses in her mid forty, mocked my pronunciation for my last name. She said she was glad I spelled it for her because the spelling was not even close to how it should be pronounced. That was why I spelled it our for you, your welcome. I will come tomorrow and picked up my item that she ordered for me. Hopefully, I will have a chance to interact with other staff and update my review
