They did a great job on my car! Insurance company sent me here, and my car was returned looking better than it did before the accident. I appreciated the quick turn around once I scheduled my appointment. I would use this service again, although I hope I never need them!

I chose this place because Toyota of Puyallup referred me, but I wish I would have read the reviews first, before making my decision. I am unsatisfied with the workmanship that was done to my car and not to mention the ADDITIONAL damage done to my hood and windshield that were not there prior to drop off! I am still trying to resolve that situation 5 days later after pick up, BUT I am the one having to call to check on the status. I also have to come back for them to finish the original job because they didn't have all the parts I was told they had in the first place. No ETA on that either.... I changed my original 1 star rating to a 3 star because the manager is honoring their satisfaction gaurantee on their workmanship by fixing the original work. They are also doing the right thing and taking responsibility for the additional damage that was done while in their possession. I appreciate an honest company, and I am grateful that the issues will be resolved.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Needing body repair on my 2005 Honda Civic due to left rear bumper, left quarter panel damage due to an unfortunate event I made arrangements to drop off the car first week in March. After one week I returned to pick it up and was so HAPPY with the job NW Auto CC did, my car looked brand new. Absolute worst customer service experience. I scheduled appt in December for body repair on my rear door after minor accident. I was called and told that they wouldn t be able to take me on their scheduled date. Next available date was over 2 weeks away so I took it. They call me a day ahead of appt. (Today) and say again they need to cancel my appt again. For over a month my truck has has taken metal damage/rust because these guys can t get it together. Would never recommend this business.

My insurance recommended this place for body work after my accident. Dropped my car off a month a go, they told me they would keep me updated but have left it up to me to call and ask about my car. They ordered the wrong part twice and I still do not have my car. Called and asked why my car has been in for a month and was put on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up. Still wondering when I'm goibg to get my car because my insurance does not cover a rental and I still have to get to work.

Excellent service from a small family-owned business. Their quote was literally 1/3 of the other shops, and they were easy to work with for some work without involving insurance. Had the car ready exactly when they said it'd be ready. Hope we never have to, but if we do, will definitely be back.

Went to this auto body shop because of some road damage my 2019 Camry got in the driver side door. Ended up having to replace the whole door. Service was fast, high quality work was done, very knowledgeable, and kept me updated with the work on the car and the insurance. I arrived with front end damage. I was able to leave my vehicle that day. After giving my budget these professionals strove to honor it and saved me 200-600 dollars.All my calls, texts, and emails where answered promptly and in a meaningful way by Momo the front office personnel/mechanic.After multiple deliberations of choice of action and multiple estimates I never felt my lack of experience and multiple redundant questions where a burden. Momo patiently worked through each aspect of the process with me and ultimately reduced my level of anxiety.The time frame I was given was followed exactly to the day.The overall finished product I am very happy with. This being my only vehicle these professionals strove to get me back on the road as fast as possible. This shop is the best that I have personally been to. Got into a big accident that left my car in shambles, all the check engine lights where on, flat tires, battery dead and paint busted. Got into contact with MohammedAli(MoMo) and he was so professional, he knew what needed to be done for the car and he took care of the services that needed to happen. Best auto-body shop that I have been to. The car looks and drives great now and has been problem free for the past few months. My Girlfriend and I selected this shop because it was convenient and when we stopped by we met the owner Tony and The Manager Andrea-From the moment we met them they were awesome! We have a Red Truck that was vandalized and other than the recent vandalism is near perfect as its my girlfriends baby. We knew Red was a hard color to match but we were sold that this shop could do it the best after meeting the staff. Let me tell you-this paint job is a perfect match, she loves it and its simply back to being her baby, thank you very much! My wife took her car here after and accident and we got the car back with unsatisfactory worksmanship and additional damage. They repaired the unsatisfactory work, but it still looks shotty. Brought my car in a few months ago for a quote and never received it. I even called multiple times to get that quote and was assured that it would be sent to me. I checked my spam folders and confirmed the email address on file with them, and still nothing. Poor customer service. I didn't end up going through with the quote, because the quote didn't exist.

The staff was unhelpful and rude. Poor communication, non-existent follow-through, and a lack of care for customer service. I m not the easiest customer, I m the first to admit that, but I do expect a base level of competence from the professionals I hire. This company couldn t even remember my email address for a quote after I provided it on multiple occasions. Very unhappy with this business, I had to take my car in 3 different time to continue to repair and fix things that were not completed the first time. This time it was suppose to go in for a quick fix and it has been 2 days and I still don't have my car back.
