Even though they were unable to find the part for my 76 year old car, they took the time to turn over every stone looking for it. They even abandoned the computers and looked in these strange things called "Books" during the search.

Placed an online order simple instock item. Went to pick it up and was told I had a 4 hour wait. The store was EMPTY and there was 1 order on board before it. I could have picked filter off shelf myself but he wouldnt!! We canceled order and will not be back.

First, this location does not accept used oil.Ordered part online late night and was able to pick it up at reasonable time the next day.

Worst costumer rude front counter I never had .I have to tell the guy in the front counter liked 4 times the part what I need even with all info of the part what I need.Also why smell liked liked cigarettes all the time inside the store isn t spouse be free smoke area well that s my humble opinion thanks

This location, had what I needed, but didn't feel welcome, so I went to the sumner location and bought items there. I'm the only one in the store, you would think you could come from behind the counter to give your customers a more personable experience. Maybe it was just too hot of a day.

Customer service was top notch. Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with answers to all of my questions and making sure I didn't forget anything I would need to complete the job at hand. I am grateful for people like him.

The employees here are always super helpful and friendly. We purchased new brakes, rotors, and a caliper. We switched them out and brought our old caliper back, and recieved a rebate. They made the process super easy and we got the money back right away. My go to auto parts store.

Very quiet, old school shop. Great customer service from Brian. Very attentive on helping, to make sure I buy the right product for the job I am doing. Very professional receipt. Don't make them like that no more. Highly recommend if your in the area and looking for quality service and tools.

April 2022 ...Pre-Purchased oil online... picked up a little while later... quick in and out!2018.... OK customer service, very busy & clerk behind counter seemed over worked. He didn't have 1 of the 3 items I needed and couldn't tell me if any other NAPAs in the area had it in stock.

Really appreciated the parts counter guy named Wally. I wanted very specific valve cover gaskets, and he took my number and did a lot of looking thru the many performance catalogs, and hooked me up with precisely what I needed!! He took the time to make sure I was happy.

Amazing staff. They are always extremely helpful even when I come in with complicated parts. I always leave this store smiling. Every person I have talked to is very nice and they always help me find the answers to my mechanical problems. Could not recommend more.

I was there to get a headlight bulb, that burnt out wbile I was at a grocery store about a mile away. Stopped in, got the bulb, switched it out. Done. I also grabbed a can of BG 44K, while there, as well.

I have only been here for 7 months but they have treated me very well which has returning numerous times for parts.Janet and the guys have had to investigate and find parts for me which they have offered me alternatives every time.They seem to be the only car parts seller who has a worthwhile guarantee on car batteries. All of the competition out there offers Two or three year replacement on thier warranty. These guys have 84 month batteries depending on what you buy it is two or three yr replacement and another 3 to 4 yrs prorated replacement.Their batteries have been $60.00 or more cheaper than anywhere else.They always have my online order ready when I get to the store.

I got some bad gasoline in my car and Brian was very helpful. He showed me the right product to buy and even put it in my gas tank. I will definitely be back for other automotive needs.

I just had the worst customer service experience of my life here. I've worked retail for 8 years, where the customer leaving happy is the top priority. I needed a bearing pulled, and a new one pressed. I was going to do the rest of the assembly. My first visit they said that they don't know how good the bearing would be after they pulled it. Keep in mind that this is a bearing they know nothing about because I didn't buy it from them. So I would need a new one. They also refused because I had a cracked toner ring, nothing to do with the bearing and I was already replacing it. So I go buy a new bearing form a local shop I know and get deals from. Once I return they refuse again. This time they say that the manager said no because if they press the bearing I can't get my rotor on so they won't touch it. I just want my bearing pressed into the outer ring and I don't press the inner till assembly. And the rotor goes on after that anyways. They still refused and the manager wouldn't come speak with me. So now I'm stuck and the seems guys wouldnt help and continually talked down to me. I will never return hear and never buy parts from these guys. Orileys knows more. And they only have kids who click buttons.

Took my heads here to be machined and was very displeased. I ended up taking my heads and business to another Napa instead. They gave an inaccurate quote and in the end refused to give me a price before I consented for the work. Also the customer service was really crappy. I asked some questions and was treated rudely. The counter person was impatient and short. They also charged me $20 for inspection even though I didn't have them do the work. I won't be back.

I called ahead to inquire if they had a part. Gentle man was professional and helpful. When I arrived my item was ready to go. Great fast friendly servic.

It was my first time going to this particular location I really appreciate how they were all helpful even offered to double check my order to make sure it was it was exactly what I needed for my particular car. And because of that I am planning on getting all my auto parts from them and anyone that I know needs auto parts I am going to recommend that they go to this location.

The gentlemen working there are both knowledgeable and easy going. If they dont have it they find a way to get it. And just because they dont find it in the computer doesn't mean they cant get it. They actually will grab a parts book to search for it.
