Terrible job!! Don t come here for repair services. We had to bring our truck back four additional times after they supposedly completed all the work. Not to mention how we had to bring it the first time for the bid and then again for the work to be done once the parts came in so six times total. Who knows if they got it right this time. I will keep the post updated. They don t know what they are doing and on top of it never once considered compensating us for our time having to come back and fourth four additional times and having to coordinate for pick up and drop off. I definitely do not recommend them nor will I ever come back for any other work to be completed.

Wonderful staff constantly giving me updates on where my car was during the repair process! They made my car look brand new again! I highly recommend them & if one of my vehicles ever gets damaged in the future, I will definitely be taking my car here again!

The paintwork came out amazing! After it was redone a second time because they used the cheapest clearcoat available the first time. After I paid extra for good clear coat the second time. And, after I paid extra, out of pocket, for someone else to cut and polish the enire thing by hand. And the turn around time. Make sure tou have plenty of rental on your insurance.

Waited a month to get my car in. When I arrived, my rental wasn t ready. They wanted to replace a repairable OEM bumper (with minor damage) with a cheap aftermarket part and keep my OEM bumper to probably sell to another customer! Scam artists!Shop manager told me to take my car elsewhere and they didn t want my business because I wouldn t sign their damage/theft waiver.Last time I took a car here at the request of an insurance company, they added 260 miles to the odometer and drained the gas tank. Yep, they drove my car for their leisure! Not going through that again.SHADY BODY SHOP! Read the review from their previous employee and other customers who were previously scammed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!

I had a good experience getting my front bumper replaced, from estimate to repair time. Took 1 week for repairs, although they are booked for a few months out, sooner than others, who were 6+ months out.Jason and the receptionist staff were professional and informative, great experience overall! I'll be coming to them for any other repairs.

Refuse to have conversations like adults. Demanding respect, yet not willing to give respect. Toxic work environment. Nearly hit my vehicle TWICE as I was leaving, and when I brought it to their attention, both the Shop Foreman and the Owner in training gave me the most blank looks I've seen in years. Like it was MY fault they nearly hit my vehicle! The Better Business Bureau was contacted,and hopefully they'll be under much more scrutiny within the month! Take your repair work elsewhere,and don't give ANY of your hard earned money to these foolish childish afronts to good service.

My fiance and I had to get our car fixed and I came to meridian collision and had an awesome experience. They kept us up to date on all aspects of the repairs. Highly recommend going to meridian collision to get your vehicle repaired.

Gieci made us bring our vehicle here. Damage was tire was almost severed from vehicle. Took 3 weeks to fix, no walk around at delivery, did not restore spare, writing still on windshield. I then noticed some damage that was overlooked at initial inspection...after 2 phone calls saying no no no I bring it in person and manager Mike tells me with straight face quote " you know they just slap these vehicles together at assembly". Now after geico re approves more work he cannot see me for 3 months. Must be nice to manage a hack shop and have the insurance company funnel the work in. I'm confident they wouldn't be getting it because of the business is doing quality or customer service.

Took my truck to them for collision repair zero contact from them had my truck for 2 weeks. Should have been done in 1. They appointment was made 6 weeks prior. They had been in contact with the paying insurance company. No reason to be waiting on parts. When I picked it up looked great except for where they chipped the bed putting the bumper. They were very nice on agreeing they needed to fix it. 6 days later they contacted me to bring it in. Was told it would only be a few days. Well dropped it off Saturday for a Monday appointment. It's now Friday and they might get it back to me Monday.. save yourself the headaches go elsewhere. Went there because they could get it in the earliest what a mistake.Service: Painting

Very unprofessional. I stopped by for an estimate and they told me as my insurance had already estimated the damage they just need to be tagged to the claim and they can set up repairs. Once I did that they told me the estimate from my insurance was not enough and I need to bring the vehicle down. I expressed I live 1.5 hours our and had my vehicle there a few weeks back and was told something different. This company needs to get all their staff on the same page when speaking to their customers.

I took my 2007 Volkswagen Jetta gli to meridian collision back in September 2022. They had it for about 6 weeks. They left my car unlocked and my $500 subwoofer got stolen out of it when it was supposed to be in there locked lot. We worked with Bruce who was supposed to be the manager he was extremely rude about it. He did not want to help us for it then they left my car all scratched up then they took 6 weeks just to total it. It was a bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone. We have brought four cars there and paint was peeling off one of them and they left the seat broken on our truck. I would never go there again and would never recommend it to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was extremely disappointed when I got into a car accident. I was even more dissatisfied when my insurance sent me to a collision shop in south puyallup and I live in Auburn. I did not have rental on my policy and I am a single mother without a support system so I had to take the bus back to Auburn after dropping off my vehicle which took a couple hours because of transfers but Meridian Collision was kind enough to give me a ride to puyallup station. Because my vehicle was brand new, it took longer to repair and I had to bring it back to get some unseen wiring damage repaired and Meridian Collision was incredibly flexible with my busy schedule which I immensely appreciated with the long distance I had to travel. I m an extremely honest person so I don t tell people I m happy when I m not. Their customer service made my stressful loss bearable for what it was. I would have been so much happier if my insurance adjuster hadn t assumed fault, which has nothing to do with the Collision Shop.

Just went in to get a quote. Damage was a pushed in front fender. The service person, said they didn't do painless dent removal, and our car damage was a perfect candidate for this process. Painless dent removal is a cheaper way to remove certain dents that don't have damaged paint or be creases in the metal. I appreciated his honesty. Very few companies give away money! Great job!

Cero Stars! The worst shop! Don't go there. I had an accident last October and Geico recommended this shop so I left my car there for 1 month and half then they called me and told me my car was fixed (a total lie). With the rainy days I have water coming inside my car so the floor was totally covered so I called them and they told me to bring the car back to fix it so I did it. The most dishonest shop they only put a stack of paper on my SUV floor and run the AC for 3 weeks after that they assure it was fixed and it wasn't so I communicate with Geico about this horrible service and they change the shop, and I'm still dealing with this problem. Don't go there I do not recommend it at all.

Did not replace trim panels, barely shoved broken panels back into place and said they fixed them. Painted a door and forgot the door handle. Did the window at the door and the door handle hasn t worked right since. When I brought up any of the issues I had found I was told that I d had my vehicle back for a while and they definitely didn t do it. Over a decade I ve been in the automotive industry and this is the only bad experience I ve had dealing with another shop.But the greatest experience of all is having a rear windshield replaced through insurance. Two weeks after installation at Meridian Collision a defrost tab falls off. Could be defective part, right? Call and they take care of it under warranty. A few short weeks after that it happens again... and again. On the second replacement they tell me that GM won t warranty the glass; I call GM and they tell me that the body shop isn t stretching the defrost cables out before connecting them and it s part of the replacement procedure, as they told them on the previous warranty. They agreed to send another glass after a brief conversation. Really wasn t difficult.While picking my vehicle up Meridian Collision tells me they ll refuse to warranty again. So much for that lifetime warranty , which they say is on their workmanship. Well, it s their workmanship of not following a simple procedure that s caused me so much headache. But they couldn t, float the labor anymore. Roughly three weeks after the replacement... a defrost tab falls off... AGAIN!I work in automotive, so I just soldered the tab back on this time since they won t stand behind their work. But the entire reason for me writing this long winded review is that the pigtails for the defrost tabs were still completely coiled and it was obvious they had still not followed the proper installation as advised by the manufacturer. So every time this glass has failed, I believe to be due to their poor workmanship.Also I m still waiting on a rear entertainment center that they ve been paid for by my insurance company. My vehicle was vandalized Oct. 19 and I m still dealing with it in Apr. 20 mainly due to this body shop.I try to keep quiet unless I have something nice to say, but this place was pretty terrible.

Just bad service. The guy initially just seem like he didn t want my business. He tells me he will be with me in a minute well 10 minutes later he tells me to fill out a form, ok. 20 minutes he decided to do the inspection an said after the inspection he will have a quote with in 15 min. 40 min later he quote me for $9000. I wish I can show y all the damage. I got the car from an auction. I guess a tree fell on the rear driver side ( quarter panel damage and rear window busted out ). The previous owner decided to screw the driver side rear bumper for an immediate fix. And the passenger side bumper was hanging loose. I guess my problem is too small; unlike the insurance companies because they pay the big bucks. Listen, I understand business and I wasn t looking for a cheap fix but $9000, really. There was one guy that seem cool; we had a small discussion about there seating for costumers. Other than that, just bad service.

I had a scary collision that did a lot of damage to my front bumper of my Kia Optima, Geico had paired me with Meridian Collison having no prior experience with this team... but I am glad I got to experience my repairs with them. Tiffany was professional and kind any time I called and instead of "try calling back" she would ping Mike for me and see if he was available which was a nice change compared to what I'm used to. Mike was great and was able to answer all the questions I had in terms I understood and I knew I was in good hands. Picked my car up over the weekend and the man covering who I didn't quite catch his name was as also very professional. Picked up my car and looks brand new! They cleaned the whole outside of my car down to all the tires and it was a beautiful and clean job - you could not tell basically my whole front bumper was torn off. Thank you Meridian Collison team for a great experience during a scary time, I will be recommending anyone I can to you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got my Kia Optima repaired after getting a large scratch on the front left fender. The team at Meridian Collision was friendly, helpful and timely. The results of the repair was great. The car was finished on time as they said and it looks great. They detailed the car after they were finished and it even had that new car smell!Overall, I am very happy with my experience.Thank youLaura

My car was in the shop from November-February from a car accident where my airbag was deployed on the passenger side. They were super transparent about where they were at with the process of getting parts that had a delayed delivery. Towards the end they were giving me calls to give me updates on what was left to do with my vehicle. Flawless pickup. They had my keys ready, ran my card and took the keys for the rental then told me where to pick my baby up at.Thank you Meridian Collision Center!

We are new to the area. Our insurance referred them to us.Took my Mercedes SUV in w/an expected 5 day completion time frame. it was finished a day early. My vehicle was cleaned inside & out. I arrived 5 min to closing to pick up my vehicle due to traffic & they did not rush me. They were patient in processing my deductible payment, inspecting the vehicle, explaining the warranty. Impressed!

Recently my vehicle experienced drivers side door damage when the wind blew it into a post as it was being used by a relative. We mutually decided to use Meridian Collision due to the cost competitive quote they provided. The work was done within the time frame estimate. Unfortunately, this is the best part of the experience I can relate.Upon picking up my vehicle (after waiting at the counter for someone to finally show up and waiting another 20 minutes for the estimator to go across the street to retrieve the car.....only after he engaged in a 15 minute personal conversation with another employee as I stood there waiting), I noticed an extra piece of the door sitting in the center cup holder. Was told that this piece was no longer required since they had fixed the door "completely".Within 24-48 hours my door started rattling, the door speaker fell out, I discovered that Meridian had broken the door plastic for my door shelf holder and that "extra" piece was actually something that should have been place back into the door.A week later I did receive a follow-up call to ask about my service experience and I shared my story above. The person on the phone indicated that I should call back my estimator and set up a time to come get things looked at and maybe fixed. Well, I called back and left a voicemail, that was over 3 weeks ago with no return call yet. The entire responsibility of getting the job done right is on me with this approach......I have to be inconvenienced to get Meridian to do the job right and fix their errors (i have to call....again and again, schedule time for my car to be away, etc.) To fix something Meridian did wrong from the very start.This is not a good business, they do not understand customer service and they do not appreciate or value their customers. Stay away!

Meridian Collision goes above and beyond repair service. I have had to take both my vehicles in to be repaired at different times. Both separate services were AMAZING!!!!The wait time to get my vehicles in were only a couple days which other places said over a week or more.The quality of their work is top notch and you can t notice a difference of where the repairs happened.They also finished the repairs in a timely measure. It was only 4 days.My cars were returned to me cleaner than how I brought them in, inside and out . I was blown away by the attention to detail and care they took with my vehicles.I will always bring my cars here and refer Merdian Collision Center to everyone!!!!

I am very pleased with Meridian Collision and highly recommend them!!! Big Thanks to Chad and Kathy who I dealt with the most! They made getting my repairs done simple, easy, and everyone there was super friendly! I would use them again in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to friends, family, and acquaintances!!After reading the reviews on here I couldn t believe how many bad reviews there were on here. They aren t the cheapest place around, they are competitive with pricing but they do quality work. They aren t out to get your money, they are there to help repair your vehicle back to its original form. I saw a review about don t take it here if you re a girl because they will talk to you like you don t know anything about cars which is Ridiculous and so Not true. They treated me with respect and took the time to go over the whole process on what they would be doing with the repairs on my truck. I was there a few times and got to witness some people come in with attitudes and hear people on the phone being jerks to them. Let me just say, it s not ok to be a jerk and expect them to be nice back to you. Your behavior and how you talk to people isn t their problem, it s yours. It is not hard to communicate what you need fixed without being rude and condescending to them.I was given an estimate on how long it would take to fix my repairs and it was actually completed a lot faster than expected! I did notice part of my truck wasn t sitting right and they were very open, willing to fix, and correct it to make sure it meets my expectation; without hesitation!! They were apologetic for the mistake but as I mentioned it s totally ok because I know they will take care of it and fix it, no worries at all. My recommendation is to trust and go to them for quality repairs, they do their best to work with you and your schedule!Thank you Meridian Collision for repairing my truck and making it amazing again!! I appreciate your friendly staff and great workmanship!

I shopped for the best auto body repair shop for my truck. I was concerned about matching paint. They did a fantastic job on my repairs and the paint was perfect. I have found a great place no need to ever shop around. Great customer service. I highly recommend them !!!
