I called two days ago to check for their hours and availability. The man said that there was no appointment necessary for a check engine scan and to drop by whenever they are open. I went yesterday, March 3, 2024 after 2pm and the open sign was on, but there was nobody there at the shop. The back of Meineke has a lot of rust on the building objects and opened things that were damaged. You can see in the photo of the back of the building. So it looks like they went out of business.

I went to Meineke for a new muffler and radiator for my 92 4x4 Toyota. The crew there did a fantastic job. So excited. It runs better now than it did before I went there. Awesome job guys. Thank you so much!!

Was debating buying a vehicle from a small local dealer. Brought it to Meineke to have it inspected. The lead shop owner was great. He Pulled me aside after driving and testing it and informed me there may be an engine issue from an old code on the computer. I Then Decided to take the truck to Toyota who confirmed the issue , and it may be something major and is internal. Can t thank the Meineke lead enough from saving me from potentially buying a lemon. Highly rated and very trustworthy!

These guys did amazing work on my car!! They showed me pictures of the work they were doing, and kept me informed. In 1 day my car was repaired. They dont give you a sense of being ripped off like they do at SUBARU OF PUYALLUP!!! I will being going here from now on!!! Jason and the other fellow were amazing. I would recommend these guys to everyone!!

Highly recommended. Brought my 1989 Toyota in for a new fan belt. Made an appointment for the next morning @10:00am. I was out @ 11:45 and $200 under Toyota dealership. Fair price, honest shop, friendly knowledgeable staff. Ron @ the counter is helpful and friendly.

I had to get in right away for a brake service and Ron was so helpful! I got a full pre-ckeck with photos and a phone call update right away. He got me in and out far faster than my expectations! Thank you Ron and I will be back for future services!

This place was walking distance to my house and so I thought I would go in for an oil change on a sunny day and support locally. It was definitely higher in price compared to where we usually go in Sumner, for a basic oil change and the technology and office is pretty outdated, the gentleman that helped me (Ron I think) wasn t super personable or friendly but overall it wasn t a bad experience to support a local business. Probably won t go back.

I really appreciate Ron for taking his time and actually showing me what's wrong with my car and breaking things down to English terms so I could understand what he is looking at and how to take my next step with my car but now I get to go back to the place where I got my car from and talk to the owner tomorrow cause more problems have occurred since I have gotten my car and haven't made my first payment on the vehicle yet. Don't buy a Chevrolet Cruze ltz.... Above 100k miles

They were willing to take care of my vehicle the same day( after Christmas). Caring and compassionate. Didn't try to turn me away. Will continue to take my vehicle to this repair shop. .

Most honest shop I ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Took my daughter s VW Jetta in because it was overheating. They replaced a couple of parts but it didn t work, unfortunately they didn t have the correct tools to move on to other parts that could be the issue, so they called with the bad news that they weren t able to fix it, The car was there for 3 days and they didn t charge us one cent. Could have easily charged us what they quoted us in the beginning, even though the problem wasn t resolved. Really grateful that they were so honest. I highly recommend this location just for that reason alone.

Jason and Ron are amazing people with the best service, best people skills, and smarts to figure out and care for your car! They have gained a permanent customer out of me and my friend that witnessed how they dealt and did business. Go here for your car needs, you will not be disappointed !

Judging from how small the indoor space is, it seems like they can probably get the jobs done pretty quickly. Needed a dim headlight replacement done and it seems like it worked out really well, especially since this headlight is pretty difficult to reach without removing a tire

Way over pricing for a 30 minute job. All I need to replace is the starter cord and a fan belt and it cost me $553 and the parts are not even worth $70 for both.

They got me in so quickly and were very nice. But at the end there was a older man there that was NOT SO nice dont know who pissed in his cherros that morning but it was not so nice. But over all I'm giving a 4 out of 5. Amazing work the other guy was such a nice guy..

I like this place. I can bring them parts and they will install them. No trying to sell me repairs I don't need. Last time I tried to install an O2 sensor myself. It was stuck pretty good, drop off vehicle and that handle it in a couple hours with no appointment.

I appreciated the honesty by Jason the manager when he looked at my Scion yesterday. I had another quote from a separate shop and Jason was able to save me about $400 bucks on my brake repair. Definitely earned my trust and I d come back again if anything. Gave me a solid assessment on repairs and maintenance for the next year that I ll need to look out for and schedule.Service: Brakes

I went into this location and scheduled an appointment and was told the oil change would be $54 and change. So I was very unhappy when I arrived at my appointment and was told that my bill would actually be over $71. I told the guy who checked me in that they should communicate that when they are asked directly what the cost would be, but all he did was explain the numbers. There was no apparent concern or agreement with what i expressed.Your mechanic suggested other repairs, but I think I'd rather look around for another shop, since I now have a lack of trust for this one. I realize everyone is busy, but maybe think about taking an extra minute to listen and give better information next time.Service: Oil change

Good overall experience. I went in for parking brake actuator replacement and headlight bulb replacement because the bumper needs to be remove to replace bulbs. I was quoted 4hrs of labor since I brought my own parts and paid nearly $700.00 but that's not an issue, I expected that much. I do feel like I was quoted more hours than necessary because they finished all the work in 2 I feel like I should have been charged for 3hrs instead. I can let the extra hour stay and attribute it to the mechanics experience but two hours is pushing it. I will let that go this time because they were extremely friendly, did really good work, and an extra hour or not isn't the end of the world. I will be going back so we shall see if it's a trend or just a one time thing.Service: Auto brake repair

Initially I went to the Ford dealership; had a horrible experience and then they tried to quote me $400 just to change out spark plugs, so I went to Meineke (which said would prob be around $100). My battery was also dead, so I wound up bringing it for a new battery as well.While doing the spark plugs they found a cracked valve cover which they replaced. Reasonable prices and they did a great job. Ron and Jason were both very friendly.They seem knowledgeable and trust worthy, especially about my car. I will come here for all my car care needs going forward.Services: Auto maintenance, Battery

Stopped by to just have them look at the brakes as they were sounding funny. I don t really drive that car, my teenager does and I was worried. Jason offered right then to drive it around the block to check, then took a look. Very bad brakes and not safe. Lifted it up and showed me right then. He and Ron got me a quote right away, and said they could do it that day! Since I lived nearby Jason even offered to drop me off at home first! Brakes were done within a few hours and the needed work was very reasonably priced, but they also Walked me through their amazing financing option too since it was a surprise expense. Thank you! Now I feel like my kid will be safe driving!Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection
