We had a great experience with Craig at Marketplace Auto. We had been looking for a vehicle for our growing family and needed something that fit 8 people and still had good cargo space. We were still just window shopping but Craig brought us right to the perfect one! It checked all the boxes! We ended up getting a Ford Expedition. The process was smooth and we had a great experience.

Rachelle was such a great person to work with. She heard our needs/wants and made it happen...and then some! She went above and beyond for us and I really appreciated it. Buying a used car can be a scary experience. You don t know who you can trust. I felt very comfortable and quickly realized that I was dealing with a very replicable group of team and like minded individuals. That s a rarity nowadays. They force nothing and let you make all decisions. Very important!

Amazing experience. Jake greeted us immediately, hooked us up with a test drive first thing, and answered all our questions. The staff is incredibly helpful, very friendly and kind, and patient. They were able to help us out when 4 other places wouldn t. We found our dream car, signed the paperwork, and walked out with the keys an hour or so later. I cannot recommend Jake and the team enough, I will send anyone and everyone I know to do their business here.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I ve had. Steve was incredibly patient, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. He answered all of our questions with honesty and respect and made sure we knew all of the information and details before we signed anything. He was absolutely amazing for the whole process. I had to bring my two year old daughter with me and the whole process took I believe a few hours, and he was even interactive with my daughter and helped to make it fun for her. I would hands down recommend market place auto to anyone looking to buy a car. They are absolutely wonderful! Very honest and trustworthy people. This is where I just bought my first truck and I could not have asked for a better experience.

My husband and I bought a SUV here and our mistake was not reading the reviews and did not research about consumer protection. They only post safety stickers but wont really do a thorough inspection of the car. You'll pay thousand of dollars of repairs that is not even covered by extended warranty. They only care bout numbers as long as they can sell the vehicle. The 1 star is prolly for very good marketing strategy but will give them negative to be honest. Please refrain buying a vehicle in this dealership and if you do, do a thorough research as WA state does not have a good Lemon law and wont protect consumers who bought used cars.

Marketplace is an amazing dealership. Quick service & very trustworthy. I highly recommend this business. Craig was very helpful. The car that I had bought from them a few years back, got stolen. Being a stressful Day . He had me test drive a few vehicles. Craig was very helpful with putting me in a car, with payments that I can afford. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.

Recently, my wife and I purchased a Ford F150 4x4! Rachelle was our sales person and she was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and worked very hard to answer all our questions and help us find just the right truck! I would recommend her to our friends and family. The other Marketplace Auto staff: Wayne, John and Craig and others were really friendly and helpful as well.

Thank you for your patience and working late to make sure I was happy with my purchase and for going the extra mile and putting gas in the car before I drove it home. Very kind and helpful place to buy a car and Ray is very patient and kind highly recommend! I even had a problem with my car, and when I brought it back, they fixed it at no charge, and even took it to the dealer to have the computer reprogrammed. Love my new car and appreciated the extra service that they gave me.

I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey with 18000 miles. It was in nearly brand new condition. I d been looking for awhile, and at more recent, used models, but they had higher mileage and missing/broken pieces. I feel like a got equitable value for what I paid and received. It s been just over 2 weeks, maybe closer to 3, and I m still loving it. I worked with Syre who wasn t high pressure and seemed to truly be interested in what I wanted. He even took the time to come in on his day off AND followed me home (about a mile away), so I could take my new vehicle THAT day and not have to wait. If I have to purchase a vehicle again, they d be one of the first places I ll look.

Craig is not your stereotypical car salesman. He was really great to work with and made me feel immediately comfortable making this big decision. He was honest and informative on things I had no idea about - I truly felt he genuinely cared and was looking out for my interest. I couldn t be happier with the service he provided and I m overjoyed with my purchase! I love love love my new SUV! I will definitely go back to him in the future!

We bought a van from Cecil he was very kind and friendly. We did not feel pressured to buy witch is a big plus . He left us alone to wander around and also discuss weather to buy or not.We also dealt with John when signing all the paperwork he also was very kind explained well very friendly.I t was a pleasure to buy from them.

Had a hell of a time with Glenn when we bought our 2017 Escape. Great people that were more than willing to help out and chat while we waited to hear from our bank. Those guys were determined to make sure we left with that car. Couldn t ask for anything more.

I waited a while to post my review just so I could get a good feel for my truck. I just want to start by saying Craig is a very nice guy. From the very beginning he was helpful. But, He s a car salesman, they are all trying to make their dollar. He wasn t pushy or anything with the cars which I really appreciated. We got right to the point like I wanted.Used car prices are high right now and MPA is taking good advantage with the pricing of their cars. I traded in a 2008 Lexus with some hail damage from Texas; they took an $8000 trade in offer from 2 other dealerships and dropped it to $6300 because the vehicle had structural damage . Once I decided I was going to take their offer because I wanted the truck we moved into the office. I told them I already had my own loan that I wanted to use which they were not fond of because weeks later I received about 6 letters from other credit unions and banks about the loan. Which I did not ask them to apply for. I was sitting at Craig s desk the majority of the day waiting for approval on my loan because it was an automated system as the bank location was closed. While I was sitting there waiting I saw other customers getting the full treatment that I was not. They were being offered drinks and food while they waited. I m coming in there and spending 20 thousand on a truck; why can t I be offered a soda and a sandwich? That ticked me off a little.Once all the paperwork was written up and I got my itemized price list is where things went south for me. Price of the truck about 20kThey have an etch program that they place serial number stickers on all vehicles on the lot and it costs $300. I have had my truck for 3 months, I have found 3 of these stickers that are allegedly on all the removable body panels. That program is a complete rip off. Needless to say I did not pay it and fought to get it removed. Now we have agreed on price and trade in. I have my final dollar it s time to move to the finance office and sign papers. I forget his name but the finance officer is very nice; didn t try to push warranties or anything extra on me. Sign the papers here s the keys goodbye.Not even an hour after leaving the dealership my check engine light comes on. Great, I pulled up to advance auto and had it scanned real fast. Turns out my MAF sensor is bad, not a big deal but clearly they have been deleting it.All in all, Craig is very nice and to the point guy. I would 100% recommend going with him if you come here.Look out for that etch bs and whatever fees they try to slide past you.

Craig, Elena and the entire team are incredible. They made the process so easy and were very accommodating. Even when someone's out of the office, they make sure that things will continue to move along in the process. Craig and Elena have amazing customer service skills and wonderful communication. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I've had.

Tony was very helpful to a first time buyer. I felt no pressure to make a decision I was not comfortable with and the space to choose a car that was best for me. This led to me coming back THE SAME DAY after various test drives at different places because Tony's calm and friendly service was so memorable! Anyone looking for a great cars deals and the 411 on all the best fishing spots, Tony is your guy!

Came in to just look around as I didn t have a ton to put down, no credit, and no co-signer and then I met Craig! Didn t look at a whole lot of cars because a 2016 Dodge Dart stole my heart. Craig then started telling me about first time buyers programs and sat down with me to talk about price, interest rates, and insurance. I then walked home THAT DAY with my beautiful dart! Thanks Craig!
