I had a tire valve stem replacment and rotation completed by Les Schwab today, Clinton provided excellent customer service and had me in and out around the estimate he provided. All of the staff were friendly and professional and they do try to get over on you. It made me feel like I was living in the United States that I was raised in, good ol mechanics who care.

I have to say, my regard for Les Schwab has been declining over the years. I've only ever gone to the one down in the valley because it was by my job. Before that I went to the one a few blocks down before they opened that location. Had several services done over the years and always got top notch service. Seems like the last several years, that store has been in decline. Had several services there that resulted in broken parts and loose lug nuts over the years.Truck needed a tire rotation so the other day I decided to try the one on Canyon road near my house. Was not disappointed!Clinton was top notch! He just happened to be the one who checked me in. When I asked that they take extra care with my center caps due to the other Schwab breaking them on two different occasions, he wanted to go out and take a look. While he was looking at it, he asked who did my lift? I told him the Schwab in the valley when I bought the truck. He said this is all wrong and proceeded to tell me the things that were incorrect. I mentioned issues I'd had with my airbags as well. He had a look at those and stated a cradle was missing. As you can imagine, I was starting to become irritated and wondering why I had given Schwab another chance.Boy was I about to find out!!Before I could even say anything, he assured me that they were going to fix this and that he would see what he could do to credit any work that has already been done. I was skeptical but let him do his thing. He called me the next day and presented me with a couple different options. In the end, I spent a few extra bucks for a couple parts that were needed to make the truck sit right. He provided what I thought to be very fair credits. When I went to pick up the truck, he let know that one of his techs slipped with a wrench and had scratched up one of my struts. It was merely cosmetic but he said he already had another one on order and it would be here next week. Told me to stop in when I had time and they would swap it out.My truck rides better than ever!!!I should note, all of this work they did to make it rite with was done several years after the original lift and airbags had been done. They didn't have to do any of this!! Heck, if he hadn't said anything, I would have never known it wasn't done correctly!Needless to say, I will be back to see if this exceptional service continues!Thank you Clinton and the Canyon Road Les Schwab team!!

Terrible customer service. This tire is about 6 months old. Obviously a manufacturers defect or failure in the materials. Any tire guy would see this as an easy warranty issue. But instead of an easy swapping of damaged tire for a the same tire so that all 4 tires on that axle are still the same tire/tread, I waited 2 hours for a guy to drive from Canyon road down to Fife to get a tire that was not going to be the same, only for him to go to the wrong store. Then they wanted to charge me for the tire. So I told him to take the tire off And put just the wheel back on so I've gone so I could go get the correct tire from a different store. The store told me that the only place that had the tire I have is in Vancouver but I found one in Auburn at the Les Schwab. I think I was there for about 4 hours. They were NOT busy. I am NOT happy with the ignorance and wasting of my time and costing hundreds of dollars. FYI, there is no DOT Law about having an axle with only 3 tires on it as long as it meets weight requirements. So I'd recommend not talking about DOT if you don't know anything about them.

Showed up at 8 am and was fourth person in the doors. Took them two hours to pull my work van in for a flat and another hour to fix it.

While traveling in a rental car we got a flat tire. Clinton, at Les Schwab treated us like we were local regulars, working diligently with the rental agency, replaced the tire and got us back on the road in far less time than we expected. We can't say enough good things about our experience here!

These guys are the best. They really go above and beyond for the costumer. No matter how small or large the project. This store has a new manager and it really shows. The crew is very efficient. So if you don't want to sit and wait for 2 hrs and you want great service drive the extra mile and do your business here.

I came in because my ABS light came on. The salesman swang for the fences. Maybe a home run. Trying to tell me I need all new front end. He said I needed $6,000. Worth of repairs. Some of that maybe true but I don't believe much of it.Taking my truck somewhere else

Stay away from Canyon rd Les Schwab! I have been a longtime customer at this location 10+ years for personal vehicles and fleet vehicles. I am very disappointed in the performance of their staff and management. Is a tire rotation, shock replacement, alignment, and fixing a flat too much to ask for? Apparently for this location it is. I was told it was go to be a 2 hour job, the cargo van was there for 2 days. The flat tire was never fixed but had their chalk markings all over it. I specifically asked to have the front tires rotated to the rear and the rear to the front. Only one side was successfully rotated.. TPS was never recalibrated. I came here for professional services and got a crew still trying to figure out what they re doing here. Not to mention I got charged twice for an alignment that I later came back and got a refund for. I asked for the alignment results and was told the printer was broken the steering wheel is off center significantly. This place needs serious attention! I will take my business elsewhere!

With great sadness, I write this review..this is not to tear apart a business but hopefully changes will be made. We have been clients for years but something has seriously changed. Staff turnover seems to be high on Canyon road. We used to get the best advice but lowering my 5 star to 2. If you do not know what you are talking about then, just tell me. When you fake knowledge- you just look ignorant and we are smart enough to recognize. Your business is built on trust. It felt like you were trying to cover up something

So my wife went in for a tire rotation and she had them inspect the breaks. The breaks do need replacing so I get that. They also told her she needs new shocks and struts, which I don't believe, the car is only 12 years old. We have had other Toyotas that were much older and never had to have them replaced. $1700 quote. They also informed her she needed a new battery. Again that's bull because I have a battery tester myself (because of past issues with another vehicle) and it tested just fine. I don't appreciate the fact of you trying to sell something that doesn't need to be replaced, that's just bad business.

Called this place today to see how much it'll cost to mount and balance a set of tires I purchased online and the guy over the phone tells me it'll cost $300. Don't shop here they will rob you. By the way I called Discount tires after this and they told me it'll cost $154.

Ive been a Les Schwab customer for 40 years. I ve had only one issue and thought it was that store. I changed to the Canyon Road store and had new tires put on my truck prior to a very long trip. During the trip I noticed I was missing a lug nut. I went to a tire store and only two of my Lugnuts were tight and properly torqued. My right front tire was wobbly. Thanks Les Schwab the fact that you don t care about safety or quality almost killed me.Les Schwab has asked me to talk to the manager about this. When I bought my tires, I ended up going back because of issues. The manager took care of my issues but with a very hostile edge. I do not care to deal with him again.

Great customer service. Friendly efficient staff. I brought my girlfriends car in because another shop said she needed 900 dollars of repairs. This shop looked at it and said it didn t need the repair! That s integrity!

Don t go to Les Schwab and have them diagnose a noise your vehicle is making. After new rear brakes and $700 later the noise is just getting louder. Went to Buckeys, they found the issue and fix it for less than $100.

Long wait approx 2 hours to find out I was not in the queue. Once in queue I was first one queue. In 15 minutes the tech comes and said it's fixed the removed the screw. I left and in10 mins tire started leaking. Looks like they did not fix the leak. Manager of the store call me Asap. I will reaching out to the owner tomorrow

Quoted us $5700 on new struts for the vehicle. Went to a 2nd opinion, sure glad we did. They stated the struts were not bad, it was something else to do with air shocks, and not even struts related.Sure are glad we got a 2nd opinion. Would have been a $5700 mistake because of Les Schwab.

Stopped by this location because my car got a flat on the fancy rims and tires we purchased from Les Schwab with a warranty. Buyer beware that they don t like to honor said warranty, told me I get $50 from the one blown tire and because my car is awd I have to buy all new ones and they won t credit me any warranty on those. Really frustrating when we have been repeat customers and have no problem spending money here just to be taken advantage of.

I went in there with a tire that was losing air and they were very busy. Told me it might be a couple of hours till they could get to me. The guy that talked to me at the counter ended up plugging my tire for me(and saved me a lot of money). I was out of there in a little over an hour with no charge for the flat repair.Les Schwab is awesome!

Cameron is the man. He knows what you can do, and can't do as far as upgrades. Helped me out getting the right parts out of factory specs. Took the time with me and did not make me feel like I was a burden at all.Overall customer service is pretty good. They do try their best to get you what you need in a timely manner.Don't forget to give your techs the patience they deserve. They work really hard!!!

I have had my truck in 3 times in the past month. first visit was for trip inspection and tire rotation and was told my inner and outer tie rods were bad so i had them replaced somewhere else because les schwab only does oem parts for the more than what it cost me to get upgraded aftermarket parts. my tire sensors were not re programmed and that's how i noticed they rotated tires from left to right and not corner to corner witch i believe is the proper way of rotating tires as im sure there are other people out there who believe the same. after having tie rods replaced i took in back to them for an alignment and then was told that my pitman arm had play and may need the steering gearbox replaced as well. i didn't have them do those services. After going on the freeway for the first time i noticed a slight hum coming from the rear around the 65-70 mph mark so i went back in for the to check that out for me and about 2 hrs later i receive a call saying my truck was done and that my inner tie rods were bad and both front wheel bearings were bad witch they are not and if they were how was that not discovered and mentioned with the first and trip inspection. three different visits with three different answers and conclusions while not even inspecting the hum coming from the rear. incompetents is the only thing that comes to mind. so my advice to you is to only go to them for new tires as i will be doing from now on and if you want you're tires rotated correctly from corner to corner, specify that when you drop you're car off. I hope this review helps future customers this hassle i have experienced with them.
