Matt was my service rep and he s been with a swab for 21 years. His staff is friendly and warm and they really care about making sure the customer is taken care of. I came in the end of the day and he said that it may take his money and three hours to get me in because you re fully booked and I understand and he went out of his way to try to help me get out a little quicker, even though I didn t ask for it and I should be out in about two hours. Had a tire problem with the nail in it and they re fixing it and I should be good to go. I will be back.

Thank you Les Schwab for the efficient and much needed service provided on my car today! And a special thank you to Matt for his help as well! What was a hassle everywhere else, was professionally quoted and taken care of by your team, including answering questions about my brakes, tires, etc. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs to be taken care of again.

Very impressed by the service and friendliness of this Les Schwab tire center. We had an emergency where the car was on the side of an on ramp and no spare tire. We took the unrepairable flat tire to them. They had a new tire on the wheel and we were out the door in less than 20 minutes!Thank you Les Schwab!

Bought a lifted Ram 2500 these guys installed for Larson Dodge before it hit the sales floor in the August of 2023. Was a READYLIFT 6 inch lift kit with 37 inch tires and after discovering one of the tires was leaking, took it here to this location and discovered one of the new Fuel wheels had a crack causing air to leak. Branden took care of me asap with a new fuel wheel, no questions asked! Probably a $600 wheel as it s a 22x19 wheel!Fast forward to February 2024, and had issues with front driveline vibrations when 4x4 was engaged and noticed I needed a transfer case indexing ring kit. READYLIFT sent a kit free of charge to this location and Matthew and Branden took care of me once again, no questions asked with an awesome labor discount to install the kit. I love this location and will always bring my $80000 truck to this location because I trust their quality and care! This is the place to buy your lift, leveling kits and truck tires from for sure for quality customer service AFTER the sale!Christopher Bragg

Downtown puyallup les schwab should be the gold standard of tire shops. I've been coming here for well over a decade. They may not always be the cheapest, but they are quite exceptional.

Got 2 rear tires lr was learned and in onboard computer rr was not learned..........3/12 On my way home from work yesterday I noticed rr i reading 80lbs. I know some vehicles have self learn capabilities but the nv 2500 is not one of them. Your guess is as good as mine why the onboard diagnostic took 3 days to register the learn. Either way both rear tires are running at 80 and we will take care of the rf tpms when I bring it in for new front tires. Thank you for your service.

Make sure you have Steve and his crew take care of your car. Eventhough it took almost 3 and half day to fix my brakes I m happy with the result. Steve really hooked it up for me and for that, I proudly give this place 5 stars. He even gave me a huge discount and that really helped me financially. Special shout out to Josh as well for driving all the way to Auburn to fix my car. Again guys, ask leave your car with Steve.

This place is very professional, the bathrooms are very clean. They take care of all your Automobile repairs to do with brake's alignment. Wide variety of custom wheels and tires are available. These guys beat most company's prices or they will match them.

EDIT AFTER 1 MONTH..I have only put 600 miles on my truck since the work was done and I could not help but edit my review.My truck has been back in their shop 3 times since. 1st for the end links that were left out the first time. 2nd was to retorque my suspension early because I heard loud noises.3rd was today because I noticed the nuts attaching my struts were not even seated!In the last few days my truck has began to sound like a rust bucket coming down the road. It is a real head turner now, but for all the wrong reasons. I regret lifting my truck here because I feel like I paid 3.5k for a lift that I could have done better myself.Brandon seems to be the only person there that cares about the customers. It is too bad that you cannot instill this value in your techs that work on my truck.I realize that they were busy today, but I should not have ever left with my vehicle in this condition. I have a family that rides in this truck and their safety means more than my loyalty to your company.ORIGINAL REVIEWThey lifted my Ram 1500 and I couldn't be happier with the service, friendliness, and their appreciation of the customers vehicles. I am usually one that does my own work and have a hard time leaving it to others, but these are the guys to trust.I snuck around back constantly to see where the techs were with my truck and I found them going the extra mile to ensure that it would be done right and so that I would be happy.The friendliness that I received from every single employee there was amazing. I was there the better part of the day and I believe that every employee there greeted me with a smile at some point.You have yourself a lifetime customer in me after seeing the care that you all have for both the vehicle and your customer.

I needed a tire replaced just before closing. They took care of me and treated me well. I would highly recommend this store. The manager was especially helpful and was not afraid to jump in and get his hands dirty, as he helped change the tire himself.

Every time, EVERY TIME, I've visited Les Schwab (and this dates back to the 1980s), these folks have done an amazing job at sales and service. Puyallup was no exception on a recent visit I drove up to my appointment. They came running out to greet me. I walked next door to pour a coffee and before my first sip they called me back and said my tires have been rotated in my car was ready. The only time I've never used this company was when I lived in Nashville... They're not there. When it's tires it's Les Schwab

The downtown Puyallup store always treats me good. This place is near where I live so it's convenient. Got a tire plugged/patched today with zero hassles. I've been going to this store for 15 years and they have always been good to me. Thank You!

Had flat tire. Went there was told take about 2 hours waiting. Fine. By 2 hours. Finally took tire off the car and I watched the guy worked on my tire. He did patched it. Air it up then left it on the ground by my car for a good 10 ton15 mins. I was like huh. All.have to put back on the car that it. Done. But nope so I told the lady front desk. Told her. What going on. Why taking so long. She said still working on it. I said huh saw the man fixed it and left it on the ground by my car. It been over 2 hours. I live an hour away. I was upset end up manager told me ok car is done . Go home. He said it's not fix. I was like what. End up they put spare tire on it and put tire in trunk. I wasn't happy how they treat me like that. So I went to other les schwab. Found out there hole on sidewall, not repairable . I said huh and I explained what happen to les schwab. He said need new tire. I said oh great. But the guy works for les schwab in Bothell said no worry its free. So I end up got new tirenfor free. The manager in Puyallup is not professional. Horrible handling the situation.

The employees were very nice and informative, it was a bit pricey but with auto repairs it's to be expected. Four new tires and a couple tears later my van doesn't shimmy anymore and I'm happy they could help.

Stopped in without an appointment to get wheels swapped on my truck. Not only did they get me right in, but they did the work fast and cheaper than quoted, even with no lock key and I supplied the wrong lug nuts. Riley did the work and did an awesome job! Great experience!

I went to the downtown Puyallup Les Schwab Center because I had a screw in my back tire after a bit of a wait they were able to fix my tire but unfortunately someone didn't correctly put my center cap back on my tire and I ended up losing my center cap on the freeway I will no longer be doing business with Les Schwab

I have been going to Les Schwab for years, in Spokane and now in Puyallup. Went in for my tire rotation today, and was also appraised of the condition of shocks, brakes and front end suspension by Riley. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you!

Got my 4Runner back today after doing a 4 lift. Must say they did a awesome job! Staying open till 9pm to finish the job. The manager should be thrilled with a great group of guys working in there. Thanks again would highly recommend this Les Schawb.

I love Les Schwab!! True tire pros!!!Les Schwab nick helped me with my situation that was caused by Firestone broken sensor flying around freely inside my tire causing damage to one of the $1200 tires I recently purchased as I drove. I ll only come to Les Schwab from now on!!!!

This place is close to my house, so I take stuff over there a lot. But even so, they have really good service (someone always comes over as I am getting out of my vehicle), and the prices seem fair. Everything has always been ready when they tell me how long it will take and when I pay, it is always right at the estimated price.I will continue to go there as long as they keep it up!
