I recently visited Les Schwab on Meridian to fix a flat tire on my van and I got to say, the service I received was extremely disappointing. My wife took the van in around 11 am and was informed that they were busy but would call back within 2 hours. We understood that there might be some wait time, so we continued driving with the spare tire. However, by 4:30 pm, we still hadn't heard back from them, so my wife decided to call about the status of the tire. To our surprise, they hadn't even started working on it yet and promised that it would be looked at within an hour. They asked us to drive back to the shop if we hadn't heard from them by 5:45 pm.At 5:30 pm, we received a call saying the tire was fixed and ready. We went back to the shop and had the spare tire swapped for the fixed one. However, the staff didn't have a clue about how to put the tire back underneath a Sienna, which is a common minivan. It was a minor inconvenience, but it's surprising that they weren't aware of such basic procedures. We let it slide, assuming it was just a small oversight.Unfortunately, our disappointment didn't end there. Just two hours after driving home, the tire was flat again, as if nothing had been done to fix it. Fortunately, since they couldn t get the spare tire back underneath the van and had thrown the spare in the back, I had easy access to it. It could seem they we re already planning on that. To make matters worse, we noticed a dirty footprint or some kind of stain on the passenger side seat, indicating a lack of care during the service.As someone who has been a customer of Les Schwab for almost 20 years across the West Coast, I hate to say this, but this particular experience was by far the worst I've ever encountered. Granted, the service was free, but it felt like they did absolutely nothing to fix the tire. This kind of service raises concerns about their competence and reliability. I value my family's safety and, based on this shady experience, I'm not sure if I can trust them to properly install tires on our vehicles.Regrettably, I will be taking my tire needs elsewhere. If this is the level of service Les Schwab provides, I can't risk compromising my family's well-being. It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of service from a company I once held in high regard.

My wife came here for a tire change about a week ago and that was good, she also asked them to check the breaks because they were making a noise when breaking the worker there told her the breaks were good as they had about 3mm left and would be good for another year or so with normal driving I decided to check the breaks as the noise during breaking got worse and worse one pad on one side had a little bit left, the other side - there was no break pad left as you can see in the picture . This is negligence - an accident could have happened with no break pad if the worker here was listened to .

The women and men who work here are always professional, courteous, and delightful to work with.Most people know that Les Schwab will fix your flat tire for free - even if you didn t buy the tire there.And I appreciate how quickly they got me in and out of there this morning!

Got a battery for my disabled mothers van a few years back, they have a 7 year battery warranty. They now want $70 to replace the battery if I do the work. Never shopping here again. Go to Discount Tire or O'Reilly Auto Parts please. They honor their warranty.

I purchased brand new tire from Walmart and it has a slow leak. I have a lifetime warranty. I had been to Walmart now 4 times. 3 times they told me to make an appointment, so I called and tried to make an appt and they said they don t take appts for these types of repairs. So I stopped by the 4th and final time and they told me they didn t have any time to fix it, they were open for another 2 hours with no cars in the garage. I went to Les Schwab 20 minutes before they closed and they took me right in! It took them 10 minutes to diagnose! Turns out I had a nail in my tire and was panning in taking a road trip this weekend! Les Schwab didn t bat an eye they were closing in 20 minutes, and repaired my tire at no charge. I will ALWAYS do my business with them from now on!

I have been a customer for decades and today was another reminder why. I needed to have each tire removed from my truck in order to get the tire pressure sensors replaced. The originals were OEM and the batteries were giving up. The whole job only took and hour and I was only charged 10 dollars per wheel. After doing a sensor reset I am now no longer seeing that tire pressure warning. Thank you all.

I've never had a problem with them. Always had great time with them. I always bring my truck in right before it breaks so it's always a slight point of humor and amazement for all of us that my truck has stayed together. Great bunch of men and women. I really appreciate them all.

I came in today to have my tires rotated and my sensor fixed. I was able to book an appointment online and got in the next day. Justin took care of me, explained everything and made sure to show me the numbers for the tire sensor. He had me in and out in about 20 minutes! Thanks for your customer service and hospitality Justin.

I've been here for over one and a half hours, was told I was next in queue and they're still helping people that came in after me. I just need my tires checked because my tire pressure light came on. I feel I'm being ignored. Sorry I'm not a big money ticket item.

We had a roadside emergency this morning. We managed to get to Les Schwab and Aaron saved the day !Above and beyond customer service with our road safety in mind. Speedy service. I'm a little nervous because the tech didn't say anything about the sidewall and it had gotten pretty flat. I guess time will tell if my worry is substantiated or not. It was rotated to the back, so at least it won't be nearly as dangerous if it does pop. If it had been going back to the front I would be more concerned.

Super good service here. I came in slightly panicked about my brakes and any sort of car maintenance coming up. They went through a free pre-trip special they were offering and showed me what was coming up. I worked with Christian and he was super good about understanding where I was and walking me through was going to be the most necessary for me at this time. Everyone was really nice and very friendly. The place was clean and well-kept. Even when waiting for Christian to grab the car, another associate double checked that I was helped out and made sure to check I understood what was coming up. Really happy with the service and the help. I will definitely be coming back.

I have a 2005 jeep wrangler that needed back drum brakes replaced and 4 new off road tires. They are very friendly and did a great job. It was approximately 16 hundreds dollars, a little pricey, but I know they stand by their work.

The sales team was courteous and easy to deal with however the diagnosis was very wrong. I brought my Acura in for a break consultation and they told me that they needed to replace the entire system. Brakes rotor and calipers, and quoted me $1500.00. I declined the service and called Mechanic wizzards a mobile mechanic. I was showed that the brake system was dine rotors were good no hot spots on the rotors just normal wear and tear. My opinion Les Swab is a scam and should be drove out of business. Ethics are apparently foreign to their training, or may be against compactly policy

I had my one year old twins with me while I had a flat. Got there with spare on and called them to help me get flat tire out and took care of everything. I was so stressed and they got everything done and fixed timely. Thank you all so much.

Been a customer of Les Schwab for over 20 years and I have never had a negative experience...I just recently took my vehicle in for an issue with one of my tires. While they were fixing my tire, they noticed an issue with one of the other tires and repaired that tire as well...all done for FREE. All that time and energy spent on my vehicle, and it was no charge.Tell me, since COVID where can you find anything that is still free....thank you Les Schwab for keeping your policy and not following the rest of our money hungry society!

Les Schwab is always great!! Not only did they get to my truck quickly and diagnose the problem but they actually took me outside to my truck and showed me what the problem was and why it needed to be repaired.

Had an awesome experience! Came in because my tire kept losing pressure so I was convinced it had a nail in it. They received me gave my keys and within the hour (as promised) my tire was fixed and patched up at no cost ready to go! Great customer service! Definitely will come here again!

I had a flat tire first thing in the morning. I was able to get to the closest Les Schwab. They got me in first thing. I ended up needing all new tires, which I was expecting, but they treated me well and I was able to get on with my day.

Had to take my wife's car in because a tire was losing pressure. No appointment, they opened the doors 5 min early and got me checked in. They found the leak, repaired it and had me back on the road in less than 45 min...at NO cost. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When it is time for tires they will get my business.
