Lots of bad reviews at this location lately and I can see why! The new manager is terrible. Her and the technician wouldn't rotate my tires even though I've spent over $4500 at their store. I have pictures showing my tires were not down to the warning strip yet. Totally dishonest, lazy, and unethical to not rotate my tires. Let's say hypothetically they were right and my front tires were indeed worn down too much..... well then rotating them would have kept me safer right? Horrible service and hasn't been the same since the old store manager Matt left.

I made an appointment for an alignment and asked how much a balance and rotate was, they said it was free with alignment. When I arrived they said it wasn t free and I d have to pay a few hundred for that so I skipped it. I told them my readings on my tires were showing the left back was 10 pounds less than the rest and asked if they d check it. When I showed back up and got ready to drive off I noticed the left back tire was still showing ten pounds off. I went back in and asked why they didn t check it, they said they did and my tires were over filled, I said no they weren t because it s a heavy duty diesel and they need to be around 70 in summer so when the heat swells it s max 80 pounds. The attendant disagreed and I had them come look at the sticker inside the door of my truck. They told me that the tire wasn t lower than the others but the sensor must be bad. I stupidly believed them. A few days later I went to fill up my tires and yes the back left tire was 10 pounds less. This is was noticeable while driving which was half the reason I requested it to be looked at and aligned if necessary. I probably didn t even need the alignment which they did. I will never come to this company again. I have relied on them for 24 years to do trip checks, new tires and alignments. They said that since I was a new customer that s why the balance and rotate wasn t free. I wasn t a new customer, it was a new vehicle to them. It was incredibly short sighted considering I own 4 vehicles and that s who I purchase tires from. A wobble at high speeds while towing could have been disastrous. I asked if they believed my tires were over filled by 20 pounds why they wouldn t have released pressure or even told me that. I had to come back inside for that incorrect information

I bought a set of wipers from les Schwab, they said they are the best on the market. The price was priced like they were the best so I had them installed...2 months later I wish I never bought them. They are the worst I ever had! They leave streaks and they chatter like they are 2 years old! And I don't drive very much or very far. Now every time I use them I have buyers remorse...Please nobody else but any wipers from them!

I needed new tires for both my vehicle and my wife's vehicle. Both are Ford Edge's, one a Sport and the other an ST. They both have 32k miles on it and all the tires are basically junk. Ford cut corners in putting cheap tires on the vehicles. I once again encountered Jacob at this store. He is always very pleasant and professional and I can tell he loves his job. I purchased 2 sets of tires from him for our vehicles. He knows his products real well and I am very happy with the purchase. What he informed me is basically what the tire is all about. In addition, Melissa at the front desk was also wonderful and very helpful. The staff overall is awesome. And as a former service advisor for a dealership, this is how. customer service should be. I just had to leave a review after such an amazing, over the top, wonderful experience with the folks at this location! David and his team helped us with a battery replacement that turned out to be a bit confusing and time-consuming. Through it all, they communicated everything promptly and kindly, and went so far out of their way to get things fixed. I just can't thank them enough for helping us in this situation!

If you want a 55 minute 4 tire rotation change out, while being the first customer. While only 1 person does your vehicle while it's slow, and one of the assistance when not busy in the office goes out to the shop and just to go on there phone while not even being the first hr. When instead could have helped get the vehicle out sooner. Yeah come here to this location!!! I could have done this at my house alot faster at my house with only %10-20 of the equipment. Thanks for me missing my appointment.

I had an 11:30 appointment to get my my brakes checked and possibly replaced. My car did not get pulled back until an hour later I went to the restroom for 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes the mechanic called my cell phone to give me the quote on my breaks. My phone did not ring I did not know I had a call and after using the restroom I came back to the lobby to wait It wasn't until 3:00 p.m. that the mechanic came into the lobby and called my name. He was showing me the quote. I asked if he had started on my car yet he said no. They don't start on the car until the customer sees the quote. I understand that I said I have been sitting here since 11:30 this morning and you are just not telling me about my car? Will I tried to call you while I did not get that call. How come the receptionist lady in the lobby couldn't have come up to me she's been seeing me sitting here all day. I have talked to her several times. I have severe spinal stenosis and I have been sitting in the lobby at Les Schwab for 6 hours. Or will be 6 hours by the time they are done. This is unfortunately the second time that this has happened to me at Les Schwab. This is pathetic. And I will never come here again

While I was driving my brake line burst and I lost my brakes. I was lucky enough to see Les Schwab a block away. I pulled into see if they could help me. I was afraid they would tell me it couldn t be fixed today since it was only 30 mins to closing. The guy behind the counter said he would go take a look at it. He with no hesitation agrees to stay and fix it. Les Schwab isn t always the cheapest but no one can compare to their customer service.

The staff was friendly and when I got there, they weren't busy. They fixed my tire in about 30 minutes. That's the quickest it's been done. I'll be going back here, for sure.

Always great service at this store. Very pleasant staff. I walked in at 8am to have a flat tire repaired and was out in 45 minutes. From check in to check out it was great service. Shout out to Jacob W, the tech that repaired my tire. He was pleasant and I could tell he loves his job. Overall, great service and very professional. Thank you!Sam C - 2018 Ford Edge

The people was great very friendly answer all my questions, I walked in with out an appointment so I didn t mind waiting with their busy schedule and they did my car alignment and now I m very happy queen my car run smooth hahahaOh I forgot to mention that after my car was already checked out, I told Rich aye I forgot to ask you if you can rotate my tires but I ll come back the next day since you are about to close but no Rich insist that he will get it done so I don t have to come back the next day omg I was in heaven and back when he said that hahaha because I have hip pain there is no way I m going back the next day it will to get this done hahahaThank you Rich for your service I appreciated y all for all the work you do

Rachel, Noah, and Melissa made my experience so smooth. Answered all my questions, were extremely kind, and got my car fixed same day with a better outcome than I expected. I genuinely don t wanna go anywhere else now. Truly the best. Thanks guys :)

Excellent service as always, they aren't the cheapest but they will do the work right! We use them for all our service trucks, the value of reliability far exceeds the few extra dollars we spend to keep things running properly.

Scheduled a free road trip check and alignment. Everything was great and only needed front alignment (lower price than anticipated!) . I was in and out in less than an hour. Great customer service from everyone I interacted with today.

Had a flat and found a nail in my tire. Showed up the next morning to Les Schwab and they had me out the door in less than 30 minutes and didn't charge me a dime!Super friendly, fast service, and I didn't even have an appointment scheduled.Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back again for all my tire and maintenance needs

My five-star review is in regards to the young man who helped us get in and out quickly, professionally, and stress free. His name is Noah, and he needs a raise. It was impressive. Most young men these days don't know how to look you in the eye and be polite, this young man was raised right. It gave me some hope for this country. The date and time of this interaction was 3/10/23 330pmish.

Wanted to give a shout to Les Schwab! Recently I realized that I had a fairly large nail in my wife's tire. Called them at roughly 5:15pm (they close at 6pm)and asked if there was anyway to get me in real quick? Without hesitation he said "how fast can you get here?" Within 30 minutes of that call my tire was fixed and good to go! That was impressive in itself but what was really nice to see was the staff's attitude and how polite and respectful they are! I know this comes from the top down as when I have talked to management in the past they operate the exact same way! I know Les Schwab has always been known for being a notch above with regard to service, its nice to see that has not been lost in a day in age where it seems like that type of thinking is now almost completely gone! Great job Les Schwab!!

This store has made me a Leschwab guy. Came In not expecting much but a normal tire store. I was wrong Matt the manager and his team of young and older guys where all about all the stuff I wanted to do to my SS. From helping me get the lowering kit to custom rims that fit so good people freak out that it all works so well. After all of that work I said what about custom breaks he said yes and we dug into what kits would work. A week later it was a go. Custom BEAR brakes where coming. From the install and if I ever had a worry about anything Matt said bring it back asap. I spent a lot of money for my stuff but it was always below book and the install price was great. They are my guys from kids 18 rims and my wife s 22 on her explorer that store has been top shelf. Good luck I hope u have the same experience I had. Thanks to Matt and his team of guys and girls all are great

I knew I had a leaky tire for one reason or another, and I knew they would do a free assessment but did not expect a free repair!! These guys were very customer friendly, communication was top notch, and the other customers were great! Just a sign for what kind of culture this company breeds, and its awesome. Will definitely go back for any other needs!

Update: Still awesome! Their regular crew seems to stick around. New crew is normal to see, but training seems really good at this location. I still recommend them!This Les Schwab is great! They are very friendly. They are fast, efficient, and accurate! I try to plan my needed work around this particular Les Schwab. The front desk is always happy when you walk in. They treat me with respect and honesty. Their revolving credit options are great too! The location is convenient too. It's right off Meridian. You're also very close to Taco Bell if you get hungry while your car is being worked on. They offer the Free Pre-Trip Safety Check here too. I've never felt pushed into buying products, and they'll tell me if I can wait on something.

Unbelievably exceptional customer service. Super knowledgeable and willing to work with me on my new tires and leveling kit. Got myself in a bind and stranded. They came out to get me rolling again and back to the shop for a full repair. David and Corbin were both outstanding. You've earned a loyal customer!

Came in at 2:30 pm for my 3 appointment and checked in. I was told they are finishing up an alignment and my car would be next in 20 min. At 3:45 PM I asked them what was going on with my car since it had not moved. Front desk checked with technician and she was told that another car was dropped off before mine so they had not started mine. I explained what I was told and that I had an appointment and I was just told I don't know .... that's what I was told. They didn't start on my car until 4:06 pm ... worst experience and customer service I have ever received at a Les Schwab location.

They were great to get me a quote and get my appointment scheduled for new brakes but failed once I arrived to my appointment. I was told the job would take 1 hr, so I planned to stay in the lobby and wait. After staring at my truck in the parking lot for 1 hr and seeing walk-ins come and go with completed jobs I decided I would rather do the job myself than give them my money. I've always been a believer in Les Schwabs service but it's definitely changed unfortunately.

funny how the "live" feature says not busy! I had a 4:30 appointment today, I called at 3:45pm to check time status, see how long I would be there. He assured my it was a 40 min job, I would be out by 5:30pm. I left my job to check in there at 4:25pm ( 5 mins early) at 5:10pm, my keys were still on the counter, and 3 guys standing around in the bay area. 3 customers checked in after me and their cars were done! I asked for my keys, he never even asked a question, just handed them to me. Poor service, never on time, horrible customer service. I will never be back!
