5 STAR SERVICE!!! If you re looking for a new car come see Brendan!!! He ll get you right! Everyone in the office was beyond amazing. Walked in just to see what we could do ended up leaving in my dream car. I thought I d be out of luck and the Tesla would be way too expensive they made sure I left in the car I wanted and at a price that works for me and my family. Shout out to everyone in the Puyallup Legend Auto Sales office!!! 10 out of 10 I recommend!!

Don t ever come to this place until they get better management! Take your money elsewhere. The sales manager, Miguel, will tell you anything to get you to sign off on a piece of scrap, leaving you with the problems after. He is the definition of an untrustworthy used car salesman . My husband went to buy a truck and noticed damages on the bumper and reported it to our salesperson, Junior. Junior reported this to Miguel and instead of Miguel talking to us directly or even step out to see the damages we were referring to, he stayed in his office the whole time, and had Junior speak for him. Miguel only spoke to us when it came down to signing where he told us that the bumper will be replaced so we agreed and signed. A week later we received a call from the service dept. that only parts will be replaced. After going back and forth with Miguel, he claimed the bumper replacement was not on the contract. Well isn t it his job to do that? Unfulfilled promises that benefits him only. Even then, the bumper was replaced but not all of it. We were stuck with damages that we have to pay out of pocket for. We could ve asked to see another truck with no damages but we trusted Miguel. That was a mistake! However, Junior, our salesperson, was amazing! He was honest and informative! He made sure our questions were answered, ensured my young children were comfortable while we were in the process, and provided the best customer support services. If you ask me, he should be running that place.

Excellent service from Martin and Brendan at LEGEND AUTO SALES of puyallup.Very good interaction with the client.He gave us all the information and clarified our doubts perfectly. Really good service and their prices are incredible!1000% recommended!!

We did it! All thanks to Daisy, Miguel and Ray (of sunshine might I add ) here at Legend Auto Sales. I can't express enough how comfortable, easy going and kind they were. They went above and beyond my expectations, took time to listen to needs and wants, and got within our budget. We couldn't be more happy! Great Customer Service! So happy that we worked with Jackie to find the perfect family car. Was looking to buy a new (used) car and had a great experience when dealing with Matt Burris. From the time I scheduled a test drive, he has been in constant contact and even came in early to meet with me. Very friend informative. I feel that Legend Auto Sales goes out of their way to give good customer service. Very excited to be driving home in a new(at least to me) car

Don t buy from here, go elsewhere. Don t trust Ray. Bought a Ram truck from here, felt very pushed but oh well we were desperate. He doesn t know what he s doing. It s all a scam. Engine light came on, had some other minor issues with truck as well. Took off warranty W/O telling us and told us they had a better deal decreases our monthly bill. Told us we would have to pay out of pocket to get those problem fixed. They wanted to get rid of this truck sooo bad. No bueno. Whatever.

Junior was a very kind and helpful car salesman! He truly made me feel both comfortable and confident in my decision to get a newer vehicle and answered all my questions to the best of his ability which I believe was outstanding and best explained. I would definitely recommend Legend Auto & they re great employee Junior! Also would like to add that all of their other car salesman and employees were also very kind and even blew up balloons for my young kids! This place is great!

I never write reviews but these guys deserve it. I drove from Bellingham to work with these guys. Ray and Daisy were fantastic to work with and totally hooked me up. They were quick to answer the phone, super friendly, and helpful. They answered all my questions and made it happen!

Was in need of a car badly. Justin helped me from the beginning of the process with information, inventory suggestions, and was always available to answer questions. Excellent, fair, and reasonable salesman. Got me the car I was hoping for.Martin was super efficient and informative about the signing process. Was finished with the whole thing in 15 mins.
